My introduction to urbex shooting was made so much easier with the fantastic Alexandra as one of the models. I am still amazed at the lengths she would go to so that I could get the image I had in mind, at times risking life and limb to get into places where I would not dare venture. Not only is she an absolutely stunning model but she is friendly and helpful, with her own ideas to assist those moments when the photographer (well, this one, certainly) was looking for inspiration. I met Alex last week on a 4 day Urbex shoot in Belgium. She is simply fantastic to work with, her experience, understanding of lines, posing and expression were just brilliant. Had so much fun working with her.

Because this was Urbex, there was an element of finding the right locations, composition and capitalising on the environment. It was so good to work with Alex in coming up with the best way to shoot in each place, different creative ideas of what might look best.

I cannot recommend Alex highly enough and look forward to working with her again soon.

Is it April already?? And my second shoot with Alex this year is in the bag?? WOW!! It just means she's THAT damn good!

After our escapades in January, where I basically had her getting nekked in Central London early on a Sunday morning, it was time for me to introduce her to a good friend of mine.

So we caught the train and headed down to Folkestone to see that genius MUA Sister Of Sinister(aka Kristina)at Studio Visage. If you haven't seen Kris's work before...just stop for a second, look up her port and prepare to be blown away! She's arguably the UK's premier creative makeup artist, stylist and designer of bespoke headpieces. She has over 12 years experience specializing in unique creative concepts...and her specialty - GLITTER!

Alex is one of those unique ladies who can pretty much do anything, and I was dying to see what would happen by putting her together with Kris! What DID happen is unforgettable - obviously absolute mayhem...but also three completely unique one-off bespoke looks, all brought to life by that fantastic Ms. McCue in the way that only she can!

I have to mention the THIRD look we did especially, as it featured Kristina's specialty - YES, WE GOT THE GLITTER OUT! Alex once again proceeded to stamp her own mark all over this absolutely stunning look...and easily showed why she is quite simply the real deal! Those particular images are just a bit special, and we both can't wait to reveal the end results!

Nemo and myself are also VERY fortunate to also have Alex under our events umbrella, and we also spent the previous Sunday rocking some vintage and retro looks for some amazing folks in Milton Keynes. All the while Alex showed that, as the song goes, "every little thing she does is magic"!

Alexandra McCue is one of those rare people who is nothing short of an absolute phenomenon, an amazing professional and totally flawless in what she does! She is SO easy to get along with, looks stunning, is really down-to-earth, has a great sense of humor, can pretty much do anything and is easily one of my favorite people that I've EVER worked with! Luckily I've got more opportunities to do so with her this year, so we'll see what else we can create together! She's just bloody fab!

Wow this wonderful woman just blew me away as soon as I met Alex and I’m over joyed to say I got the chance to work along side her on JTD Photography of Natural Light Spaces studio’s Belgium trip in March :)

What an amazing woman, I loved shooting with Alex, a true beauty both inside and out, very easy to talk to, fun, and so incredibly versatile! Alex was so enthusiastic and easy to work with as a model, and it was clear she was also easy going for the photographers whether they were seasoned pros or fairly new to model photography.

Alex has an extraordinary natural talent with her expressions, that being said she also pulled some awesome shapes. She was super fun both on and off set and made it a great trip, easily and highly recommended by me :D

I had met Alex briefly prior to the NLS Belgium Urbex trip but it was great getting to know her properly over the course of the few days of this adventure!

She is such a gem, so down to earth and easy to get along with and, of course, absolutely stunning! She made the trip so much more enjoyable and it was great to have a model buddy to chat to :)

She brings so much energy to photoshoots and is so expressive with her posing and facial features. Would genuinely love to work with her again :)

Just spent an amazing four days in Belgium on an urbex trip organised by Natural Light Spaces and Alex was one of the three models on the trip...schamazing to have such a strong fashion/beauty model/all round good egg for this and Alex is exceptional...she’s a legend in my eyes. Her natural strength in giving sharp poses that just show she is mistress of her craft...blew me away...thank you for putting up with me again Alex...you is da bomb! I believe the kids say..lol!!

Natural Light Spaces

I don't think I can add much that hasn't already been said about this amazingly versatile and talented model.

