I had a fantastic shoot again today with Welshot! It was well organised and I felt so welcomed. I had a personalised snack box greeting me in my lovely warm changing space and the working conditions are always incredible. The pace is very calm and all of the attendees are so friendly. Lee and Eif are so kind and I highly enjoyed my shoot. I am back in Dec but I would work with Welshot sooner in a heart beat. As always, I highly recommend working with them :D

First of all I must say a huge thank you to Welshot. I travelled up north to Liverpool for an agency interview. To make the most of the day, I wanted to fit in a shoot while I'm there. Welshot was the only one who took up the casting and I'm incredibly grateful.

Lee is an absolute joy to work with. Incredibly enthusiastic. Incredibly caring. Incredibly organised. Communications went smoothly. She's always prompt in responding to messages. Lee made sure I had proper places to change, made sure I was well fed, made sure I felt comfortable at all times. Nothing to fault at all in terms of professionalism. We took a variety of images around the Royal Albert Dock. Well equipped. Allowing me to pose freely while giving clear directions. Every attribute a professional photographer should have.

Overall I'm very happy to have met the Welshot team and really enjoyed my experience. I'm so excited to be working with them again later in the year. Highly highly recommend. Thank you Lee and Welshot.

I had absolutely fabulous three days with Welshot Academy organized by Lee! Where do I begin? First of all, I have to say that Lee is a fabulous organizer! Everything she does takes a lot of time and effort, but she does everything perfectly! From organizing enjoyable days for the photographers to providing the warmest welcome to the models! Our pre-communication was excellent. We had a zoom meeting where Lee gave me information not only about the outfits and themes but also asked me some questions about my dietary requirements and anything else I might need. I have to say she is one of the most attentive event organizers I've ever dealt with. Lee provided me not only with transportation and a fabulous hotel for these shoot days but also with food. She was so attentive, trying to find food that I could eat despite having a lot of restrictions, and I really appreciate that!

On the shoot, she and Eifen created a fun and warm atmosphere for me and all the photographers! Eifen set up the perfect lighting, and Lee arranged the stunning outfits and ideas! All the photographers were so creative, easygoing, and fun. Everyone was chatting with each other, laughing, and having a great time like a big family! Lee made sure I had lunch, and one day we went together to a restaurant where they greeted me as a part of the team, which I was very proud of! The photos after the shoot look so cool and different! Lee and Eifen managed to create so many sets to give the photographers the opportunity to fill their portfolios with creative photos and learn something new! It was absolutely stunning three days where I felt like part of a big family! I've never felt so welcome, and nobody has treated me as well as the Welshot team! Thank you so much for this; I really appreciate it, and it was one of the most enjoyable experiences! I am very much looking forward to seeing you again and highly recommend working with Welshot Academy! Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Welshot and they were such a delight! It was so refreshing to work for a company who value their models incredibly form providing meals to constantly asking the model for her own opinion. Every photographer was a pleasure to work with and very respectful.

Welshot are going to become a huge hit! The upcoming events will be incredible and I’m so excited to be a part of them. I really appreciate their efforts to get fabulous locations and to have a designer making costumes-wow!! I am really looking forward to working with them again on several events. I had a wonderful second set of shoots organised by Welshot. Pre shoot comms are always spot on, I knew exactly which outfits to bring, what times the shoots started etc. Lee had kindly booked an airbnb which was SO lovely. Makes a big difference. I was given a hamper with enough food for 3 weeks and I felt so looked after. Everyone that attended the shoots were so polite, they have a lovely client base. I can't wait to work with them again and I would highly recommend everyone at Welshot. :)

I have been involved with Welshot for over 12 years and know Lee and Eifion well, both are remarkable characters with an absolute passion for photography!

Welshot is focused on the development and support of photographers of all abilities from complete beginners to full time professionals, catering for the latter with CPD sessions and technical, business development and marketing support.

Welshot offer 1-1 and group training and events from model based shoots to landscape, travel, architecture and still life genres.

They are particularly focused on looking after models on dance, fashion and portraiture shoots, whether that be studio based or whilst on location.

My photography development continues to grow through support from Welshot.

I have just had a fabulous first shoot with Welshot and I am simply amazed by the day.

Pre shoot communications were so clear, I knew exactly which outfits to bring, what time to arrive, parking instructions etc. And then I was greeted warmly and given a personalised snack box!

The whole day was very calm paced and we managed to get through a lot of different outfits and sets. I had a custom outfit made for me by one of the members and it was truly beautiful.

