Fortunately I again had the pleasure of working with Em Yang again 1-2-1 at her Shapeshifter studio in Warrington, this time on her cosplay event. Pre shoot comms were perfect (prompt and informative). Emma was all set at the studio on my arrival, so it was not long until we were off and running with my first chosen character.

Emma is genuinely such a lovely chilled and easy going person with so much talent, creativeness, and passion about her craft. Throughout the afternoon Emma was full of positive energy as always putting 110% effort into every shot and every outfit change we went for. Emma not only poses effortlessly but also has a great eye for the fine details ensuring she brings every concept or character to life with an amazing Wow factor.

If you are lucky enough to work with this fantastic talented young lady, then you’re in for an amazing shoot. Totally recommended.

Yet another great shoot with Em. Pre shoot coms were excellent as always, and we enjoyed a great relaxed shoot together. Em came with enough outfit changes to have lasted us several shoots, so we were spoiled for choice. Thanks again Em for a great day and I look forward to working together again soon.

Luckily, I had the pleasure of working with Em Yang on a 1-2-1 at her Shapeshifter studio in Warrington, this time on a barbarian Viking cosplay theme. Pre shoot comms were perfect (prompt and informative). Emma arrived early as normal to give herself time to do the detailed makeup look and get into her first outfit.

Emma is genuinely such a lovely chilled and easy going person with so much talent, creativeness, and passion about her craft. Throughout the afternoon Emma was full of positive energy putting 110% effort into every shot and every outfit change we went for. Emma not only poses effortlessly but also has a great eye for the fine details ensuring she brings every concept to life with an amazing Wow factor.

Luckily again, i was able to utilise Em Yang’s amazing makeup skills for a concept id been planning for a while at Em’s Shapeshifter studio in Warrington. Emma arrived early to allow herself time to get prepared and set up ready for the models first change to allow the shoot timings to flow as originally planned.

Emma was on hand throughout the shoot to tweak or touch up the make up as well as to assist with any set changes and alterations. Both the makeup and 3D textured face paint looks that Emma did during the shoot were amazing and even better than I had hoped for.

I say it constantly and will continue to but if you are lucky enough to work with this amazing talented young lady, then you’re in for amazing results every time. So very highly recommended.

Emma arrived early to allow the hair and makeup styling to be completed promptly to allow the shoot timings to flow as originally planned.

Emma is one of the most genuine people you will ever meet, very chilled and down to earth making her a pleasure to work with, immediately putting models and photographers at ease knowing they are in experienced hands. Emma is a true professional, she is so full of positive energy and enthusiastic about trying suggestions, requests and ideas from models and photographers. Emma stayed on hand throughout the shoot to offer styling support, any alterations or touch-ups required plus any assistance needed by both the model or myself.

This highly talented young lady puts 110% effort into every look to make sure you achieve the results you wanted. No matter what the theme of the shoot is, your guaranteed to get amazing results. Always reliable and very highly recommended.

Tranquility

Em is a class act. With the quality of her work and the communication that we had from the very start I never had any doubt that this would be a successful shoot, and it certainly was. She was the perfect fit for what I wanted to create and our mutual interest in cosplay was a big part of that. We shot for 4 hours and I could happily have done another four. Really pleasant to work with and a totally relaxed and chilled shoot.

She contributed a lot with ideas and suggestions, including getting the best out of a tricky lighting situation and her experience was really valuable. I'm very pleased with the results and I hope I will have an opportunity to work with her again.

Yesterday I attended a bodypaint workshop as the model at Shapeshifter Studios. I had previously met Emma a few times when she had come to Basford Hurst Cottage, so it was a pleasure to finally work alongside her and get to know her a bit better. Emma had a clear design in her head and brought it to life beautifully. She is clearly a very talented individual and put great care, attention and effort into the body paint. Not only that, she also produced the most stunning make up to compliment the body paint design and was always on hand for any touch ups throughout the workshop.

As well as being a very talented individual Emma is also a wonderful person. She made sure I was comfortable throughout and gave me plenty of aftercare instructions for the paint. It was lovely to spend time getting to know her and I can HIGHLY reccomend her as both a model, MUA and body paint artist.

What a blast! I've spent four enjoyable hours shooting Em, and from the get-go she was just brilliant.

Her portfolio is full of gorgeous images in many different fascinating outfits, so I knew it was going to be good. But even with high expectations, Em impressed! She doesn't just wear an outfit, she brings the character to life. We were shooting glamour, and she just delivered one gorgeous pose after the next with great facial expressions and plenty of bright, cheery smiles that suited the the sets.

In between sets, Em was chatty, friendly, smiling, intelligent and gregarious. When we were shooting, I asked to to pose freely, which she did brilliantly, and occasionally interrupted her flow with requests, which she fulfilled with a smile. Perfect.

I came away with a memory card full of great images, and memories of an enjoyable day spent workign with a true professional. Big thumbs up, highly recommended, and I definitely would love to work Em again!

I tagged Em to say i would like to shoot with her and she messaged me back straightaway and we quickly arranged a shoot.

An absolutely delightful model, made me d=feel very welcome from the get go, great skills and knowledge in terms of lighting and shadow, and positioning. Time flew during the shoot, lots great chat and laughs. Em was very patient as i messed about with lights and lens.

We shot for 2 hrs, flew by, images off the back of the camera look fab. We got through 3 specific looks during the session, including white shirt, Velma Cosplay and Biker jacket - welcome to the club Em.

I would absolutley love to shoot with Em again as soon as possible.

Shot with Em for the first time at Basford Hurst Cottage. First time shooting cosplay too and I knew Em was perfect for it. We shot three outfits/characters in a four hour shoot at a wonderful shooting location which suited the theme just right. She has an ability to transform her look, I was amazed each time Em stepped out of the dressing room as each character. I plan to shoot more with Em in the future and I would highly recommend her. Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

Em came back to Basford Hurst Cottage yesterday to shoot with Will Gates on a Cosplay theme.

It was a pleasure to welcome Em back to Basford - She is just the most wonderful model with a huge passion for make up and cosplay. She brought with her so many incredible outfits and really looked the part all day!!

Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

Em came to Basford Hurst Cottage to attend a group charity event hosted by Lottirose.

It was a pleasure to welcome Em back to Basford and have her for the event. We were so grateful to all the models who gave their time to help with this amazing day.

Em is fantastic model and worked tirelessly with every photographer throughout her time here to create many amazing images. I heard nothing but glowing reports!! She made sure to respect our location at all times and was happy to ask if she needed something.

I worked alongside Em recently for a charity event put on by lottiirose at the Basford Hurst studio...having worked with Em previously I was pleased to hear she'd also be attending Lottii's latest event.

Em is a very talented and versatile model, and her bodypainting skills really speak for themselves.

I shot Em for the second time at another of Lottii Rose's group events - this time at Basford Hurst cottage. As always, she was wonderful to work with, taking direction well but also offering creative ideas and thoughts. She helped me with a couple of long-term projects, which was challenging in such a fast-paced day, but she shone the entire time and was a brilliant creative collaborator. I'm very grateful to have been given the chance to work with her another time, and I can't wait until the next time that we cross paths too!
