I am an easy going laid back photographer who likes to consider himself a gentleman : a model's comfort and safety are a prime concern, for without those the images produced become stilted and lifeless.  I have shot more than 400 different models in the nineteen years that I have been captivated by this hobby and quite a number of them on multiple occasions if the shooting chemistry works.  I love working with my muse of more than twenty five shoots and I shall continue working with her for as long as she models, however there are others where shoots are in double figures. That said I am always up for taking on another regular model for collaborative work if you think my style would benefit you. 

I love working away from studios and have my own studio lighting so can work in a model's home and occasionally in farms, mansions, and industrial premises.  I often pick models up from home to drive to a favoured location which I believe gives us chance to get to know one another and get the shoot off to a flying start.  Please feel free to contact any of the models I have worked with if you have any qualms over this.

I think I have evolved my own distinctive style of image: usually full length with the model adopting dynamic poses and set against an interesting background to create a satisfying narrative overall (though obviously standard studio backgrounds are used in winter). That said if you check out my albums you will find that I am not totally limited to this sort of composition. My work usually involves fashion, fashion nude and art nude, though I am happy to shoot other genres too. 

I periodically cut down the number of images in my portfolio but my favourites have been transferred to the appropriate albums below: have a browse, there are more than 3000 of them there now.
