I attended the studio as a model for a workshop ran by the super Iain Blacklock. Not only was the shoot very well organised and planned, it was very fun and varied, with lots of styles and idea for the photographers to try out. The studio catered perfectly for these ideas, and Iain showed everyone the many ways the studio could be lit to achieve lots of different results. The studio has so much to offer, with a traditional studio setting as well as lots of set ups including a graffiti wall and an old fashioned lift! Amazing and very atmospheric, perfect for some images with drama and flair. To top it off, there is a separate changing room for models which is absolutely great as not all studios can offer this! Highly recommended :)

I had my first experiance at this very well laid out and organised studio today.

Great features for a full days work and set in a very easy to find and great location.

Was hosted by Dan from the team that run this studio and he is very professional and a easy going guy with fantastic mua skills

The studion is set out into various themed area covering so many different shooting ideas and concepts

Its pricing range and equipement is extremely well budgeted for all level of photographers and models too

My first studio setting in 4 years as im a location shooter and i was very impressed indeed.....so impressed that i shall be returning here as often as i need a studio setting shoot requirement

Both myself and the other members who shot here today highly recommend this studio and it also offers outdoor riverside shooting too

Excellent shoot at Rochester Studio. It is delightful and housed in an old brewery. Full of characters and has a couple interesting sets as well as a while cove. Definitely will be shooting again in further.

Lots of sets and lights (as well as an infinity cove) to keep photographers happy.

Had my first shoot at the studio a few weeks ago, what a lovely place they've got an amazing lift and several different scenes. They had the heaters on ready so was nice and warm on arrival! Staff are lovely I'd highly recommend :)

Shot here very recently with Iain and had a great time, producing some great images! This was my first visit to the studio and I was highly impressed by the props and decor available to shoot with. The changing room facility made the shoot even better too!

I found the place very easy to get to and definitely recommend a visit to anyone considering choosing this fabulous space.

My goodness... what a complete gem of a studio! It has been a while since I have been this excited about a studio - but Rochester Studios is just wonderful. There is so much on offer here - so much flexible space... and a warm welcome too. I cannot wait to get back to this wonderful place, and have a feeling I may be spending lots of time here!

Filming a scene from my 1930s Drama at Rochester Studios. Gino and Carrie made us very welcome and were excellent hosts to our Cast and Crew. The environment suits both stills and video and the sets are great. We were able to complete our scenes within time and found the Studios ideal as a film set.

I highly commend Rochester Studios to anyone needing a cost effective location for video or stills. I am sure we will return for future projects.

Definitely recommend...

I have shot with Gino before a few times but I had my first ever studio day here and I was really impressed...the last time I shot here all the rooms were derelict but they have all been changed...there is a beautiful victorian room, an old fashioned lift (that is really popular), graffiti wall, a boudoir room and a standard white wall room...I found this studio very good value for money...not only that Gino is always so welcoming and friendly...plenty of tea and coffee...

Easy to get to with plenty of room and different sets you can work with too.

And with a wonderful team behind it you feel at ease and you wont be disappointed :]

This was my first visit to the studio and I am blown away! It ticks both boxes, a commercial studio for producing high end work and also a real artists box of tricks!

No matter what kind of photographer you are, this is the place for you!

I was made very welcome in the studio and the model had plenty of space to prepare her outfits and make up.

I had a shoot at Rochester studios today and I just loved the space they have! There are different rooms depending on the vibes you're going for but each space is great in its own way. We got some great shots today!

Also, Gino was lovely and so welcoming and we all got on straight off the bat. I can't wait to go again :)

Great shoot at Rochester Studios today - the sets are fantastic, the team are so friendly and the place is perfect for creative shoots of any description. It's my first time booking the place for my own use although I've shot there before on larger projects, and the while process was easy and professional.

I had an all-day shoot yesterday at Rochester studios for the first time and I wasn't disappointed!

Easy to access from the station.

Loads of different settings, rooms and background, with a great outdoor space as well.

And a very nice owner who gave me a lift at the end of the shoot :)
