I've worked at Pumpkin Studios a few times over the years and it's always been excellent. Their large white infinity wall is awesome and there's always some interesting props around to play with. Mel is a great guy who will do everything he can to help bring your shoot to life. Looking forward to my next shoot there. Totally recommended!

Its been another year of many successful shoots at Pumpkin and so I thought I'd top up the reference bank to reflect the changes I've experienced in that time. With approx 4 years of shooting at Pumpkin (up to now) I've been fortunate to work at this incredible studio, which is pretty much the same thing as I said in my reference a year ago. So why write another reference...? Well not only is the owner of Pumpkin a superb chap and great to get on with, but he has assisted me on numerous occasions with complicated prop setups and always shows an interest in my work which certainly gives the pumpkin experience an aura of friendliness as opposed to 'arrive, lights, click click, leave'. Not only has Mel helped with my shoots but his studio is so all encompassing with its array of lighting that it obviously is suitable for photographic - but also for video work (as in my experience). In an effort to cut this reference short I'll throw in just a few of the impressive things I've experienced at Pumpkin recently. I discussed with Mel about a certain backing which would be good for one of my shoots, and upon arriving at Pumpkin a few days later for said shoot - the new backing was there waiting for me. Also, with studio lighting that is perfect for my work I mentioned a backlit idea I'd had and discussed it with Mel as he is a man who knows his stuff. The result of that conversation was that Mel adapted lights that he already had which elevated the moving images work I capture to a whole new level. I cannot recommend pumpkin-studios highly enough and always look forward to shooting at Pumpkin and to have a natter with Mel. 10/10.

First time at this studio and it is lovely, has everything needed and is very clean and tidy :)

Nice little changing room and lots of props to use if anything is ever needed as well as a nice big space to shoot!

Overall great place to shoot!

I had a lovely shoot at Pumpkin Studios today. Had the opportunity to work with Mel even for a short period of time Fab studio, very approachable and even provided me with a bottle of water! Would love to shoot here again! x

I had a shoot with LatexGirls HD at PumpkinStudios earlier in the week.

It's a lovely space, ideal for shooting in! Great facilities and a warm welcome! :-)

I've worked at Pumpkin studios a few times and always loved it. Mel's really friendly and always provides biscuits and tea! The backdrops and changing area is great too :)

I've been shooting at Pumpkin Studios for nearly 3 years. In fact, Pumpkin is currently the only studio I shoot at and this has been the case since my first shoot there all those years ago. Why do I only shoot at Pumpkin? Because there is no reason for me to shoot elsewhere. Pumpkin has everything I need for my work. A warm friendly atmosphere, great lighting, clean facilities and an important factor for me is that Pumpkin is maintained and run by a conscientious guy who does everything in his power to ensure my shoots there transpire as I require. My opinion is that shoots are made easier and more enjoyable by various factors - one of those factors (that should not be overlooked) is the welcome and pleasantries from whomever owns the shoot location. On that score, Mel gets a 10/10 as its not only a joy to work at Pumpkin, but a joy to work with Mel.

I'll close this all encompassing feedback by saying that I look forward to shooting exclusively at Pumpkin for years to come and recommend it very highly indeed.

I've been shooting at Pumpkin, on and off, since 2009. Mel, the owner, has just re-vamped the space, and added an infinity cove. I've always had great shoots here, including the last recent one. Tea and coffee are fantastic, but not as good as the free biscuits. Oh, and the free wi-fi.

Today I had the pleasure of shooting at Pumpkin Studio. It was my first visit to this lovely studio, but hopefully it wont be my last. A shoot was arranged between me and another photographer who immediately recommended Pumpkin, and the shoot was a great success.

I was very impressed with the set up of the studio, and we received a warm welcome and help was at hand. I also got a cracking cup of tea, not to mention the biscuits.

I can see why Pumpkin was chosen for our shoot. Fantastic.

I was the photographer who worked with Karen at Pumpkin Studios.

Last year I had a shoot there with Strawberry Venom and found the facilities for both photographer and model to be excellent.

As Karen is relatively near to the studio, it made sense to use it again.

The help that I got was much appreciated and it is a studio that I would recommend to others as well as use again.
