I met Sarah recently at a lighting workshop where we explored different settings and costume styles.

She effortlessly displayed Professionalism with enthusiasm adapting well with myself and two other Photographers.

Well versed at both taking direction and producing an array of poses to get excellent responses with all our different requests. Her hard work contributing greatly to a very enjoyable evening.

With these qualities plus plenty of smiles, Sarah is definitely highly recommended.

I did a second shoot t Tankspace and she was first on my list, as she was so good last time.

Just like before, she was fun to have around, put everything into the shoot and had some great ideas. The photos look fantastic too.

Sarah took on the challenge of modelling for our Thursday night group at MLP Studio and came our triumphant! We had a tongue-in-cheek Santa theme, and Sarah brought a range of suitable outfits, taking it all in her stride.

This was the first time we had worked together, and I hope it will lead to the realisation of some ideas I have been developing for a while. I'm looking forward to it.

Shot with Sarah for the first time yesterday.

Despite having had a nightmare of a journey, she turned up smiling and ready to dance barefoot in a dark public park so I could get the shots I wanted. And in November too. Now that's what I call dedication.

She moved beautifully, making for some cracking shots.

She was also an absolute pleasure to work with. Throughly recommended.

Had the pleasure of meeting Sarah at a bridal and vintage shoot at Carlton Towers organised by Main Shoot. During the morning session I did not actually shoot with her but was constantly aware of her presence and her work for the other togs. When I came to shoot her in the afternoon I instantly realised that she has a special look that steals time and challenges the ordinary. We worked on Boudoir with vintage and she provided many great images which communicated charm, elegance and quiet understated beauty. She took direction and posed free flow with patience and calmness. I thoroughly recommend Sarah, look forward to a second opportunity to shoot with her, and expect to be amazed. Thank you Sarah.

Had the first of what I hope will be many shoots with the totally awesome model today! ...or at least a couple more before Sarah gets snapped up by the BBC or some other news outlet and is reporting from Parliament Sq. or somewhere else where there's a story breaking!

All pre-shoot comms with Sarah were top notch, which settled any fears I had of working with someone relatively new to modelling. As for the shoot itself, it was a group shoot at TankSpace, a place she'd been before, and it showed, as her confidence posing in the water was breathtaking. She was definitely a mermaid or dolphin in a former life, as she was so graceful in the tank, and unlike most models who quickly tire after 20 minutes or so... I think Sarah would have happily stayed in there for all 6 hours had we let her!

At the time of writing this I've not looked through all the photos, but if the back of the camera thumbnails are anything to go by, I'm super thrilled with how many of them turned out.

As well as being a natural beauty, Sarah has a truly wonderful demeanour, and I enjoyed our session immensely. So it will come as no surprise to learn that I recommend her whole heartedly, and can't wait for our next shoot!

What can I say, first time I met sarah and she was lovely to speak with. She had missed her early train and we had worked around the later schedule but this was fixed. Had a wistful shoot, some great images. We had chatted for pre shoot and during shoot. I would recommend more people to work with her and encourage her to keep making great photos, needed no details for direction and gave 100 present for the shoot. Not sure what else to put, but was all positive

Take in the Alps

I’m so happy to finally be getting around to writing this reference and I really want to do justice to what for me was an incredibly fulfilling and creatively inspiring experience.

This was a very important shoot for me because my plan was to explore my childhood past, including the home I grew up in between 1960 and 1970. I wanted to trace this personal history through images that would evoke my relationships with the females in my family: my mum and my two sisters. I booked a nearby studio to work with Sarah in order to establish a rapport with her prior to the location shoot that would subsequently take us all around my home town of Huddersfield. From the get go I knew that I had chosen not only the best model for my aforementioned ideas but also a supremely gifted individual who could take them to a high level of personal fulfilment and accomplishment. In the studio Sarah was brilliant …. extraordinary. She had levels of concentration, a capacity for focus and intensity, and a richness of emotional expression that had me enthralled in every moment of this initial shoot. I came away with set after set of treasured shots that I simply couldn’t wait to edit. And yet this was only supposed to be a warm up for the more important location shoot.

