Thanks so much for arranging the group shoot of 8hrs & the lifts too/from Newport/Cardiff. I really enjoyed choosing different outfits from your collection to wear for the shoots & thank you for making sure I wasn’t hungry or thirsty. I’d come back in future for sure. What a fabulous weekend I had at THE MAD HOUSE and it certainly is.

Kevin was so welcoming, he made me feel totally relaxed, handled all of the bookings and took alot of pressure off me which was amazing.

Kev literally has EVERYTHING you could want to shoot, outfits, latex everything down to hairgrips he has it.

Kevin hosted me and put me up for the weekend, we laughed ate McDonalds and laughed until we cried.

I can't wait to return :)

What an amazing studio day I had yet again at the mad house! Kevin being the wonderful host that he is & always full of energy and jokes which makes the 8 hour day a breeze!

He has literally ANYTHING you need at his studio including a bunch of clothes, props and backdrops / equipment. Kevin is always prepared and to hand to help with anything needed.

Kev definitely looks after his models & also the photographers,

I had a shoot with him 13 years after my last one. I was so nervous. He made me feel so relaxed again and I got back into it straight away. He always gives suggestions and guidance to make the shoot and photos an amazing experience. He chats during the shoot so you stay relaxed. Very good host as offers tea and coffee during shoot. It went so well I am going back to the studio 3 days later.

Well another outstanding studio day at Kev's crazy gaff. He is absolutely bloody nuts and I loooove working at his. He is super accommodating... he basically has everything. There are some fantastic backdrops to chose from along with a variety of props, outfits and accessories. His house has been fully taken over by photography haha. He respects your privacy and keeps out of your way when shooting/getting changed but is there in an instant should you require him.

A total bundle of joy! I feel lucky to have met him. Kev has me in hysterics every time I am there.

I promise you will be made to feel so welcome as soon as you step through the door.

I can't wait to return. I wish I could work there every week (then I may start to pick up the accent too)

I've worked with kev for a while now, he has his own studio which has an array of clothes accessories, wigs, make up, shoes a girls dream for a shoot, he is very friendly and professional... A little crazy but he is lovely,

His work is amazing he takes the time to speak with the model and see what she likes and dislikes.

Kev is a gentle soul who is highly recommend to anyone.

What an amazing weekend at the mad house!

Over the two days in Kevin’s studio, I can honestly say I had such a fun experience. Kevin is very welcoming and creates a comfortable environment to shoot in. His bubbly, ‘dad joke’ character definitely kept me awake on my first full days of shooting. He has even been kind enough to babysit my heels for me until I return!

His studio is extremely well equipped, with every prop and outfit under the sun alongside amazing lighting and huge selection of backdrops. I would love to visit the mad house again, definitely recommended! x

I met Kevin for the first time last week after talking about a shoot for 11 years… yep that’s correct 11 years! Lol 😂 He now holds the record for my longest shoot in the making. After meeting Kevin I did wish that we hadn’t left it so long because he’s such a lovely friendly guy and right away we got chatting and joking around. I really enjoyed my shoot at the studio and shouldn’t have worried about not bringing enough outfits because there is everything you could possibly need in the studio as far as clothing,shoes and photo props go. That’s everything except for a pot of gold lol! Kevin is a friendly yet professional photographer and I would highly recommend shooting with him. We are already making plans for second shoot. Looking forward to seeing what we create and it definitely won’t be in 11 years time lol. Thank you Kevin for a fab shoot xxx

Today I was working first time at the Mad House Studio. Such a great place with a huge verity of set ups alongside every coloured back drop you could want. So many interesting props and outfits or other items model will need for the shoot. Highest quality lighting & equipment. Kevin is so so lovely and very helpful with absolutely anything. He is also wonderful host.

Where do I even start!!?

Me and Kevin had been chatting for YEARS before finally managing to get me to his studio for a weekend. It was definitely worth the wait but hopefully won't be as long till the next time!

