Had a lovely shoot with Gareth. Prior to the shoot, he sent moodboards and ideas on what images he wanted to achieve. He is calm, easy to get along,and makes you feel at ease. His home studio is very well equipped, and have prepared plenty of outfits to try out. Highly recommend.

I had a truly amazing shoot with Gareth today.

Pre-comms with him were great and he sent me a very detailed moodboard even adding all the outfits he has for certain shots.

I expected a very good shooting and well equipped studio with lots of outfit options, but my expectations got definitely surpassed.

Gareth was so nice to pick me up from the station and from the very first moment I saw him I felt comfy; he has a lovely positive personality and we had too much to chat from beginning to the end of our day.

The studio he set up in his house looks great; the many costumes, beautiful images he took from shootings and journeys additional add to it; not to mention every museum would be jealous of the Nikon camera collection.

We worked through some BW low key portraits, beautiful BW contrasts and developed a few more ideas from that.

Gareth knows exactly what he wants to achieve and gives great directions. I especially liked how much he focused on quality rather than quantity.

On top he tried out a new light, which he very fast managed to work with perfectly.

Time was flying and I honestly seldom enjoyed a shooting that much; it was a wonderful, highly creative and fun one with great outcome (what Gareth showed me on the back of the camera and big screen).

Thank you so much Gareth for getting creative with me, your outstanding ideas and work + getting me a salad for lunch although you hate it 😝

I had a wonderful shoot with Gareth. He is very friendly and calm, which really made shooting a pleasure :) I felt at ease through the whole shoot and really enjoyed it!

Communications pre shoot we’re great, all ideas sent over in advance so I knew exactly what to expect on the day.

He was armed with outfits and ideas, I had a great time trying to create the images he had in mind with him. 100% recommended working with Gareth, as I said before it really was a pleasure, and I hope if I get the chance, we can work together again in the future!

The Dairy Barn Studio

Gareth booked the studio for a whole day to shoot with a couple of local models (separately) while he was in the area. Communications were clear at all times. On the day, he arrived ahead of the first model to run through how he would like to proceed and check out the studio lights. He is more familiar with constant lights so advice was given as and when he required it. Mood boards had been sent ahead so I knew what he wanted to try to achieve.

Both models are known to me and the studio and the shoots went ahead pretty much as planned. Gareth was very respectful of both models and provided lots of outfits for them. Some great shots and good ideas throughout the day. I look forward to seeing some of the final edits.

I was delighted to be contacted by Gareth in December about a trip he was making to my local area wanting to arrange a shoot with me after his landscape photography trip.

Gareth's pre shoot communications were perfectly clear, from moodboards...to checking my size for outfits and discussing what studio I would like to shoot at locally, as outside would be just too cold in January.

Gareth was warm and welcoming on arrival fully prepared & armed with almost as many outfits and accessories as myself 😅 and was chatty throughout the shoot. I enjoyed his company and was pleased to hear that he was very happy with what we had captured..while looking through the images after the shoot.

I recommend Gareth and would be happy to work with him again in the future.

I was thrilled to work with Gareth in his incredible home studio! Our pre-communication was excellent. Gareth had a wealth of wonderfully creative and unique ideas, which he organized in a moodboard that made the process very comfortable. He acquired amazing outfits and props to bring these ideas to life. On the day of the shoot, he met me near his house and helped with my heavy bags.

He introduced me to his beautiful, artistic house, filled with various pieces of art, and his spacious studio. The working process was highly creative and one-of-a-kind. Gareth had a clear vision of what he wanted to create and guided me toward achieving the perfect artistic image. It was an incredibly fun and creative experience, and I was truly impressed by his ability to conceive something so unique.

Throughout the shoot, Gareth ensured my comfort. He maintained the perfect temperature to keep me warm, prepared a delicious lunch, engaged in great conversation, and I always felt at ease. At the end of the session, he showed me all the images and allowed me to choose the ones I liked the most. He even demonstrated the intriguing creative editing process.

I was delighted to receive the wonderful images after the shoot, which I adore. Thank you, Gareth, for the fantastic shoot, and I look forward to working on even more creative ideas in the future!

I had my first shoot with Gareth at his home studio which was perfect for shooting in with endless possibilities and ideas.

When I arrived Gareth was professional, welcoming and friendly as well as organised and had good direction on what he wanted to achieve for the time we shot for.

This was a relaxed, outgoing shoot which we achieved really amazing images from. I loved his ideas and I loved seeing the images in between sets. I definitely recommend and hope to work on another shoot with Gareth soon.

My first time working with Gareth today. Gareth kindly gave me a lift to and from the Shoot. He was very polite and respectful towards me and provided me with Coffee and Fruit which was much appreciated. Gareth's Home Studio is well equipped and full of great Outfits and Costumes. We Shot pre raphaelite themed and some more edgy Fashion type images in a black leather Jacket and different tops. I really liked some of the images we created. I think we had a successful first Shoot, and look forward to working together on another Project.

Capture a Nomad

I had a blast yesterday again with Gareth, He came all the way up to Derbyshire to shoot me in the waters.

He looked after me throughout the shoot, considering it was hard to be in the water for long, he kept me very satisfied with pork pies & jaffa cakes.

Had a great time and a great outcome from the shoot and I only hope to kwwp shooting with him in the future with his creative projects.
