Pete came to the Christmas themed group shoot that myself and Vivian Blue arranged.

I have worked with Pete on many occasions and as always, it was lovely to work with him. Pete always makes sure the models are okay (it was freezing that day in the studio and he made sure me and Vivian both had warm drinks and blankets in between sets!)

I definitely recommend Pete to anybody :)

Misuzu

Pete was one of four photographers on a trip to Bulgaria organised by Pathways studio in Chester. I was asked to step in last minute as one of the models could no longer make it, so me being there was all very last minute. I knew Pete was going to be one of the photographers and we had worked together at group shoots at Pathways several times before... He always makes a good impression as he is always the one making sure us models have everything we need!!!

Anyway, Bulgaria was a lot of fun... We got lots of different styles of images throughout the week we were there and Pete always let me see the back of the camera while we were shooting... He even uploaded some pictures to social media while we were still away, meaning I got to share images with people back home :)

It was also interesting spending time with photographers outside of a shoot setting as we all spent the week together. It was good to get to know each other a bit better as people and not just models/photographers... Not something you usually get the opportunity to do! :)

Pete also worked with me at a group shoot at Pathways the day after we got back from Bulgaria and again a week later on my duo day with Vivian Blue. I'm surprised he's not sick of the sight of me already!! But anyway: as always, Pete was friendly and kind... And even agreed to drop me off home after the day as he was the last photographer! I recommend Pete to all models :)

Pete came along to my West Wales Weekend to shoot myself and Joy Draiki. He was friendly, with good conversation and was helpful round the house. On a particularly cold shoot session he even went and made coffee for us both from his campervan which was just lovely.He fit in with the group really well which made the weekend go nice and smoothly as everyone seemed to get along. I have seen some lovely duo shots from this weekend from Pete and look forward to seeing some solo shots also at some point.

Had a great shoot with Pete when he shot myself and fellow model Honour May as a duo. It was a funfilled shoot with both stills and video, Pete was a professional with the camera and the photos I’ve seen have been beautiful, with excellent use of the space and light. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Pete recently on a group shoot in Wakes. Pete was the location scout and it was so clear how much time, effort and work he put into it! Which was so appreciated!! He was very sweet, very helpful and very easy to get on with! He was respectful and professional. Very considerate of the models needs. SO WELL prepared with everything you could need to hand!!

My only negative is that I didn’t get to shoot more with him!!! I hope that will change in the future and I hope I get to shoot with Pete 1-2-1 ! Thanks so much Pete!!

This reference is long overdue... but they all seem to come to a bit of a standstill from June as ran behind due to personal reasons but here I am catching up. I’ve only really had the time between all the happenings, moving house again and yet again, new jobs and other admin to keep the shoots rolling in between everything else.

I consider Pete as a very close friend of mine, who I thoroughly enjoy shooting with, creating some superb imagery, and who’s company I enjoy. He has been there for me through the toughest of times this year and I can’t thank him enough. It has been hectic, but Pete has only ever been one phone call or coffee away whether that be to talk about current happenings, simply putting the world to rights, or just talking all things photography.

The last time I actually shot with Pete was back in june at the Bala beauties event, and what a perfect day it was! Just calm, enjoyable, everyone got along, and Pete always makes sure that the models are ok and happy, fed, watered, and looked after. All this in between capturing some stunners on the day! Thanks so much Pete for still coming along to a day that still worked out perfectly well, and for being a fantastic friend.

I saw Pete again at the Bala Beauties event, an event that wouldn't go ahead without Petes extensive knowledge of the locations in the area :)

I don't see enough of Pete anymore but can always rely on seeing his friendly face at Bala every year and it's always something I look forward to :D

He's always there with a smile and a brew (yep - a kettle on location, genius right?) and it's always nice catching up with him!

Until next year (though hopefully see you some time in between for a change :P)

Second shoot with Pete and it’s always a pleasure to work with someone as respectful, professional and skilled as this guy - especially his love of beauty lighting which is every models favourite! Pete managed to get some beautiful shots of myself and we even attempted some cheeky video work which Pete intends to put in slomo. I felt like we collaborated too even though it was a paid model weekend because Pete is just a nice guy keen to sharing the fruits of the shoots labour. Thank for being awesome Pete and see you again soon hopefully :)

I worked with Pete for the first time at a studio evening at pathways.

There was myself and 5 photographers, some I hadn't met yet but Pete I had met after a shoot in pathways the month before.

The situation was a little tense and repetitive but Pete made sure I was comfortable and happy at all times and was in hand with a fresh brew and smile to keep me going between shots.

In terms of images I'm so happy with those I have seen so far but I'd say what is more important to be is how easy it is to feel comfortable with Pete as that's what makes the images come alive in my opinion.

I hope this isn't the last time we work together and if you have the opportunity to work with him too I recommend you take it.

He is very fun, with a professional demeanour and has a great sense of humour, a wonderful way around his cameras and lighting skills that worked fantastically :)

I have worked with Pete many times, he is a friendly, caring person and a fantastic gentleman. He is very attentive on shoots and takes care of the model, he is very good with instructing where needed and very good at explaining how to get the best out of an image.

It's been a good few years since I first worked with Pete (time flies, it's crazy as we both recognised each other like it was yesterday!) and we finally got chance to catch up on the Bala Beauties event in Wales recently - a most delightful location for a reunion with a picturesque opportunity around each and every corner. :)

When Pete and I first worked together it was in a studio environment (very controlled/specific sets etc.) so it was lovely to get out on location and explore a totally different environment and look. When the event groups switched around and Pete's group came to work with me, it was a lovely atmosphere from the start: friendly chatter non-stop and upbeat rapports/fun banter... just a really lovely environment to be in! :D The actual shooting format was one to one so when Pete and I chose the locations to shoot at we just got straight down to an epic shooting rhythm in and out of the water... up and down a tree... So many delightful sets and truly spoilt for choice with what to shoot! Pete had some wonderful pose/position suggestions too and would always try and compliment what I was doing with getting a good angle himself. Not easy when you've got water/rocks either side of you but he puts unquestionable effort into making his images special, it goes without saying 100%. :) It's really nice that he will also give his models positive feedback mid-shoot as well which is really encouraging; it wasn't the sunniest of days but it's so much easier to fight against the cold when you've got an uber enthusiastic flow happening as you're really "in the zone" and it was this productive zone that Pete and I were rocking for sure! :D Absolutely beautiful results to some from our second time working together, over the moon!

Gorgeous pictures and fun shooting aside: Pete is a true professional. He was so well prepared to help keep us models comfortable and happy at all times - I think all of us were just in awe at his ability to pull anything and everything out of his car which helped with our comfort: it could have been things for keeping warm, munchies, hot beverages, a travel kettle for my herbal tea (he always remembered and left me some for my swamp brew after making the other girls a "normal persons" brew! :P) We would have been quite honestly lost without him!

I have to give him so much credit for this because it's a total fact that happy models perform so much better and on location you face so many challenges: mozzies being the big one! So when we were hiding away in the car away from the blood thirsty flies, Pete was such a kind hearted gem literally bringing us things non-stop to re-cooperate. :) He's such a gentleman with a golden approach to models well-being, I would 1000% recommend him to anyone at all that may be due to work with him as there I could go on all day about how lovely a person he his with true creative passion for photography/creating beautiful images which do the models justice. :) I still remember that a shot Pete took all those years ago was one of my favourite shots of that studio session! :D
