References for Rachelle Summers

On Tuesday I had my first ever duo-shoot with Rachelle and Tillie. I had worked with both previously in the past so I knew I was on to a winner!

I was slightly nervous about having to direct two models but needn’t have worried. They have both worked together so much in the past, they tend to move and act as one person, mirroring positions and poses to perfection. If you get an opportunity to work with them on a duo-shoot, grab it quickly before someone else books them.

Very much recommended.

After another group shoot with the delightful Rachelle just over a month ago we arranged to do a half day outdoor shoot which took place just over a week ago.

We have had terrible weather in these parts for most of the summer so didn't know until on the day what was in store for us. Well, the sun decided to shine. One of the locations had suffered severe subsidence with fallen large trees blocking the route and the river was in flood with no safe access, so we drove to another location with a beautiful small lake and jetty.

The evening light was perfect and we got some lovely images. I really enjoyed my time with Rachelle. I love a good conversation and Rachelle is such good and relaxing company on any shoot.

Would I recommend Rachelle ? Well, of course I would. She is an absolutely brilliant model and a pleasure to spend time with, as is obvious by looking at her many wonderful references. I am looking forward to doing another shoot with her in October.

Not my first shoot and it won't be my last.

Rachelle is such enjoyable company, full of fun (lip), energy and with the ability to eat like a horse (how often have you heard a model say - I'll have the cheese burger) and yet remains in perfect shape.

Pre shoot communication is spot on, preparation for the shoot was superb and throughout the whole day was able to keep posing, keep laughing and keep me busy with ideas. A truly professional model.

Highly recommended - thank you for a great day.

I had a really enjoyable shoot with Rachelle at a private shoot on Wednesday. She is a superb model and simply one of the best models around. This is my first shoot with Rachelle and certainly won't be the last. Thanks again Rachelle for a really enjoyable day.

Another great shoot with Rachelle, this time at the Natural Light Space. Communications were excellent as always and arrangements made with a minimum of fuss. We explored a variety of themes including dance and fashion, and used both natural and artificial light. Rachelle was excellent to work with and we created some great images. I have worked with Rachelle several times in the past and will continue to do so whenever I have an opportunity. Highly recommended.

I shot with Rachelle on Pauls Studio Wales Event: a pleasure as always. We worked through various ideas using natural light including a duo with Charliee. You can tell you're working with a professional when they carry on posing while the local wildlife is making babies outside the window!

I shot with Rachelle last month on my 2nd Bala Beauties event and if I thought the images we got last year were good, this years are even more stunning!

Rachelle is just epic, properly down to earth, funny and pleasant and always laughing....and I love that you can hear her from the next valley when she has to dip her toe in the freezing Welsh streams!!

Rachelle is just brilliant at what she does, shapes and poses are effortless, use of location is ace and it just makes my job a breeze!

Cant wait to shoot again!

Her ability to stretch and jump into artistic positions was incredible, and helped to produce some of my best work of the weekend.

I'm not sure shoots get much better. Aside from the shoot, Rachelle is fun, engaging, high-spirited and great company. All this personality feeds right into the shooting process and experience. Rachelle has a wonderful figure and she poses perfectly in all manner of creative ways - even within the confines of a restricted window - I'll share the image in due course. I absolutely would like to shoot again with Rachelle, for sure. Thank you Rachelle.

Ghost Light Photography

My fourth shoot with the always excellent Rachelle was great fun as we explored a stretch of the Severn estuary. Even though this was a public footpath we had the place almost entirely to ourselves and were able to shoot nudes as well as several outfit changes. Having discussed the options in advance, Rachelle was well prepared with a range of outfits that matched the themes we were shooting.

Excellent pre-shoot communications meant that everything was arranged with a minimum of fuss and ensured that we could focus on creating some fantastic images.

Rachelle is simply one of the best models around and I hope we are able to arrange another shoot soon.

I met Rachelle at the Photo Show at the NEC earlier this year and she made an immediate impact with me so that I knew that I just had to work with her. The opportunity arose today during her tour down south and boy was I not disappointed.

Rachelle is just so easy to get on with, great communicator both before and during the shoot and of course she is just stunningly beautiful. We had a great, but very relaxed, time and worked through a number of scenarios of styles and outfits.

Rachelle is just one of those consummate professionals that puts every thing in to her work. It was a pure joy working with her and I really hope that I will be able to work with her again in the future. Another case of "All good things come to those who wait". I have wanted to work with Rachelle ever since I joined Purpleport. Not that she needed any recommendation of course, but when I once asked SammyG if there were any models whom she would have liked to see in my portfolio, she suggested a handful of names. Rachelle Summers was one of them.

Having narrowly missed out on a booking, my chance came at last to work alongside Rachelle with very kind courtesy and most thoughtful arrangement of my close friend Helen Diaz.

I quickly found Rachelle to be very friendly and very relaxed company to be in. I felt that could have chatted the hours away with her.

