References for NEO-NOIR IMAGES

This was my first session with NEO-NOIR and I am very pleased to announce that it will not be my last. Working with Philip was a breeze. We had in-depth pre communications that set the narrative. We shot a Femme Fatale / Assassin themed shoot which was fantastically directed and structured yet done with the utmost professionalism and detail. I have to admit that it was the best shoot I’ve had to date as it was more akin to my sense of creativity and the desire to produce something different. I recommend NEO-NOIR to any model and any studio. You will not be disappointed. Thank you.

I shot with Neo noir at JDL studios.

We shot a lot of quality, interesting sets during the time we had.

We mainly shot fashion, some lingerie and I believe some topless- im so used to doing topless and nude from all my years of experience, that I don’t always remember when I have done that style if it’s for only a set!

I enjoyed our chats before and in our shoot breaks :)

I look forward to working with him in the future again with a model friend of mine :)

Had a fantastic shoot with Philip. We had to accommodate as I unfortunately missed the earlier train then the next train was delayed so our shoot time was reduced dramatically.

We still managed to get some fantastic shots for the deadly femme fatale shoot. Shame we couldn't do more.

He was very understanding of the situation.

He's great at direction and nice company. It was a great studio as well.I'd definitely shoot in there again. The owner Russ was very friendly.

I had my first shoot today with neo-noir-images in a studio!

Phil is a brilliant photographer and really does know how to look after his models. We bounced our ideas back and forth during the shoot aswel pre comms and what a fabulous team we turned out to be. If you get the chance to work with Sytog I'd up most definitely jump at the opportunity. He isn't pushy in any way and knows exactly what he wants. I really hope we manage to work again in the future. Thank you for a lovely day

Had a fabulous first shoot with Neo-Noir, its easy to see why he has so many good references!

I really enjoyed today it was something different to what I usually do, it's nice to change up just "looking pretty" and actually experiment with expression and drama!

Phil very kindly picked me up from the station and also dropped me back off again. I felt very relaxed and we worked well together.

He's really professional and has lots of great ideas of what to capture! He also let me try my casting idea for implied nude with him which I really appreciate!

Pre communications were also fantastic and the whole thing was nice and organised!

I would recommend neo-noir to anyone, if you're a model who's thinking about working with him I'd say definitely go for it because you wont be disappointed!

I'm hoping I can work with Neo-noir again (if he wants to). We have some fab pictures!

I had my 2nd shoot with Philip neo noir photography yesterday at aardwolf studio which as before was a brilliant shoot.

Philip is very easy to work with & very professional his ideas & passion for the versatility of his crime scene images is amazing & the story telling shows through in the awesome images he captures

Had my second shoot with Neo-Noir, and it certainly didn't disappoint! Even before the shoot we exchanged ideas and made plans. Philip (Neo-Noir) is very imaginative and interested in creating something more cinematic, than just a pretty picture. We went to Aardwolf Studios (in Sheffield) which has plenty of themed sets, perfect for what we were after to do. Throughout the shoot, we both made suggestions, which created great shots and concepts. Philip is always respectful of boundaries and levels, putting you, as a model, at ease and has your best interest at heart.

I definitely recommend working with Neo-Noir, particularly for something a little different from your usual shoot!

Just had a lovely shoot with the fabulous Philip been wanting to shoot with him for a long time and it was definitely worth the wait and my favourite shoot to date. The femme fatale got her commupence but who killed her and who did she kill? Philip was very clear with direction and had lots of ideas and alas we ran out of time to do all of the shots so this is why we are planning another shoot. A perfect gentleman who is very patient and very precise. I look forward to working with him again and look forward to sharing the shots with you. I would recommend him to all models and if you want a more stylized look he is definitely your guy. Thankyou so much Phillip and may our shoots continue.

Another fun shoot with, NEO-NOIR, exploring murderous themes. The death of the Beauty Queen and the Bar Maid resulted in some heinous photographic evidence. Very pleased!!

Had a lovely shoot today with Phillip at aardwolf studio working mainly on his femme fatale assassin

Work & I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The shoot flowed by with time for lots of changes & props I was totally relaxed throughout.

