Lucy

Lucy is a wonderful travelling art model from New Zealand. This shoot came out of nowhere - she messaged me looking for a host while she was visiting Vancouver as part of her tour across North America, and while I was already hosting another model over her travel dates, the place I was renting happened to have two guest beds, so I was able to accommodate both of them. Not only do I enjoy hosting (so the more the merrier), but they were booked for a duo shoot later that week, so they got to know each other better too.

In return for hosting, we had a wonderful sunset shoot at my favourite naturist beach in Vancouver, and here's one of Lucy's favourite picks from the shoot.

We almost didn't make it to the beach though - as we were 1km from the beach, there were roadworks just being set up, and heavy vehicles slowing down traffic. The roads then closed down, and we had to spend half an hour detouring just to find the only remaining route. Luckily we still managed 2 hours with the best golden light.