At the opening of our set, I asked her if she would give smile for the camera. She gave one that clearly wasn't posed but indeed 100% genuine.

When she smiled, her eyes smiled too and I felt as if the sun had just come out.

We both had enormous fun as we explored a few photographic themes that had a 1960's/1970's bias, and she rendered me in complete disbelief as she gave such a convincing performance. I can only give my biggest respect to Rachelle, who as a model, is fully focused and simply gets on with the job.

It comes as no surprise that others before me have recommended her, but I also want to offer my highest one too.

Having waited so long for a shoot with Rachelle Summers, I suddenly find that I cannot stop at one! I truly hope that I may be given another opportunity to work with this extremely hard working and most professional model who, at the same time, is one of the loveliest and warmest people anyone could hope to meet.

Lumière Naturelle

Today has been a very good day.

First time shooting with beautiful Rachelle which has been a privilege.Rachelle arrived slightly ahead of time on the train, and we started off with a nice cup of tea and a chat.Rachelle is super friendly and we hit it off straight away, always great when it's like this.....makes for a great shoot.

We worked our way through numerous styles,& basically had a fab time, she is a lovely lady and we had plenty of chat and laughs along the way.

Little direction needed from me.....Rachelle just flows through the poses with total ease, making life easy.It's a shame we couldn't get out into the garden, but the weather gods were not with us, pretty much rained all day.Still,that didn't disrupt us and we've done some fab work.

110% recommended of course, you simply cannot go wrong with Rachelle,she is a total star & I very much look forward to working with her again.

Than you Rachelle,I have very much enjoyed your company today......it's been a fabulous experience.

What more can I add to any reference anyone gives Rachelle? I must have shot this FPI machine over a dozen times and each time is different, just as creative and just as much fun - I never tire of coming up with ideas with Rach - and I'm always amazed with the way Rach takes them on board and makes them our own - sometimes I wonder why I shoot anyone else when there's a Rachelle to realise my ideas.

Well, it's about six years since I started working with Rachelle - I've been a lot less frequent over the last two years due to a lot of external distractions, so it was a welcome return yesterday.

And my how she's changed. I wouldn't have thought she could have gotten better but incredibly, she has. She moves seamlessly from excellent pose to excellent pose. Always willing to take direction, but full of constructive advice too which made my getting back into the swing of things far easier than I'd have thought.

I've had a few of the ideas for sets brewing for years. I can confidently say that they've now been satisfied.

Seriously, if you've got a shoot to do, you can't go far wrong with Miss (Mrs, actually) Summers. If you'd consider yourself an 'amateur' (we all are, really), give your photography and yourself a massive boost by booking her. You'll be amazed at what you can achieve as she'll make it so much easier.

Been far too long since be both shot together 1-1. Rachelle come to stay with me at least 2/3 times a year, but every time she does we always seem to just end up have a good catch up and a few obligatory glasses of wine. This time however we had a plan and spent the full day together shooting the time flew by even though we had loads of breaks and even lunch, yet we still managed to get a ton of images and obviously she pulled out her "A" Game and we have some epic shots. I genuinely love spending time with this lady we get on so well and I consider her a true friend, cannot wait till her next visit and the plans we have for next year. Not sure what I would do without her and maybe i'll retire when she does. cannot imagine never shooting her again. Rachelle is absolutely No1 on my model list.

I attended a second organised location shoot by Barry and have to say that it was one of the most professionally run group shoots that I have been on. The models, Stephanie, Rachelle, Keira, Donna, were very professional and came very well prepared. They had some awesome poses and I got some fabulous results. It is always a pleasure working with Rachelle in Bala on Friday, the weather not being the best didn't put her off and she worked like a trooper between warm up breaks.

I have some fab images from the day and it is really an understatement to say Rachelle is highly recommended.

I spent a great couple of days last week shooting again with the one and only Rachelle, one day 1:1 and the other at AKA Glamourshotz’ Bala Beauties event.

Shooting with Rachelle is always the highlight of my calendar. Not only is she a great model, she’s also great fun and a joy to work with, too. I always know I’m going to get lovely images when I shoot with her, and enjoy a great time doing it.

I cannot recommend this great small but beautifully packaged gem highly enough, and can’t wait to work with her again! :)

I think this is now the 5th time I have worked with Rachelle and hopefully this will not be the last. This time she was part of a 4 model team working with 12 photographers on an outdoor glamour / art nude photo day at Bala Lake in North Wales. It was not a particularly warm day although thankfully no rain. Rachelle was her usually bubbly self. She was in and out of streams, the lake, long grass and trees etc no problem what so ever. She does not like the cold and having just come back from Cypress she was particularly feeling it however she did not complain one bit, indeed making fun / light of it all. It goes without saying that she got on very well with the other 3 models and all 12 photographers extremely well.

I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Rachelle to all other photographers. Thank you again for your part in a brilliant day and hopefully see you again soon.