I found neo noir images very professional, polite & friendly knowing how to guide the pose to get the correct shot.

The images are great.. very happy!

I’m looking forward to working with him again & can definitely recommend to other models & creatives.

Philip (Neo Noir) contacted me asking to shoot together. From the start he made it clear that chaperones were welcome, and immediately started looking at dates and logistics. He gave me a lift from the train station to JDL studio in Chesterfield. The studio was impressive, almost like walking through a film studio, each space was a different set. They even had an indoors "lake", which I found particularly interesting.

On arrival, Philip again emphasized that he would only do levels I was comfortable with, this put me a ease. He was calm, passionate and professional. We had a coffee and a chat, and planned where about's we were going to shoot and possibly themes. He told me his artistic inspirations and asked about mine.

We had previously decided on a 60s film noir styles with a bit of a bond girl vibe. There was a mic prop, so we also did some shots of me "singing" in a nightclub, using some coloured filters to create the right atmosphere. We created some more spy/noir style shots with a gun and with me wearing a silver dress, which really gave it that 60s space age "Barbarella" look. We later did some low key 70s femme fatale shots.

Philip gave me lots of direction, his images are well crafted and tell a story, they look like classic film stills. He got me to act our scenarios and convey emotions, I embraced this as I have an acting background. In spite of giving detailed direction, Philip also allowed me come up with my own ideas. We worked well off eachother.

Philip sent me images the day after. They were striking, each image created the right at atmosphere for the setting. Some had a Hitchcockian look, some more in the style of Cindy Sherman. And the 70s ones, looked straight out of a moody 70s horror/thriller (with a Katherine Ross look).

I would definitely recommend working with Neo Noir!

My second shoot with Phil. Comms. were brilliant and the images were forwarded to me on the same day. Phil is lovely, professional and very respectful. He will never push your limits. If you like working on a theme, a character and using your acting talents, then Phil is your man. This shoot was with model Yorkshire Rose, who I also highly recommend. We got some fantastic images. I am looking forward to working with Phil again.

MY 2ND SHOOT WITH PHILIP .

well what and absolute fun shoot and fantastic duo shoot with Sooze ! Philip matched us well up for the sister rivalry. im loving the twist of Philips imagination .his photography skills really does tell a story . loved the love hate miserable Christmas sister rivalry it was so much fun . Philip never pushes your levels and is a true gent and very professional and respectful .

i would 100% recommend him to you .if you get the pleasure and are lucky for Philip asks to shoot go for it !

Neo-Noir and I had a fun shoot. We combined our creativity and visual story telling to create some fab shots. Still going through the 'exhibits' to select the best ones. Hoping to shoot again with Neo-Noir. I would definitely recommend him.

Had a last minute shoot booked with Neo at Aardwolf studio's & what a fab shoot it was. We do work well & bounce ideas from each other. What a gent, what a character.

Neo decided on a black & white low key themed shoot.

The images I have seen so far are beautiful, still deciding on my favourites though, but such a fab guy to shoot with.

Recommend, yes most definately.

What can I say about Phil. Such a fab guy to work with. Easy to work with, respectful, very polite & a true gent & passionate about what he shoots.

This is my 8th time with Phil, working at the JDL Studio's in Chesterfield working on halloween film 'Neo Noir' theme.

I've already rececived images back from the shoot & what can I say, brilliant.

first shoot today with Philip , we hit it off straight away as i knew we would with communicating. true gent ,comfortable to work with . very helpful in helping me with the location in heels so i didnt slip on the mud . gave direction well where needed . hes very creative in his ideas and knows some amazing interesting stuff .i think hes a book worm too . please if your ever lucky enough to get the chance to work with him snap it up ! i cant rate him enough to be fair . thanks for a fabulous shoot Philip .very much look forward to the next one with Sooze double danger duo alert .count down begins !

Had my first shoot today, I can honestly say I will more then happy shoot again! Made me feel so safe and comfortable throughout the shoot and we had an amazing laugh! Such a kind and lovely man. Really couldn’t recommend enough. Photos have come out incredible! Charlotte☺️
