Lovely and laid back, yet professional and organised, Steve owns his own very well equipped studio which is beautiful. Featuring an amazing makeup room, he knows exactly what he wants from the shoot and is always open to ideas. Very creative, great to work with, highly recommended!

Had my first shoot with steve today and i have to say it wont be my last ( if he will have me again :-) ) steve was brilliant to work with . Steve had great communication before and during the shoot , he made it easy to relax and was very professional. Tiptop studio was fantastic although we did a location shoot it was still a lovely calm , relaxed environment to get make up and clothes ready . Definatly would recommend . Thanks steve x

I had so much fun shooting with Steve! I felt bad about arriving so late, but he was so friendly and made me feel at home the second I walked in. We worked through our ideas and the shoot was over before we knew it! Steve is a fantastic photographer who is very easy to work with, and he is also a super cool person, very relaxed and fun to talk to.

He also put my favorite music on (mixed 80s rock) which assisted in getting me 'in the mood'. Poison, Alice Cooper and Motley Crue blared out of the speakers, I was in heaven!

Steve made me look the way I (want to) see myself, ie super awesome. For me to say that is something, because I'm my worst critic.

I would 100% recommend Steve as a photographer, and I hope to shoot with him real soon.

I have shot with Steve a few times and have always come away with some wonderful photos! He did some awesome shots of my dog and I and made it super easy to get great photos! He gives excellent direction as well as just being a really friendly and genuine guy! He always makes me feel welcome and I would highly recommend him to anyone! Thanks Steve!

Steve has worked with our animals on numerous occasions and we would happily work with him again and recommend him, very courtesy of the animals and their needs, extremely professional, gets the best out of both the animals and the models and maintains a high quality work ethic, fab photographer and great guy ;)

I met Steve around 9 months ago in his capacity as co-owner of tip top photographic ltd via a mutual friend . from the start, I found Steve to be a warm and friendly guy. I quickly decided to join his photography club. I have had the pleasure of Steves tutelage on several occasions on courses run out of the studio, and I really like steves relaxed teaching style. As a newcomer to photography I was nervous about my first use of the studio. No need; Steve is polite and affable and gave me all the encouragement I could need. I got as much technical advice as I needed, but Steve is happy to let me play around with set ups too, so I never feel like I can't express myself whilst using his studio. Between Steve and Deb, his wife and co-owner of tip top, I not only feel I have a great studio where I can scratch my creative itch, I also feel like I've found family and friends.

I've known Steve for a number of years as I frequently use his studio. I could not ask for a more helpful host when shooting. Steve is very knowledgable and is happy to help and advise where required. I'll be using the studio for as long as I'm allowed. Highly recommended.

I have known Steve for about 9 months now, I have attended a studio lighting course delivered by Steve at Tip Top as well as shoot style. I found both course’s to be very helpful.

Steve is very patient with amateur photographers and great with Pro's, he explains everything in detail making sure you understand.

Today I attended a photography workshop along with Carla Monaco and approximately 10 other photographers, the session was truly amazing, Steve was always available if any of the photographers needed any assistance, Steve is very knowledgeable and a great tutor, I can’t recommend Steve enough.

I have known Steve now for about 9 months, in that time I have come to see him as one of the most inspiring photographers and people I know. I came to Steve at Tiptop as a novice photographer, bursting for someone who could give me some sense of direction, which is exactly what he did. He is an absolute gem of a human being, who always has enough time to help you, and encourage you and direct you, and these abilities are only able due to his fantastic photographic talent, and immeasurable photographic knowledge.. from every camera setting to every lighting position. Let him take your photos, or let him teach you how to photograph.. which ever side of the camera you sit on.

Steve is a great guy.... he is very knowledgeable about photography and lighting. I have learnt a lot from Steve and have enjoyed using the studio. If your looking for a patient person who will guide you through a session then Steve is your man.

Iv known Steve for a number of years now and I can honestly say he has been one of the best photographers Iv worked with, his fun, caring and he makes the shoots as comfortable as possible to work in. His absolutely great at his job and the end results goes to show. If it wasn't for Steve I wouldn't have done modeling this many years as he started me out and did my first few shoots and guided me to become a better model, so for this I thank him and would 100% recommend him. His a great guy and a great photographer to work with and the finally images are never a disappointment.
