I had replied to a casting which Zarah had put out for a photographer to work with her on a local steampunk/gothic style location shoot.Outfits were supplied by Zarah`s company Superstitchious clothing.Pre-shoot comms were excellent and detailed.We met up around 3 weeks before the shoot to go through details, and for me to see a small selection of her wonderful creations.The shoot was at Annesley Old Church, a church ruin close to Nottingham.On the day of the shoot we were joined by four other models, all dressed in Zarah`s handmade outfits! I found Zarah to be very well organised, a very accomplished dress maker, and a talented model.

I had the great pleasure and honour to work Zarah showcasing some of her Superstitious steampunk clothing designs. Zarah's comms before the shoot were spot on and the shoot was very well organised, if a bit cold 😊. Thoroughly enjoyed the day and working with all concerned. another incredible model to arrive at my manor house event. zarah arrived in perfect time with her hair and makeup beautifully done to a very high standard.

Her outfits were very thought through hand made and just breathtaking they fit the event perfectly. zarah had a very bubbly but professional attitude and i am very glad to have had her at the event. Highly recommend xx

I had the pleasure of working with Zarah today at an event at Strelley Hall. Zarah's most stand out feature is the remarkable historical dress she brought with her, all crafted herself and of outstanding quality. So if you are looking for a model for costume work, Zarah is a great choice.

Had a shoot with Zarah a while ago modelling one of Zarah's own fabulous creations on location in a local Castle. Fabulous day and we shared some different ideas beforehand and ended up with some lovely images. I had the pleasure of shooting with Zarah on lotion. We did a water shoot and Zarah was so professional ever when full submerging in to the cold water. Zarah was ready to shoot immediately as she turned up ready to go. Zarah brought ideas to the shoot of her own. Looking forward to working with Zarah again soon on other ideas. Had two shoots with Zarah..

On both occasions Zarah was on time with her handmade out fits all sorted. Always ready to get on our way to the location we had in mind. Weather ... yep we had some of that lol ... in the form of rain. that did not stop our shoot going ahead. we arrived at the intended place... and Zarah completely no put off by the rain just got on with the shoot .... well done you 

We had a great shoot with some fantastic results.

One of my favourite shoots I ever did was with Zarah in the wonderful setting of Spynie Palace, Morayshire. By that point I had been doing photography as an on and off hobby, but after having the privilege to work with Zarah after only being introduced to her less than a month before I knew photography was something I wanted to pursue more!

Zarah was absolutely fabulous in her handmade Lady Macbeth dress, she made everything look effortless and made my job much easier. By the end of the long shoot I think everyone involved were knackered but knew we had done a great job!

So much fun, great memories, great photos, awesome lass! Can't wait to work with her again! xx

Zarah was an utter pleasure to work with - she took direction well and posed effortlessly in her handmade gothic clothing. A truly enjoyable and productive shoot, and I consider myself fortunate to have worked with her before she moved to deepest Wales - Berkshire's loss is most assuredly their gain.

Well-organised, good comms, and a huge pool of creativity - I'd shoot with her again in a heartbeat !