We had the pleasure of Alex joining us as one of the models on our recent urbex road trip to Belgium.

Her enthusiasm for getting the right shot for the photographers on the trip is just mind blowing, her ability to hit just the right pose never ceases to amaze.

She worked so well with all of the team on the locations and then made sure she had time to talk to all of the photographers during the evenings.

Alex is one of those models who is quite simply to complete package.

We fully recommend her and cant wait to have her along on future trips and workshops :)

These was my second shoot with Alex, first time at Inspire studios and these was again an awesome shoot.

As always Alex was full of energy, awesome poses and fun to chat, discuss the shots, ideas and amazing to work with.

These time we were shooting mix of hitman, transporter theme and she was on point with her wardrobe and amazing makeup matching the moodbaord.

She as always on time, great to work with and got some amazing images(cant wait to edit ).

Highly Recommended with any of your projects and would love to work with her on amazing ideas in future.

Fabulous!

Whilst sorting out the studio for another photographer I had the wonderful opportunity to arrange a last minute shoot with Alex for the next day - great to be in the right place at the right time as she wasn't in York for long.

It was a brilliant shoot with a wonderful person. Alex comes full of energy, exuberance, bucket loads of enthusiasm which makes for a great shoot.

She poses with elegance and finesse and is fully involved in making sure you get the best shot.

Her dynamism is infectious and she's wholeheartedly recommended!

Just back from an afternoon sojourn with LJ...

Very easy to get on with, great creative ideas and we just seemed to bounce off one another.

Shooting once more at York Photo Studio we made good use of the space on offer and shot a range of looks.

I like how she pushed my creativity and wasn't happy to accept any old image.

Be more than happy to repeat the exercise should our paths and schedules ever cross again!

You get way more than just a model for your money. Very happy to recommend.

Wow! So pleased we answered Lady Jayne's casting call when she announced she was going to be in our area. With emails exchanged and introductions carried out over the phone, by the time we got to the studio we felt like we knew her already. Alex is one very professional, energetic, full of life young lady with a wicked sense of humour that made our job very easy. I took advantage of having a shoot with Lady Jayne after a couple of hours became free at our OpenSpace studio and I'm so glad the opportunity arose!

A Lovely shoot again today on Tristan's Commercial Photography Worksop at Natural Light Spaces. Alex is a very versatile model with a wide repertoire of moods and styles. You can actually see Alex warming to a project and then its like a turbo kicking in as she flows from pose to pose, each time challenging herself to raise the bar and deliver. Also, take it from me, Alex is one lovely lady. If your fortunate enough for Alex to be modelling near you, then take the opportunity and shoot with her. Thanks Alex for another lovely shoot.

I cant say enough how much I've enjoyed the shoot this morning with Lady Jayne, at Natural Light Spaces. LJ is a fantastic creative, and it was a privilege to work with her on the project. I'd put together a small plan, and we were able to discuss how, and to what extent we'd follow it. We were then able to interpret each section creatively together. LJ poses to a very high standard, and I quickly decided to run with her array of poses. That said, she responded well to any direction given. LJ whilst the ultimate professional, was fun to be with, and a very warm person. I've been thrilled with the outcomes, and cant wait to shoot with her again. Thanks LJ.

Just spent a great morning with Lady Jayne at her tour base. LJ is a delightful model, full of ideas and highly professional in her approach and modelling. Pre-shoot comms were excellent starting with a quick chat on the phone, then quick responses on PP.

LJ is a fantastic model who moves from pose to pose with ease, always looking to deliver what you're after. The shoot flew by thanks to LJ's bubbly personality and conversation. It was a very relaxing shoot and the results look fantastic.

This was my first shoot with Lady Jayne, a two hour androgynous-themed shoot at the Natural Light Spaces. Lady Jayne has a fluid posing style, a strong look, an eye for a great shot and a thorough understanding of lighting, posing and composition.

Lady Jayne makes it all look easy (even though it isn't), and takes every effort to make sure that the photographer gets what they are looking for from a shoot. She gives 100% to every single frame, and takes an active interest in the images on the back of the camera.

On top of all of this, Lady Jayne is a pleasure to converse with, making the time in the shoot just fly by.