I was bought lunch which makes a huge difference and the rooms were so warm (which made me very comfortable and able to work efficiently on a cold December day!)

My reference is simply an echo of the other ones before me (and I am sure after too). But nonetheless, I would like to spread the word about this lovely event company.

I would highly recommend to everyone (models, photographers etc) and I can't wait to work with them again in the New Year! :)

Today was my first experience with Welshot Academy and the first time I have ever participated in something like this as a model. Lee and her team are just fabulous! Communication, the structure of the day couldn’t have been planned and delivered better. Lee was extremely welcoming, herself and the team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout the shoot and they kept checking in on me to make sure I had everything I needed. We shot around Chester finishing with some indoor shooting at a lovely hotel. The day flowed perfectly!

I can honestly say I had an amazing day! Thanks again Welshot and I hope to work with you again in the future

I've had an amazing first shoot with Welshot Photographic Academy this Sunday! Lee and her team were all truly wonderful!

I have received one of the best treatment I have ever received on a photoshoot, I was really well looking after. I shoot with John, Eif and Rob - who were all really nice - and we did some very beautiful images. I really enjoyed their creativity and how they were helping each others.

Prior to joining Welshot I had not worked in a studio or used off-camera flash, I was a complete novice.

I was looking for somewhere to learn and not be afraid of making mistakes, and that is what I found with Welshot. It is a community of photographers looking to learn, develop and try things that are outside of their comfort zone.

A key part of this is the 1:1 support that Elfion provides, whether it is on a group shoot, or a dedicated 1:1 tailored to your development areas. This support could be anything from getting to know your camera to advanced studio lighting. What ever it is Elfion is always there to help.

If you are looking to develop your photography in a relaxed and supported environment then Welshot is for you.

Welshot is an absolute dream to work! Every single part of the shoot was planned perfectly from arrival times to breaks.

Before shooting there was a clear vision sent across of what they wanted to achieve from our "getting to know you shoot". I brought a selection of outfits and they even provided garments too.

Lee is an absolute star and made sure lunch was provided along with snacks and drinks on offer throughout the day.

Definitely my favourite company I have worked with. My payment and deposit was sent promptly. There's is not a single fault.

I was so lucky to be a part of an amazing shoot organized by Lee for Welshot photographic academy! Ah, there was such a warm friendly and cool atmosphere along all the day!🥰 Lee is such a great person, who treats to models and photographers like to an old friends. She cares about everyone and creates really amazing experience!

She prepared a lot of cool outfits, was happy to help with my transport, there was a lot of drinks and snacks that i could always take and very delicious lunch! She didn't rush me at all and wanted me to feel comfortable. We had a nice chat, were joking and had a lot of fun!😍

All the photographers were so talented and professional! With a good light, great locations and a lot of awesome ideas! All shoot was so creative and we made sooo much of great photos!🥳

I am so so happy that Lee invited me to be a model in her amazing event and can't wait to work in Wellshot academy again! Thank you so much!🥰

I had a fabulous 'getting to know you' shoot with the team at Welshot this week. From the initial enquiry, right through to our meeting, communication was professional and efficient. I was kept updated and given all the information I needed. I massively appreciate how well organised the shoot was.

During the shoot I was instantly put at ease by all members of the team. The day was a joy from beginning to end. Lots of laughs while achieving a great deal, my kind of shoot. It was a perfect mix of letting me freestyle pose and also giving direction when I was needed to achieve the shots.

The most important thing I must stress is how well I was looked after. It was clear that my comfort and wellbeing was a priority. I was fed and watered, we had breaks when needed. I cannot thank the team enough.

Looking forward to working with Welshot again!

Where do I start..?

Lee (the loveliest lady you will ever meet) reached out to me a few months ago and we set up our first shoot in Chester. She had her lovely team with her from Welshot and we did a street fashion shoot together. It was a BLAST!

I was absolutely thrilled when we scheduled in more photography trips after our first job together.

Most recently: Lee and the Welshot team invited me up to North Wales (their base and studio home) for a weekend jam packed with styled photography adventures. I had the best time.

I really cannot fault Welshot, they are a team with a passion for photography. Lee looked after me and made sure I had everything (and I mean everything) I could ever possibly need or want whilst I was away. Her planning is impeccable, she is the most organised person I have ever met. At all points I knew exactly where I needed to be, what I needed to do and what was expected of me. All whilst having a bloody lovely time.

I laughed, posed, chatted, laughed some more and created some epic photographs with this team of legends.

If you are lucky enough to get asked to work with Welshot, jump at the chance. I cannot recommend or speak any highly of them all.
