This time she was playing Alice, helping produce a one off image, not everyone’s cup of tea as it was hardly a portfolio filler. Did we get the shot we plan, nope. We got something so much better that we had not considered. And that's why we will work with Rosie again..

This was our second shoot with Rosie, although we had two plan in quick succession. For this shoot we needed a couple of test fittings and the the right weather as it was a location shoot, so Rosie worked with us to adapt our date to suit, as the welsh weather changed sooooo much. 🥴

Anyhoo, we finally got a windy, but not to windy and dry evening and Rosie nailed posing in our huge parachute dress, she brought a fun, vibrant youthfulness to the shoot, and was patient with Jens mobility needs that day and while we experiment with our new flash.

Definitely work with Rosie again (well we have another shoot booked already) shes good fun, easy to communicate with and delivers the goods.

This was our 4th shoot together and every bit as magical as the previous ones. Pre-shoot communications were great, and Rosie arrived at the local station fully prepared for the shoot.

We covered three sets, Painterly portraits, summer fashion and then finished with several outfit changes for some portraiture, fashion and storytelling images on and against a huge pile of coffee bean hessian sacks that I had acquired. As usual nothing fazed Rosie and her superbly expressive storytelling posing shone through the images, just as it had in previous shoots.

Rosie is very dedicated and enthusiastic, with a lovely personality and has a great “can do” attitude. The shoot simply flew past with much fun and laughter while simultaneously getting some fabulous images.

Thank you, Rosie, for yet another wonderfully magical shoot and I look forward to our 5th shoot in October.

After taking a long break from photography, I had my first shoot with Rosie today and it was an absolute pleasure shooting with her.

Rosie was well prepared for the shoot, having picked out a few different outfits and accessories based on the mood board that we had discussed previously as well as prepared her hair and makeup based on the concept.

During the shoot itself, Rosie was happy to share her thoughts and ideas on different poses and areas in the area to shoot. She took direction well while showing initiative in forming a good range of expressions and poses. She also deserves credit for braving the chilly wind (not what you would expect for the middle of summer, but that's another story!)

To finish, Rosie was a fun person to shoot and I highly recommend her! Look forward to shooting with her again in the future 🙂

This was my 3rd photoshoot with the wonderful Rosie. Pre shoot communications were excellent and Rosie had made a fantastic job at getting her hair styled for this photoshoot and suitably styled period makeup applied for the era that we planned to shoot. All my positive comments in my previous references for Rosie still undoubtably apply.

Rosie is absolutely at her best when getting into the character of the style of image we are creating and is allowed to express herself in her posing, thus creating a storyline to an image. She combines a professional and dedicated approach with a delightful personality and it is a joy and a pleasure to work with her. The time simply flew by and well before the end of the session we already knew that another shoot was in the offing.

After a six month break I've just returned from a first studio shoot with the very lovely Rosie. She's great, beautiful and easy to get on with and full of enthusiasm, a really lovely young woman. We'd discussed outfits and ideas beforehand and therefore had a pretty good idea what we were going to do. Rosie didn't disappoint and was easy to direct whilst offering her ideas for poses too. Just what I needed to get back into the swing of studio shoots. Thank you Rosie.

My first shoot with Rosie and what a breath of fresh air she is! Chatty and friendly and can go from laughing to the perfect expression and pose in less than a second! An absolute delight to work with Rosie poses with natural ease but is also great at taking direction. We lucked out on our preferred place to shoot but that didn’t phase her at all. We simply moved on to the second and third choices and got some great images.

I highly recommend Rosie. Her professionalism and friendly can do attitude made the shoot and I will definitely be looking to shoot with her again.

I had the pleasure of having my first shoot this year with Rosie after she made connect with me waiting to work together.

I am so glad that we arranged a shoot has it was so much fun and enjoyment.

Rosie is so easy to get along with. We arranged on outfits and styles before hand and Rosie came with plenty of choices that we could use, although we didn't manage to use all of them.

Rosie is fairly new to modeling and loving it, and she was happy to take direction but she was also happy to try her own posing, which worked really well and we got loads of images.

What can I say... Rosie is very easy to work with and very good at what she does. Comms were good and she turned up on time, ready to go and with 3 outfits. She has a good variety of poses and needs no direction plus she thinks about matching outfits to locations and the shoot itself. Add to that, friendly, chatty and good looking, and a 100% recommendation from myself. Definitely someone I want to work with again.