I had a full weekend of shooting and he made sure everything flowed and went well. What a gem ☺️ He kept me fed and watered (caffeinated ha) the whole time and I genuinely wanted for nothing. Kevin is a generous host and ensures you are happy and comfortable at all times! Talking of being comfortable... I stayed over and the bed... Wow. I could not get up it was that comfy 😅 if you stay you will sleep like a baby!

The Mad House is exactly what it says on the tin. A mad house! The place is incredible. Backdrops and outfits galore, you could turn up empty handed and have enough to shoot with for weeks! Not to mention Boris the studio pet.. Luckily he didn't get me though 😉 there is also the friendly neighbourhood cat Elvis who loves to come and gatecrash a shoot and be fussed over.

My weekend here exceeded expectations and I would highly recommend the mad house to any model! New or experienced. You will have a laugh, be well looked after and work with a wonderful bunch of photographers.

Kevin very generously helped in hosting a studio day at his wonderful place during my tour in Cardiff.

Such a fabulous host, who entertains throughout! Very laid back and so easy to get along and work with!

Not only does he host a fabulous studio. No model will need to bring a wardrobe really. He owns more clothes and accessories than all the models put together on here! 😂 meaning we were never out of ideas to shoot!

Highly recommend Kevin to any model whether touring or local and look forward to working with him again in the near future!

Kevin is such a kind host and all the photographers that I worked with were such a friendly bunch. There’s also loads of fantastic props and outfits at the studio.. you really couldn’t possibly run out of ideas to shoot!

I even met the studio pet Borris :)

I definitely hope to work at The Mad House again and highly recommend it!

Kevin is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, he is so welcoming and such a laugh!.. And so are all the photographers who have booked me for a studio day here. It is such good fun I love coming here!

The studio has lots of backdrops, the best lighting and props. Should I mention how many outfits?? :o Wow there are loads and they are all really good.

I have only shot with Kevin once but when we did the images got published so he is a pretty awesome photographer to ;)

Kevin hunted me down and booked me in to shoot for a whole weekend at his studio. Driving 4.5 hours to shoot for 2 days isn’t something I’d usually be persuaded to do very easily… but something about Kevin got me saying yes straight away and I’m so glad I did!

Aside from all his dad jokes, Kevin’s a top guy and his studio is amazing! I was expecting a cold, box of a room like many studios, but arrived at a house instead.

Kevin welcomed me with loads of energy and open arms which put me at ease instantly.

I was shown around the house; a room dedicated to a studio space with about 20 different backdrops, all the pro lighting you could want, a boudoir space, a shower that’s great to shoot in and a wardrobe that spans the entirety of the premises…

Round the clock tea was supplied as well as any beauty items I needed (even, thoughtfully, feminine products ❤️) and I just had a great time and felt at home all weekend.

Thank you Kevin, again, for such a great experience. I was sad to leave but looking forward to the next trip 🐑

Once again a fab studio day at The Madhouse with the Lovely Kevin and of course the model Emma Charlotte , Kevin is a excellant host and Hostness suppling the cold refreshment when required also he provide some ideas for images , if you a pin or elastic band some fab studio it will appeared

Brilliant Studio sums up The Madhouse very well. I love shooting there and young Kev is the best host you can ask for. For both models and photographers, whatever you can think of for props, backgrounds, outfits, nick nacks etc etc, he never fails to produce them and he usually knows where they are too. Kevin is always on hand for any help you may need and any model who has worked there will tell you how well looked after they are. One thing you do need when shooting at the Madhouse is a good sense of humour. It is well named!! Highly recommended

I have been lucky enough to have been using Kev’s studios for at least for at least 10yrs and a regular on his studio days. Always a great welcome and a pleasure try and look through all the props and clothes there etc in case I have missed something, also plenty of lights and modifiers for any type of shoot

You will have a fun time at this little studio in the valleys looking at the all the clothes and props to used if you havent got a prop more likely kevin has always helpful with setup and lighting and has a good supply of cold drinks ,besides that its a great studio to work in
