On a suddenly warm spring day recently, after an unexpected morning of posing for artists in an idyllic garden, I felt somewhat quaint and villagey. I don't live in a village but on this occasion I felt as though I was in a novel or a murder mystery series set in the bucolic English countryside.

I like the ominous feeling in this photo caused by the looming presence of the tree on the left, blocking the subject's view. However she is looking slightly past the tree, suggesting to me that she is confident she can overcome any obstacles.

What does the image suggest to you?

Later on this shoot becomes a little raunchy and more like a girly romance story about an illicit tryst...
