TBG Studio

.:STUDIO CLOSURE:.

It is with a heavy heart that I announce the closure of TBG photographic studio on Friday 26 July 2024. As many of you are aware I lived with and cared for my elderly mum who passed away in February this year and her passing has resulted in a number of major changes to my personal circumstances.

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to everyone who has used the studio and supported me during my tenure. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at the studio and have truly met some amazing people, some of whom have become good friends. I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful experiences and creative collaborations we have shared.

This is not the end but merely a temporary setback. I am committed to overcoming these challenges and look forward to reestablishing the studio in the future. Stay tuned for updates, as I will be back with a new space, albeit maybe not quite as large as the previous one.

Thank you once again to all the amazing people who have used the studio and supported me.

On a side note should you wish to use the studio prior to it closing there are still dates available so get booked in.

 

Please be aware that as of 01/03/2024 hire rates are increasing to £35 per hour.  All bookings already made will be honoured at the previous rate.

Hi there I'm Rob and I run TBG Studio.

The studio is a purpose built 3000 sq ft space over 2 floors located in Newmarket, Suffolk so easily accessed via road, rail and buses.

Shooting facilities include a large infinity cove and black textured wall downstairs with numerous sets upstairs including but not limited to, a fully lit window area, black wall, red wall, moss green wall, yellow wall, bedroom set.  We also have an assortment of vinyl and paper rolls and various props for use.  As with most studios things are always evolving and being changed.  There is also a large private changing room.

Equipment wise at present the studio is equipped with the following:

3x Storm II 600's

1x AD200

1x Elemental 400

1x 70cm (27.5") White Beauty Dish with Grid and Sock

1x 105cm (41") Silver Rice-Bowl Softbox with Grid

1x 120x180cm Rectangular Softbox with Grid

2x Small Stripboxes and Grids

2x Large Stripboxes and Grids

1x 150cm Octobox with Grid

1x 120cm Octobox

3x 60x90cm Rectangular Softboxes

Assorted reflectors, umbrellas, gels and stands including an overhead boom.

The studio is available to hire from £35 per hour (minimum of 2 hours).

Lastly the kettle will always be on and I look forwards to meeting you all.
