Rod has originally booked in on a multiple photographer shoot with me being the model for the day. However no other photographers came forward for the shoot, so he hired out the studio and did a one on one sploshing shoot with me.

Rod was kind enough to pick me up from the railway station, as I had never been to the studio before. Rod was very friendly and very easy to chat to. I even laughed at his dad jokes.

As I had never done a sploshing shoot before our first scene took slightly longer than expected, as he directed as to what he wanted from me. It turns out I rather enjoy sploshing and I’m quite a natural at pouring food all over me. We did four scenes altogether and I had such an amazing time doing all of them. My favourite was the final one where I managed to get my own back on Rod by covering him in lots of different food items.

I would hesitate to work with Rod again in the future and you shouldn’t hesitate to work with him either. Down to earth and a genuine gentleman

I worked with Rod at a group underwater photoshoot with Tank Space. Rod was very friendly, polite, easy going and generally great to work with. He introduced himself at the shoot initially and showed me the photos he had taken periodically, once I was out of the tank and preparing for my next set. He made me feel very at ease as I had never done underwater modelling before, and he had never done underwater photography so we were in it together, really. I would recommend Rod to anyone!

I've had the pleasure of working with Rod recently twice at recent group shoots I've modelled for.

Rod is an absolute pleasure to work with, is very polite, respectful and great fun! He brought a Batgirl outfit for the shoot which was just fabolous. He gave great direction and has a very good eye for photography. I saw some of the images at the back of the camera and they were fantastic!

Highly recommended and certainly hope to work with Rod again! :)

Rod hired my studio for a shoot with a model (not on this site). I assisted with the shoot, during which time I saw how Rod worked, he was well prepared for the shoot, treated his model with great respect and he even helped my tidy the studio after the shoot. I have seen some of the images he shot at the studio and he produced some good shots.

I am very happy to recommend Rod and hope he will be visiting the studio again in the future.

It was so nice to have met Rod, as he came to the studio for Elle J's studio day.

Genuinely nice guy who had some great ideas for photography, especially with the inflatable doughnut and rubber ducks for the pool :) and his back of cam images were impressive.

Highly recommend to models looking for a photographer who not only takes great images, but also knows how make a shoot fun.

What a lovely man! Rod had booked me on my studio day at Catfish Studios and he really was great to work with.

He arrived on time, was friendly and chatty. We started off with some fashion outside but then the weather turned against us so we moved inside, this didn't cause him any problems and we carried on. Throughout he showed me the back of the camera and explained everything fully to me.

He really was a joy to work with and I hope to work with him again soon. Thanks Rod!
