I did a photoshoot at the XFACTORY yesterday and it was fantastic. Shelly the owner is very helpful. The studio has loads of space with so many different rooms and amazing natural lighting. Will definitely shoot there again. Highly recommend.

Love this space, The X factory studio is an amazing place to shoot, it's huge, with so many rooms.Did a shoot there with @Lizdaviesphotography at the weekend , @Shelly the owner met us all there and showed us around , he was very helpful , if I get chance to work there again I wouldn't hesitate.

My first visit here and I'll certainly want to shoot there again, amazing space. I was there for 3 hours and didn't really scratch the surface in terms of opportunities. Great light throughout and a very large selection of props. Kevin very helpful.

Absolutely brilliant! It’s one of a kind and any idea you have in mind for a shoot you will undoubtedly be able to achieve here.

The owner Kevin is really lovely and I was made up to be back here working with him today.

WOW...

Definitely recommend...Spacious (the biggest studio I have ever been to), unlimited ideas you can do (I didn't use any of the stuff I brought) and high ceilings...

I had several studio days at x factory which was great for me as part of my midlands tour. It was easy to find. It was very open and lots of space. The owner was there at the start and the end. Me and the photographer were free to use anything on that floor of his furniture, props, clothes etc.. there was natural light through the windows. There was a big changing room. It was good to have a place I could shoot up to open leg in without getting in trouble. Thanks Shelly.

Another great shoot with shelly at the Xfactory. Always a pleasure thankyou for giving me creative ideas and always shows me what the pictures look like straight after which is great.

There are many different backdrops and areas too shoot and endless creativty!

Came back to the studio after about 4 years since my last shoot there.

Got recommended to photograph a lovely model. Shelly is an amazing studio owner. Lots to offer in his studio, a lot of ideas to do and accomplish.

I absolutely love his place and how much freedom we are given. He keeps updating and bringing more stuff to his studio so every visit is different.

Had a wonderful time. Would love to come again soon.

Had a fantastic shoot with Kevin at the X-factory.

The studio itself is vast with loads of different areas to shoot in. Kevin has a wardrobe full of clothing and shoes galore! Loads of different props lying around too. Couldn’t ask for more.

As for Kevin himself, a very talented photographer, great at giving direction and all round lovely chap.

Had the photos back the following day to view and to choose which edits I wanted, every models dream!

Would I recommend Kevin and the studio, definitely. Will I be back, absolutely!

Had my first shoot at The X Factory and wow what a place!

The studio is absolutely huge, with a few floors and rooms, and way too many outfits, props and sets available, you could shoot for a week and still wouldn't cover it all!

It's a great space for creating a range of different sets within a similar style.

Had a great shoot with Kevin AKA Shelly, and we created an amazing set of images that I am more than happy with.

Can't wait to be back!!! :)
