I worked with Yvonne on a styled shoot a few months back. Without a doubt she is one of the very best MUAs I have ever had the pleasure of being painted by! Yvonne created two editorial looks, each of them beautifully imaginative and executed with unbelievable technical precision. I was so impressed at how quickly she understood what aesthetic world to inhabit when she saw the styling and set design, and the confidence with which she set about creating the looks. Her colour-matching is second to none. She is also a fascinating woman and lovely conversationalist, which made sitting in her makeup chair all the more pleasurable. I had the pleasure of working with this lovely human today. Yvonne is an incredible make up artist, I had two amazing looks from her today for a photoshoot. She put me at ease straight away, and was really lovely to talk too. Yvonne has a passion for her craft which not only makes the final look incredible but also gives you confidence in your shoot. I would love the opportunity to work with this lady again, and hope I get the chance too.

It was my first time working with Yvonne on a shoot and am hoping it is the first of many. She was a joy to work with. Pre communication was excellent and upon arrival was very friendly and we had a good chat before the model arrived. I gave Yvonne the freedom to do what she thought would work and she didn’t let me down, fantastic work. Yvonne managed to fit various different looks into such a short time frame, outstanding work.

First ever time working with yvonne, we had such a great shoot! We worked on location in St Ives with spotlight pro the photographer.. we only had two hours to shoot and Yvonne was speedy with the makeup but such a perfectionist. She bought a great energy to the shoot & made me feel good about myself.

Super friendly and approachable. Very creative & worked well outside considering the blading heat on the sunny day we shot on.

I love her work and I’m so proud to be a part of this shoot

Yvonne did my makeup for the fashion shoot that I did with Brian Lewicki. She is a lovely lady and very friendly, it was great to have a bit of a chat whilst she was doing the make up.

Yvonne offered to provide makeup services on our shoot yesterday morning because she wanted to practice studio work; her work was impeccable, she worked really well with our model for the morning and was happy to touch up the makeup if and when the model’s skin started to shine...lovely lady, really down to earth and very easy going...a pleasure to have on set and just pitched in wherever and whenever...thanks Yvonne...more shoots to come!
