Today is a big day for me, because today I got to work with Stephanie Dubois. There isn’t much I can say that hasn’t been said already and echoed a hundred times throughout her references, so I will simply say this. Stephanie’s class is matched only by her beauty. Whatever “it” is, she has it in abundance. A total pro who is not only charming but possesses an almost telepathic ability to just nail the look and attitude of the images you are after. Stephanie, I thank you and look forward to the next time.

Fleeting Image

Stephanie had called in previously when passing near my home in the remote NW Highlands of Scotland, so we did know each other before this visit. Unfortunately a couple of days beforehand a piece of cartilage broke off in my knee and was stuck in the joint, so I was in pain and couldn't bend my leg the slightest.

At some stage between drinking tea and chatting, I managed the twenty paces to my hallway for a few available light portraits. Stephanie was very understanding of my predicament, but I felt bad not being able to make better use of her time and experience. A couple of months later I'm at last mobile again, so next time Stephanie ventures this direction I must have a camera attachment on a zimmer frame just in case it should happen again !

My second shoot with Stephanie but this time in a fabulous wild location in the west of Scotland. This was found by Stephanie as a suitable meeting place for us both coming from different parts of Scotland. We did some amazingly beautiful art nudes by a spectacular waterfall, in a river under a bridge and in a perfectly still and clear loch. My only misjudgement was in the time to get from where I was staying so I was a little late but Steph did forgive me (I think!). She knows exactly what will make a good image and strives to get only the best from each idea and put up with heat, water and midges! Highly recommended!

Since I moved up to Strathard, in the Trossachs, I have wanted to do some art-nude in nature shoots, and for a long while I have wanted to work with Stephanie. Today I struck both off on my todo list and had a great day.

Stephanie is an excellent model, but more than that she is great company, a fabulous and versatile collaborator and I can only say that if you want to make creative, compelling images and have fun doing it, then you should hire her, right now.

It took a while to organise it, due to me struggling to find a date, but we finally managed to shoot together this morning. It was a fine, late spring day, with lots of sunshine and warm.

When I arrived, Stephanie kindly made me a cupps, before we headed off into the centre of Cardiff. We started off in the Castle Quarter, in a lovely cafe, before heading into one of the many parks for some shots in the dappled light. We then went out to a nearby damaged mansion, for some sets of art nude and fashion.

All-in-all, it was a fun shoot and we were able to have quite a few chats throughout the shoot. Thanks to Stephanie for helping out with locations and ideas. She also clearly understood lighting, which is always an added bonus and I highly recommend her.

I had a great studio shoot with Stephanie this weekend.

Communication on the lead up to the shoot as well as on the day was fantastic, Stephanie was able to look at the ideas on the Pinterest Board and bring some good clothing to match the style.

I've not shot much these past few years but Stephanie needed no direction, her posing and movements were fabulous which just made the shoot go so well.

It's a pleasure working with such a professional model and I would hope to work with Stephanie in the future.

We had a fashion/beauty shoot, around central Cardiff, Stephanie chose a couple of great locations, I absolutely love the images, edgy and beautiful at the same time, which is perfect!!

I spent three fabulous days in Pembrokeshire over the Bank Holiday with Steph (and Joy Draiki) as part of her West Wales Photo Weekend. Not only is Steph a top rate model and all-round wonderful person, but her events are superbly organised. The pre-scouted locations, the accommodation and the catering were all first class and it was an incredibly successful and enjoyable trip on all counts. If you get the opportunity to join Steph on one of her trips to West Wales or Cyprus (also thoroughly recommended) then you should jump at the chance, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Steph for another truly memorable shoot :)

Just returned from an awesome long weekend away

Cottage in Superb Location in Solva on Pembrokeshire Coast, fully catered with 2 others photographers and 2 models

Had the privilege to attend Photography, Fitness, Scrambling and Hill Walking Weekend organised by Stephanie ably supported by Joy Draiki on the modelling front

What an awesome and organised trip this was, but why be surprised with such a superb team

Stephanie and Joy with organisers hats on, pre scouted outstanding locations, within easy traveling distance from our base, all programmed to perfection in a calm, controlled and relaxed manner

Stephanie and Joy with model hats on, modelling their hearts out, delivering superb poses in sometimes challenging and difficult locations, never losing their sense of fun and humour

Locations abounded from: sandy beach, rocky beach, caves and rock formations, Cathedral ruins, Hill tops all well coordinated and planned

Oh have I mentioned the constant supply of superb quality food served up by the Ladies

Oh and the Cottage, large common areas, separate accommodation, dining area all superb quality

A Huge thank you to Stephanie for delivering a weekend of shooting and chilled out social time, a superb break that left me superbly relaxed and smiling

Just got back from a fabulous weekend away in west wales with two stunning art nude models Stephanie Dubois and Joy Draiki run by Stephanie. First of all the accommodation absolutely gorgeous house right on the coast with so much space plus everyone had they’re own room with ensuite.

