I have light sensitivity and the brightness of PP can get pretty straining on the eyes, so I definitely support this idea!
Almost all web browsers support add-ins and have dark mode add-ins that will help with that on every web site. I highly recommend trying some out.
Doesn't help me on my phone; where I want dark mode the most.
Do you have an android phone ? - if you do, I can post a link on how to do :)
just enabled it on my phone - really love it !!! :)
p.s. not sure if true or not but they reckon it can save phone battery by up to 40% too :)

My iPad is set to reduce blue after 10 pm (not the same I know) and it’s odd how quickly you don’t notice the colour change on images!
I have the same on my phone, desktop and laptop. In the evening it feels sooo much nicer.
My phone does it based on sunset/sunrise. I must look at my tablet although I don't tend to use it much in the evenings.

It’s an optional setting on the iPad - and I assume, others.

Turn the screen brightness down?
There's a little slider on Android devices with a 'sun' symbol; it's normally got to by flicking downwards from the top by the clock.
Takes like half a second.

Did the owner of PP create a « night mode » or « dark mode » ?
No.
He suggested using a browser add-in to do it. Which one you use is up to you, and will depend on your device and browser.
