Feb 2022 - Coming out of hibernation and looking to shoot; got a few projects that have been on the back burner that I now need to bring to the boil.

In Brief:

I am principally a wedding and portrait photographer; I enjoy working with people, taking the occasional fabulous photo, and not taking myself too seriously!

And a bit more:

I try to shoot as often as possible, although the demands of teaching full time, as well as working freelance, can get in the way of personal projects that I have simmering away.

I tend to put out paid casting calls when I have specific projects to shoot for. Occasionally, I will offer TFP shoots, or a part paid arrangement, but it is very rare that I will respond to a 'cold' email requesting paid work. I am happy shooting in the studio, or out on location - although the latter is my preferred choice. I love dramatic landscapes, and have a penchant for the theatrical and the cinematic kind of image. I take my inspiration from a range of photographers and artists - current fav's are Lara Jade, Frank Neu, Olivia Goldsmith and Helmut Newton. I am also a sucker for the work of Vettriano, Betty Page and Dita Von Teese! Although based in Hertfordshire, I do frequent the Midlands, Mid Wales and Cornwall throughout the year, and am happy to work with models in these areas.