(3 photographers +2 models) and Stephanie and Joy laid on some amazing food for as all. Stephanie had done all the scouting for all the stunning photo locations before hand. Photographing Stephanie is something else her poses and shapes she pulls of are just breathtaking. shooting this friendly yet professional young lady is a must for any photographer.

A weekend I will not be forgetting for a long time highly recommend

I had a shoot with Stephanie today, and it was awesome!

We've been communicating for some months which has been pretty great and now I got myself to Cardiff to finally meet up and shoot with her.

We shot at my hotel and Stephanie then took me to a couple of epic locations in the south of Wales and we got some great shots.

As her profile says, she is very laid back and she is such a nice person, very easy to get along with and also totally professional. She is beautiful and know's her trade and created many great and interesting poses and made my job pretty easy. She also came prepared with clothes and props for us to use. She has great ideas of her own and she also knows and does photography herself, which I see as positive.

To sum it up, I had an awesome day, and I really hope I can get to shoot with Stephanie soon again and I also can't recommend her highly enough for anyone to shoot with. She is pure gold.

What can I say, I have worked with Stephanie a few times now. In the studio as wel as location shoots and all where absolutely fine. She is a great model who knows her strong and weak points, which is always a good thing.

This year I've been on one of Stephanies photographic retreats in Cyprus and I must say I should have done that years before! It was my first event like that, multi day abroad. And it has set the bar really high for the next. She had arranged an absolutely insane villa as our location. I've rarely seen such a luxurious bathroom as the private one I had there. And it was also a great location to shoot at. Furthermore Stephanie knows the area and all the locations in the neighborhood. So you get to the best locations on the right time of the day for the light, it was just fabulous. And after the shooting we had a great relaxing time. The company was well balanced and both models (Mischkah and Stephanie) were really good hosts.

If you are looking for a photographic retreat don't hesitate just book it.

It's so difficult to write Stephanie a reference without rattling off a list of cliches - but I'll try.

Another fabulous location shoot in Wales together, and I have to admit, I don't think I'd make such a journey if it weren't for the guarantee of knowing Stephanies commitment & input would be nothing short of 110%.

Her effort, artistic eye and pursuit of perfection meant it was a real collaborative effort in creating the images - as we explored the area, we would developed ideas and work on what we could envisage the result to be. It's down to this teamwork that I owe the thanks for the satisfaction & fulfilment in creating some very rewarding pieces.

Enormous thanks Stephanie for another superb day; highly recommended and can't wait for another opportunity to work together :)

There's probably not much left to be said that hasn't already been said. Stephanie is just an absolutely phenomenal model to work with. She poses quickly and effortlessly. She just manages to 'click' into every pose and it makes for a very very easy shoot from the photographer's perspective - set your lights up and then just press the shutter every time Stephanie stops. Every time the flash recycled she had another pose ready, she required no direction and was willing to provide input into the final results as well as changing tempo and style on the fly.

Quite simply Stephanie is a joy to work with and it's easy to see what all the fuss is about.

Stunning posing, super professional attitude leading up to, during and after the shoot and aside from all that a wonderful human being that's a pleasure to be around.

I only wish I'd worked with her sooner, and will definitely be working with her again (if she'll put up me!)

What can one say about Steph that hasn't been said in over 400 references already?

This was my second shoot with her in about six months, and the experience was as rewarding this time as before. We were indoors this time, in a great location, shooting lingerie in natural light. As ever, Steph made the shoot work, with a succession of wonderful poses in five separate areas of the space. We were very fortunate with the light, especially at the foot of some stairs and in the bedroom, where opening a Venetian blind threw wonderful shadows across Steph's body.

She is an excellent and very experienced model, who knows how to use the light to best effect. Her advice is worth listening to and she is very collaborative and adaptable. She poses freely and takes direction extremely well. On the day, she was still recovering from a back injury, and we were careful not to exacerbate it, but nevertheless, she pushed herself into a number of poses that showed off her body to great effect.

Steph is beautiful, friendly, beautiful, professional, beautiful, helpful, beautiful, fun, did I say 'beautiful', and she enjoys my salads ... which does my ego a power of good.

Highly recommended to newbies, experienced amateurs and professionals; she will work hard to get the shot. One of my "go to" models, and I will shoot with her again, RSN ... we have some unfinished business (owing to time constraints on this shoot), and we'll both have new ideas.

Stephanie seems to have a number of people that like to shoot with her on a regular basis and I can absolutely understand why.

Stephanie made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment we met.

She has a great body and knows how to use it to get the best shapes. She is also able to offer advice on your photography can and if you have any sense, you will listen.

A great location is wonderful but without the right model is pointless - a great model is wonderful but CV without the right location they do not show their best - I had a great model and a fantastic location!

I would happily shoot with Stephanie every day given the chance but if I don't get that chance at least I got to shoot with her on this occasion.

Amateur or professional - if you are looking for an effortless model you will not be disappointed. Highly recommended
