Did i take my Norse era dress out to Iceland and force my partner to take pictures? Yes, yes i did!
I know the quality is abysmal, it was very windy and my partner who has no photography skills took this on a phone. But it's the spirit of the image i love!
I'd love to do a propper photoshoot out in iceland one day!
I had wanted to make a traditional Norse Woman outfit for a long time. I have based this outfit on the historical finds at Hedeby and used (mostly) traditional materials and sewing methods
admittedly the tortoise broaches were from amazon, but i am saving up for a hand forged pair!
