I had a fantastic shoot with Derek last month (sorry it's taken me so long to get around to leaving this reference!!)

Derek and I finally managed to get our shoot arranged at a mutually convenient time and it was worth the wait! Derek and I created some fantastic images and we had a lovely four hours together. Derek is great to talk to and a very considerate photographer. Working with him is easy and fun... I really do hope we get a chance to work together again soon!

I had a super mornings shoot with Derek two days ago.

We had been in touch on PP for almost half a year and despite things getting in our way we finally managed to shoot and it was well worth the wait!

Derek was so lovely to work with- super friendly, funny and kind. He was laid back but also stepped in to direct me when needed. It was a great collaborative day- with us both throwing round ideas and figuring things out between us. The results looked great! Can't wait to see them go up.

I would recommend Derek to any model and am looking forward to working with him again in a few months :)

I really enjoyed working with Derek on a four hour shoot at Sandon Studio. He is a really fantastic person to work with, great pre-shoot comms, well equipped and friendly and engaging from the start. Derek came loaded with great ideas and we shot a lot of different styles and genres in the time available. Derek makes his models feel involved in the shoot and communicates his ideas well, as well as being open to input.

Derek and I had a great time during the shoot, he is considerate, chatty and fun, and the shoot produced some excellent results :).

I hope to have the pleasure of working with Derek again, and highly recommend him to all!

Would I recommend Derek?? I certainly would!! What a fantastic photographer with such a lovely personality and brilliant eye for what looks good! Despite it being our first shoot, I got on with Derek as though we'd known each other for years :) pre-communication was more than you could ask for and it was such a thoroughly enjoyable shoot and I found myself laughing so much! Derek was very considerate about my comfort and I suggested ideas which he was more than happy to try. Make sure you book this incredible photographer who couldn't be a nicer guy, he will give you a fun-filled shoot AND amazing images! Book quickly to avoid disappointment! Thank you so much for an amazing shoot Derek and I am looking forward to our second shoot immensely :) x

Derek attended my Group Shoot last Wednesday at the lovely Mansion Studios in Ripley. A lovely gentleman, very easy to get on with and was on time and eager to start :) Had a great night and was lovely to meet you! x

Derek kindly travelled up to Wrexham from Leicester to shoot with me on 19 May.

I instantly felt comfortable with him. He was very friendly and chatty. The weather wasn't particularly on our side but we made the most of the time by shooting when it did stop raining and seeked shelter under some trees in between.

Still, the weather didn't ruin our day as Derek was great company and we even squeezed in a hot drink before heading off to our next location.

A highly enjoyable shoot and we have already arranged our next shoot which I cannot wait for.

I recommend derek to any model.. You will have a fab day shooting with him despite the weather.

Derek is such a lovely, friendly person. Instantly I felt very comfortable with him and at ease. We chatted away during the shoot and Derek captured some beautiful shots of me.

He was respectful at all times during our shoot and ensured I got warm indoors when it became a little chilly outside.

I shot with him at Amy Green's location studio on a studio day there.