My second shoot with the wonderful Rosie. It had been scheduled for the week before but was delayed at the last minute due to Rosie having a bad fall and going to the local A&E hospital, which led to a few communications worries. Thankfully all was well this time and Rosie didn’t need to bring too much with her as we were mainly shooting a variety of my period outfits and props that had taken her eye on her first visit.

Rosie is becoming one of the best character models that I have encountered and really puts her mind into the character of the outfit she is wearing and the situation she is portraying. She absolutely revels in creating a storyline to an image. It is wonderful watching her mental clogs whirr for a few moments and then she is completely away acting and posing in character. For me this particularly makes her a dream to work with and adds an extra certain something to the images that we create together.

Needless to say, we were only three-quarters through the shoot before we knew that there was so much more that we wanted to shoot than we could fit in and agreed to doing another shoot to do some more detailed work.

Rosie is an absolute joy to work with, thoroughly professional and dedicated in her approach combined with a happy and fun personality. She is just so easy to get along with and she is rapidly honing her modelling skills even further.

I had my first shoot with Rosie, it will not be the last!

Rosie's comms were amazing, we bounced ideas around for few a weeks before the shoot, and she kept me upto date with travel plans and when on her way.

Rosie is relaxed, confident, easy going and fun. Rosie needs little direction, but when needed nothing was too much trouble.

We photographed a number of different styles and experimented with different lighting techniques as well. Rosie has a great sense of humour, clearly loves her work and is a all round lovely person!

I would recommend anyone to work with Rosie, you will capture some fantastic images.

Our first shoot with Rosie shooting in our parachute dress. Communication was easy, planning the shoot, dates, location etc was really a pleasure. Unfortunately we had to cancel our first shoot due to ill health on our part and Rosie was easy going about this and quick to reschedule for us.

We shot in a local location which was great. Rosie knew great areas to shoot there and contributed to ideas etc.

The shoot went really well, Rosie is down to earth, good fun and enthusiastic. She poses well, offers ideas and is patient while we managed some tech issues.

We have discussed other shoots and really hope we get to work together again, highly recommend.

I had my first shoot with Rosie on Sunday after our first booking was scuppered at the last minute by train cancellations. With Rosie being fairly new to PurplePort, with little studio experience, and only having references, albeit glowing ones, from two photographers, I was slightly unsure of how the shoot would go. Within a few minutes of starting the shoot all my concerns were simply blown away. Rosie is indeed rather good at modelling and can, with ease, put emotional expression into her posing and needs very little direction. When direction is given, she readily accepts it and makes great effort to interpret the photographers concepts. She has a great enthusiasm in working with the photographer and achieving the desired images. Rosie takes her modelling seriously and obviously invests time into developing and honing her skills.

Rosie has a naturally bubbly personality and is extremely easy to get on with. The four-hour shoot at my home studio simply flew by and a good variety of different sets and styles were covered. As a bonus Rosie was very adept at quickly putting together different outfits and props from my collection and producing excellent co-ordinated combinations that made for great images. Indeed, by the end of the shoot we already had our heads full of ideas to use on a second shoot.

Thank you, Rosie, for a memorable shoot and I look forward to working with you again next month. I can thoroughly recommend working with Rosie to other photographers.

Despite having been up for most of the night and not feeling anywhere near 100% Rosie was still determined to proceed with the shoot and am I glad that she did!

She turned up with all of the agreed outfits plus a few additions and again we enjoyed a very productive few hours capturing some great fashion and portrait images. Rosie puts a lot of effort into her poses and thinks about what would work at each location.

We also discovered that some of our images from our previous shoots had been published and that is testament to Rosie's hard work.

Second shoot in as many days with Rosie and despite horrendous traffic issues making me an hour late in picking her up, she was perfectly laid back and relaxed.

She had again chosen three amazing outfits that complimented the locations perfectly and her hair and makeup were again to the highest standard. She had even gone to the trouble of changing her nail colour from the previous day.

Nothing is too much trouble for Rosie and she wants the photographer to be completely satisfied with the images that she produces. It really does feel as if she has invested of herself fully in this journey and she is a joy to work with.

Once again she comes with the highest recommendation from me.

Rosie is a model who, if you shoot fashion with her, will put an enormous amount of effort into choosing and creating looks that work and that's something that I really appreciated on our first shoot together.

Her posing ability was quite evident and she didn't really any direction whatsoever, although she was happy to take it when offered.

She's also quite the adventurous model and put up with most of my madcap ideas!

There was plenty of chat and banter and we had a great first shoot, with shoot number 2 already in the diary.

She comes with the highest recommendation from me.
