Big Shot Studio

Rebecca hosted a studio day with us yesterday and she didn't disappoint. As always Rebecca is a total professional and was able to accommodate each individual photographers needs throughout the day. It was a pleasure to watch her work, and observing her diversity and range while she modeled for different photographers throughout the day, it is easy to see why Rebecca has such acclaim as a model. She has it all a fabulous look and professional attitude, she is a true artist and to top it all she is a lovely person to be around. It will be a huge loss to this industry when she retires.

My very first shoot with Rebecca at her studio home. Wow wow wow, what an experience. We shot outdoors and indoors and talked a lot of art and her interest both in front and behind the camera. I really admire her as a model, a photographer and as an artist. Highly recommended and would love to shoot again hopefully before I return to the US.

Had a wonderful and productive shoot at Rebecca's home studio; it was the third time we've worked together. Amazing to work with, Rebecca is a lovely, friendly, and easy going model; very experienced and capable in front (and behind) the camera & can change from a impish sprite to a femme-fatale in the blink of an eye.

We discussed beforehand some ideas I wanted to try, including wet clay slip, and accomplished all I had in mind. I have a deep admiration for her sincerity and passion as a model, photographer and all-round good egg. Rebecca is very highly recommended and hope to work together again at some time.

An invite from Norway

Earlier this year I had an invitation from Håkon Grønning to visit him in Norway, that is of course pretty nice, however what was even more great, was that Håkon had booked Rebecca as our model, a woman I have wanted to work with since I saw her images on PurplePort first time.

Rebecca was everything I had hoped for, her portfolio did not lie, she is magnificent for a photographer like me. Rebecca is versatile, creative, have fabulous skills, hard working with great stamina and a very very, lovely person to work with.

Rebecca had an absolutely amazing gift, she was able to understand/comprehend when I tried to explain what feelings I wanted to achieve (and that can be difficult to understand), and I felt we worked great as a team to reach these goals.

Rebecca had great patience with me, whereas I work rather slowly, and often wanted her to maintain the feeling/pose very long to get the image right, also she accepted my need for directing the creation of the images, something I really appreciate.

Rebecca is very serious and dedicated, she is not "just" a model, she creates images, she involves herself, she takes a genuine interest in the process of image making, she is a great coworker for a photographer.

I would love to work with Rebecca again, and I give Rebecca my highest recommendations possible.

I can't remember if I've left Rebecca a reference before, but I've worked with her now as a fellow model multiple times and also been photographed by her. In both guises she is wonderful. A truly creative thinker - her quiet personality has an unconventional strength and intelligence. She is very individual while being laid back and I think if I were a photographer I'd be interested in photographing her very much, because she is refreshingly unusual in personality and presence.

I first worked with Rebecca almost five years ago, (is it really that long?), when she ventured down to Devon. So I was really pleased to be able to shoot with her again last weekend for a joint project with Ella Rose, Ivory Flame and fellow photographer, Dave Rudin.

Rebecca clearly comes at modelling from a different direction than most; along with her sharp intelligence, there is a mysterious, almost dangerous air about her that is very intriguing, (I recall tales of leaping on icebergs)! That gives her a rare intensity on camera that is both unique and compelling.

The combination of those three wonderful muses made for a really special day. Despite the iffy weather and the interests of joe public, we created some beautiful images together. So thank you Rebecca!

I have created photographs with Rebecca in both Iceland and the U.K. Overall, I don't think I've ever worked with anyone who has been willing to go to such great lengths (sometimes, in my opinion, too great) to make a great image, whether it's going into a freezing cold lagoon filled with icebergs or crawling out to a dangerous precipice. Such dedication goes beyond mere professionalism. She also went out of her way to arrange her schedule just so we could finally work together a few years ago. What can I say? She's one of the best.

First shoot with Rebecca today, on studio group evening and as expected, she totally rocked. She was enthusiastic, and would do any reasonable request to get the shot you were looking for.

She was just as I imagined beforehand and I'm so impresed with Rebecca She is a lovely, fun, easy to work with model and just an absolute delight to photograph.

I really could go on and on, as she does to make sure you have the shot you want, the energy and professionalism she brings to a shoot, even a group shoot, is a joy. To say she is so comfortable in her own skin is an understatement .

So book her and get shooting, you really won't be disappointed. She is fabulous. I cannot reccomend her highly enough. But don't just take my word for it, book her and see!

Rebecca was the main attraction (apart from a cute little dog named Millie) on the Masterclass I was running in a Buxton apartment.
