Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

Paul came to Basford Hurst Cottage to take part in a two day natural light photography workshop hosted by Michael Morris, Beth Kate and Lenza.

Paul arrived on time with everything he needed for the shoot. He is polite, friendly and great fun to have around!! He worked well with Michael and the models throughout the workshop and was respectful of his fellow photographers. He really paid attention to what he was learning from Michael and made sure to put into practice what he was learning.

During his time at Basford he made sure to look after our location and was very easy to have around the location.

I would absolutely recommend Paul and I hope to see him again soon! Thank you Paul!! :D

Kelsey Wolfe

Paul responded to my casting for a duo shoot with the wonderful Feraline at her Grandmother’s home in Croydon.

Paul was an absolute delight from the get go, his pre-comms were clear and gave me a good idea of who to expect when shooting together, I’m incredibly glad he booked us as we all got along so well.

Paul’s portfolio here really doesn’t do his range or talents and skills justice, some of his images that he’d shown me on the day really blew me away, and what I saw on the back of camera was honestly incredible.

Super impressed with the imagery he created, his attitude towards clambering around a busy garden and to us in general, he is a wonderfully talented, easygoing individual who I’d work with again in a heartbeat.

Paul also mentioned that he’s not done much Nude work before and was happy for us to take the lead on this. As this is the area I am most experienced with, I was happy to help and offer direction, he took this in his stride, adjusting lighting where needed and created some really beautiful pictures, capturing the nude form in a really tasteful and artistic way.

100% recommended and I sincerely hope I get to work with Paul again!

Feraline

Myself and the awesome Kelsey Wolfe had a brilliant duo shoot with the wonderful Paul last week as part of our London tour!

I'm so glad he booked in with us as we had such an awesome time and really got on so well together. Paul is a really talented photographer and genuine joy to be around - as Kelsey has said his portfolio on here really doesn't do his skillset justice, every time he showed me/us the back of the camera we were completely enamoured with what we were seeing!

We shot a range of gorgeous portraiture amongst the flowers in the garden, some wicked androgynous lifestyle shots in the kitchen, and then art nude imagery too. As Kelsey was the most experienced in that area she kindly took the lead and offered up her wisdom and direction to be followed - and Paul was fantastic venturing into this, really bringing to fruition an artistic and tasteful result that we were super chuffed to be a part of!

Paul is a really kind-hearted, considerate and lovely person and comes very highly recommended by me, I'm excited for our paths to cross to again.

Had a fantastic shoot with Paul as he attended my Moroccan/Botanical themed day.

What a lovely shoot we had!... he arrived on time and we lovely, friendly and chatty!....

He was happy to work with my built in sets and try lots of different variations within them and we even decided to try a few extra things as well!...

Produced some absolutely stunning images!... Very happy!...

I would certainly recommend Paul for 1-2-1 shooting.

Genuine guy and very talented photographer!...

Shot with Paul for the first time today, as he attended my studio day at the Xroads.

Paul's portfolio on here does not represent even a grain of what he can do. He is highly skillful and, to be honest, I was blown away as I didn't expect it at all.

We worked on gels sets, practicing what he has learned from attending one of Jake Hicks workshops. Paul was able to recreate the shot he had on his phone by working in the studio he's never been to before.

Loved back of the camera pictures, hopefully Paul is as chuffed with the results as I am.

100% recommend him to models.

Well to say we shot on Friday 13th what a belter of a shoot it was!!!

Pleasure from start to finish. Organising the shoot was finalising details was simple and easily done. You arrived on time at my house. Friendly, polite, well presented, a decent photographer, chatty but professional at all times. I don't have a negative thing to say and hope to work with you again :)

Shot with Paul at Worthbridge Studio in Keighley and couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

He knows what shots he wants to get, and knows his lights to get them! He made me feel relaxed, it was super nice to work with someone who knew what they wanted from the shoot and has the talent to justify.
