John - That's great - Thanks. I said 'Saturday or Sunday' - does it matter which of the two days I attend? I'd plan to bring a couple of studio lights and tripods as I prefer those to speed lights - is that OK? Many thanks for this - looking forward to meeting everyone

Both days still have places - but it is filling up - you still have a choice at the moment, but you might want to let me know fairly soon :)

Lights are fine - there are usually tons of lights around the place

I know im late as ive been juggling a few things, so if there is space can i have either Saturday or Sunday (with a room the night before if possible) and ill work out what to do and who to work with from there.

If it helps, I've got a half day booked with Sinopa Rin & Chiara Elisabetta on the Sunday, and I know they were looking to fill the rest of that day.

I am now booked Sunday morn with Harvey Gordon for 4hrs. Still available Sat morn and Sunday afternoon if anyone would like to work with me =)

Just to confirm I'll be there both days - will be staying locally, but not at Studland itself. Models I will be working with:-

Victoria Summers - Sat 9-1

Notonix - Sat 2-6

Helen Stephens - Sun 9-1

Chiara Elisabetta + Chris - Sun 2-6

Newbie to Studland as I am, I'm now confused by which models will there and when their current free slots might be.

is there anyway of creating some kind of grid to make booking them simple? I'm not sure whether to bring my own or try an book the odd hour here and there as the weekend progresses? A more hit and miss approach in such a location.

Any advice on how to make this stress free most welcome?

On Saturday, you could shoot with Chiara Elizabetta (booked 10:00-13:00) and Helen Stephens who both have other bookings for part of Saturday. I am shooting with Helen (for 3 hours) and I am flexible when I shoot her so it can fit in with her other bookings.

Hi Bob

you can book any model from anywhere at all for Studland. The list of interested models is a great place to start because you know that the models on the lists are free for those days, able to attend and whether they can get there under their own steam. Many will stay over if they get enough bookings to make it worthwhile. A room is only £30/night and if models dont mind sharing it can work out pretty cheap for them.

There are often models already there with free time between shoots - but its always going to be safer to book someone.

I've updated the front page with a list of who is going on which day. There are only 3 places left on the weekend

anyone who hasnt picked a day can still choose any of the days ...... at the moment ;)

Correct me if I've misread something, but it now looks as though Rob Hill has booked to work with Chiara on Sunday afternoon, which therefore pins down my time with Chiara and Rin to Sunday morning.

Rick - Chiara said she was flexible, so I made an assumption and booked her / Chris. I've not had a confirmation from her yet and I think Helen Stephens is still able to be flexible, so I'm happy to do whatever suits everyone best - do you have a preference for Sunday?
