Pip came along to my model day at F/8 few days ago, as a fairly last minute decision. There wasnt a lot of time to plan, but he arrived full of ideas and with plenty of props. We shot for 2 hours and got into a lot of detail on set one, time rather got away from us in fact! Pip is very chatty and creative, so I can recommend, and any models are welcome to message me for any more info they need as a reference too :)

I had the pleasure of shooting with pip not once but twice, while he was in the area. We really worked well together constantly bouncing ideas off one another and worked hard to create some fantastic images which we most certainly did! We are already discussing our next shoot which I can not wait for, Thankyou pip I can not recommend you enough!

f/8 Studio

Pip came along to f/8 for Em Theresa’s aerialist debut studio day, after taking the last slot of the day, with less than 24 hours to go. Pip’s communication was great, and despite having no references, he made me feel relatively at ease, to allow him to shoot in the studio with Em, as we have a strict model safety ethic, with all new photographers on PurplePort.

I clearly had nothing to worry about, Pip was friendly, kind, chatty and a true “artistic photographer”, who turned up with lots of lovely props, specific narratives, poses and ideas, which is always welcomed during a studio day, to keep each shoot fresh and exciting.

Pip definitely knew the way to a studio owners/models good books .... a Cadbury’s Cream Egg for Em and I, hit the spot at the end if the day, and gave us the sugar rush we needed time tidy away Em’s X-Pole portable hoop, which Pip kindly helped us down the stairs with, what a star.

Pip is a true creative, full of a million ideas, and lots of lighting ideas, it’s only a shame we had 2 hours together, I’m sure we could have gone on for days and days. :):) Pip may have only 2 refs, but I would definitely recommend him to any model, photographer, studio owner, workshop, stylist or mua etc. And as Em pointed out, if any model would like further details, please feel free to message either of us. Pip it was a total pleasure, and many thanks for booking the last slot of Em’s event, so glad we got to work together, hope to see you next time your in the UK, for another creative photography session.
