About me

I'm a hobbyist photographer of many years, having had a camera since my teens, and embraced the digital world in the early 2000s.  Outside of photography, I work in IT Consultancy.

Over the years I have developed passions for different styles of photography and different visions of what my work can create.  This ranges from simple portraits to something "artsy" to hang on a wall, from studio fashion shots to landscape nudes.  One of my current main goals, though, is to produce pictures with some degree of "delicate", "sexy", "romantic", and possibly "intimate", which fall generally under the banner of "sensual".

I might be a hobbyist but I bring a professional attitude.  For example, I see every shoot as a "collaboration", not in PP's interpretation of the word (as a synonym for TFP) but in its actual meaning "working together".  Rather than seeing a model as a voice-activated clothes hanger, I much prefer to share and develop ideas together, both before the shoot and during it, so we can evolve the original concept to produce the best image we can.

I am available most weekends (my PurplePort calendar is kept up-to-date) and have my own dedicated studio facilities, where I can offer a private changing space and bathroom, and a selection of clothing items and accessories to supplement your own.

My 2025 plans

I'm starting 2025 with the intention of shooting specifically on the themes of some of the image groups on here, including:

• Anonymous Allure
• Black & white portraits
• Boudoir (non-nude)
• Denim at its finest
• Drone Photography
• Naked Music
• Shower Time
• Urban portraits
• You've got to know where your towel is

It's not so much a case of specifically wanting to add to those groups, more that it will give me specific focus rather than arriving at a shoot and trying to wing it.  I will also be aiming to add more narrative to my pictures.

What else I want

I am looking to work with models with any level of experience who have a keen and professional attitude.  Any model with interesting or unusual locations available to them is particularly welcome to message me about it.  I'm especially looking for

• fields of flowers or wheat
• a waterfall
• an indoor swimming pool (or outdoor, in the summer!)
• a sauna/jacuzzi
• a grand hallway/staircase
• a boat (out at sea or on a lake)
• other types of locations if they'll add something new for me.

In addition, anyone on any of my WTWW lists is always welcome to message me about any special events.  Just be aware that I have limited shooting time (and budget) available so won't be able to take you up on all of them, much as I might love to! ;)

Other notes

I am happy to pay a deposit if I know your address.

I prefer to pay by bank transfer at the end of a shoot where possible, though PayPal is also an option. Please let me know if these are not acceptable.

If you have a cancellation policy, please note that I will ask that you reimburse any out of pocket expenses that I might have incurred, such as pre-booked travel, or equipment/studio hire, in the event that you have to cancel within the last 72 hours.

Chaperones or other companions are welcome if discussed in advance.
