Environmental portraiture in Lyndhurst. This was taken with the old 35mm f2D prime lens @ f4.5, 1/100th sec. I've been using the 24-85mm f3.4-4.5VR zoom a lot recently and wanted to remind myself of the look & feel of the old prime lens with no VR.
Conclusion? Old fashioned kit still works okay.
