Visiting models...

I often tend to "cherry-pick" models visiting my area, so please don't be afraid to contact me if you are visiting Scotland or on tour.

For nude work, I am generally looking for models that suit classic/traditional location artistic nude that have some natural decoration. 

 

Collaboration...

I seldom actively seek collaboration as I find this to be mostly fruitless, you often find the best things when you are not looking for them. These collaborations tend to be very fruitful, exciting and that produce excellent creations.

Beyond working together and far beyond TF* is where collaboration begins, from the joining of two or more creative minds collectivity working as one toward a common goal with each sharing or absorbing costs, in the photography modeling sense to work on ideas or visions to enhance them and produce the best possible work or series of works.

Outline of my photographic experience...

I have worked within a variety of styles and genre, including, Light Painting, night and alternative lighting, art and figure nude, fashion (in some sense of the word) in and out of the studio, my preference is location shooting in most cases.

As the stated years of experience doesn't necessarily have a correlation to actual experience in any given photographic style, maybe a better expression is found in a number of model shoots, so as an approximation of this:

Model shoots - approximately 130, of which the split of studio and location is about 50/50.

• Art and figure nude.

 

Why I do this...

I do what I do, primarily for me as a form of creative outlet, I want to be proud of the photography I produce, I want to produce something beautiful and or thought-provoking.
As a bonus I want others to like and enjoy my photography, for their own reasons, and those that I work with I want them to have had an enjoyable and productive experience, I think mainly I achieve that.

I don't do this for Recognition
I don't do this for Reward
I don't do this for Respect
I do this for self-expression, satisfaction, and for the sake of Art.

Sometimes the journey is more important than the destination!

I won't make you famous
I probably won't get you noticed
But I will do all that I can to make the best possible photographs of you.
