My second shoot with thoroughly.exposed was just as great as the first. I get on quite well with him as a person—he’s easy to talk to and has unique perspectives. His photography style is unlike anyone else’s; he captures me in ways that feel special and different. I was grateful for the longer booking, and we definitely didn’t run out of ideas or motivation. Every single one of his ideas was welcomed worked really well.

He doesn’t hesitate to shoot in low-light conditions, his images always come out crystal clear. He also spoiled me by bringing wardrobe pieces specifically for the shoot, including a beautiful corset that I feel very lucky to keep. His demeanour and the quality of his work really stand out, aswell as his professionalism. I felt totally safe in his presence throughout. I can highly recommend him to all models.

My reference comes quite late, as David was the last shoot of my month in August and I've been particularly busy since then. We have another one coming up together in a week, and I couldn't let it happen without recapping our first encounter!

David is a delightful spirit with an unfettered adoration of beauty, who gives high praises of a model's work. The feedback he gave me throughout nourished me deeply, and inspired me to work harder! As a currently disabled model who sometimes has better days than others, I get quite persnickety about having a fabulous booking, on a day when my body is not cooperating. That was the case on this day, but David offered no pressure, and instead he let us work at a very relaxed pace, with deep intervals of chatting inbetween sets.

I also have never seen such a high quality image straight out of camera - my house was very dark on the day of the shoot. Conditions that would make most photographers give up immediately - I personally adore low light imagery, but I recognise it's difficult to shoot. David was impervious to the difficulty, and every image came out beautifully exposed, nomatter what room we shot in, in dull grey light or orange lamp glow, away from the pouring rain outside the cottage.

To have him back when I'm more lively next week will be an absolutely incredible time, and has been a shoot I have been looking forward to all month. I truly hope to form a lasting collaboration with him, for his talents as an artist and his merits as a person!!

I had a wonderful three hour shoot with David at my home and I am so pleased he contacted me a few weeks back. He is an absolute gentleman, kind and friendly, but more importantly I felt like he really wanted to understand me. After some wonderful exchanges via messages, a mutual understanding and trust were established between us and this is partly why our shoot was so successful.

David turned up when expected, perfect communications beforehand. We spent the whole day at my home until his train early evening.

He made me feel beautiful all the way through, which I personally appreciate very much. After the first warm up set, it only got better and better from one room to another. I tried for the first time ice cubes on my skin since we had the perfect room temperature for it.

I loved many images he took, they showed me an excellent eye, an erotic understanding showing a genuine attempt at capturing my body language.

I was able to pose with trust and confidence because I felt comfortable in front of his lens. He came a very long way on a very hot day and I really appreciate the effort and commitment to make it happen, sooner rather than later.

It was my pleasure to work with David and I do hope to pose for him again this year.

Me and Dave had two full days shooting at a lovely local air b&b, pre comms were detailed and prompt and he is so easy going and an overall great chap! the first day we focused on lingerie with a gorgeous black negligee and heels, the worked on some slouchy comfy themes and then some nude work. The second day we did duo work with another model, focusing on more erotic GG themes, including lingerie, mens shirts and a baby oil massage set. Much fun was had and I am sure we got some great shots! We are already planning the next shoot, highly recommended.

I recently worked with Dave on a home shoot, covering location fashion, portrait, lingerie and nudes! I have absolutely no hesitation leaving my recommendation here for other models. He was polite, respectful and I felt entirely safe throughout the day. Dave is quite new to model photography, so is happy to let you lead the shoot and direct. He was also open to trying out the things I suggested re camera settings, light positions etc. and was understanding when I explained I did not wish to shoot lingerie outdoors in my home town. Very nice to work with someone so receptive. :) he had some good inspiration and brought some beautiful garments along. He does not direct your modelling, or comment on your body/looks, which is great. He was fab company really easy to get along with, chatty and personable. The day flew by- I would definitely work with him again.

Thanks so much to Dave who came to Sandon Studio and worked with me for a whole day on a variety of different styles and themes.

Dave was really helpful in his pre-shoot communications and arrived on time and well equipped. Dave communicated clearly with me the styles of images he wanted to shoot and worked well with me as an equal creative. He has a positive, friendly and open-minded attitude which made the shoot creative and fun. Dave made me feel relaxed and involved throughout the shoot. The shoot flew by and we created some fantastic images.

I hope to have the pleasure of working with Dave again soon.