I left the studio that night knowing I had just worked with a wonderfully talented actor; a model who could absorb narrative ideas, and subtly deliver poignancy and presence to animate these ideas, bringing profundity and a sense of surprising discovery to the stories I was telling. Her response to attire, location and lighting was exemplary, her every move, gesture and expression was imbued with and complimented the prevailing mood for each set. There was a relaxed inevitability about her approach, an understated enthusiasm that opened up a generous space for creativity, allowing the work to unfold with tenderness and ease.

She was willing and able to be ingenious, to invent and to be playful. The characters she created and the roles she inhabited were easily achieved and always convinced.

The next day I spent researching the locations for the following day’s shoot. I now had pictures of her in my mind. And what’s more, I knew that she would be able to deliver my ideas in ways that would transcend anything I might have hoped for. Consequently, the ideas simply grew in my mind.

The day of location shooting couldn’t have gone any better: the clothes I had chosen for her really brought out her natural beauty and the mood of the times (sixties) we were exploring. In my mind I was aptly singing ‘you wear it well’ by The Faces! :-)))

I remember an instant when she asked me what her motivation was for a particular set. I just said: “crime!”. We laughed and then she went for it with the kind of relish that makes you feel like celebrating. I really loved the way she brought humour, energy and an intuitive intelligence to everything she did.

The day was one of those creative experiences I’ll never forget. I was almost ridiculously happy with what transpired. I couldn’t stop thinking about how lucky I’d been in choosing Sarah as the model for this shoot. She was such a willing accomplice, perhaps sensing how important it was for me to tell these stories. And at the same time she confidently knew that by having such qualities of performance, self-knowledge and emotional maturity she would be able to furnish my ideas with beauty and truth.

I am already planning part 2 of the shoot when we will explore another group of locations and new aspects of the storyline. I’m just so glad that Sarah will again be my model for the second part. I know that she will continue to enable me to evolve as as a photographer and that any ambition I have for the shoot will be fulfilled. That puts me into an exciting mindset of dreaming up the perfect shoot but also of allowing the unexpected and the spontaneous to contribute. Sarah can work with any and all of these attributes.

I recommend her to you with an absolute knowledge that she has much to bring to your photography. You will have plenty of fun and I’m sure you will enjoy being with such a powerful and playful presence. She has my highest possible recommendation.

This was my first shoot with Sarah and it was very good. Sarah was professional, friendly and easy to work with. We had good fun but worked hard too :). Sarah was natural in posing but very willing to take direction and also provide her own ideas and input. As a result we got some great images which I am enjoying editting. This was my first shoot with Sarah as part of a small group using the TankSpace facility for underwater photography.

There was good pre shoot communication, she arrived in plenty of time so we could talk through what we were trying to achieve, and she instantly gelled with the other photographers and models on the shoot.

This was a new experience for all of us and she brought an abundance of professionalism, enthusiasm and a sense of fun to a challenging shoot, nothing we asked for was too much trouble.

A super model to work with, highly recommended and I would love to shoot with her again.

So Sarah stepped in at the last minute and rescued our shoot along with 2 other models.

She was fun, enthusiastic, very friendly, easy to work with and gave everything to our shoot. I cannot thank her enough.

I can highly recommend her for any shoot, after what she did for us (at Tankspace, underwater studio) I feel she could do any kind of shoot she was offered. But I must add that she took to being under water fantastically well. Top marks.

I would absolutely love to work with her again, especially on dry land, I cant give higher praise than that.

Had the great pleasure of working with Sarah on an underwater tank space shoot. Sarah arrived on time and full of enthusiasm for the shoot. Although she had never done anything like this before she threw herself into the deep end (excuse the pun ). Had the first of what I hope to be many shoots with Sarah. We had a couple of ideas to shoot which she absolutely knocked out of the park. The first was shooting for my women dressed as men project which she smashed and then shooting for my pretty trashed project which she nailed too!

I know I have shots in the camera that will definitely be going into my final collection for these 2 projects and we snuck in a couple of other styled shots at the end too.

Can't wait to check out the images and also really looking forward to working with Sarah again.

Pre comes was great we had the style of the shoot planned out with what to wear and makeup and was not disappointed.

Sarah kept me informed throughout her journey and her arrival time

She is very professional about her modelling Sarah produced some great poses with little or no directing.

Her hair and makeup were immaculate and I got some great images.
