I got to work with Herb again on our Summers Abroad event to Santorini.

From the moment he arrived we sat and had a good old natter, he updated me with his plans to move back to the US and it was wonderful catching up with him again and hearing all his exciting news!

Modelling for him is always lovely too, Herb is so laid back and friendly, super respectful and easy to talk to so it makes the time shooting together fly by!

I have really enjoyed getting to know him over the past year and can't wait to spend more time with him in the future! It will be wonderful to host him in Nevada, and as I am not modelling on my events anymore I really hope to have the chance to work with him again in the future too :D

Summers Abroad

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting Herb on his second Summers Abroad event - this time to Santorini!

What can we say about Herb?! He is honestly one of the kindest, most genuine photographers we have had the pleasure of hosting. He is just simply wonderful company and we have thoroughly enjoyed hosting and getting to know him over the last 2 events he has joined us on!

We 100% recommend him and are SO excited to catch up with him again on our Nevada event :D

Summers Abroad

This was our first time hosting Herb on one of our events! And after numerous postponements due to Covid we finally all made it to Spain!!!

Herb was incredibly understanding throughout all the postponements which was hugely appreciated during what was a very stressful time as an event organiser.

The moment Herb arrived at the villa I felt like I had known him for years - Hard to believe it was his first time joining us on an event! His personality was infectious, he had such a great sense of humour and so many stories to share around the dinner table. He got on so well with the models and all the other attendees which made for great social downtime :)

On the shoots themselves he was super laid back and respectful, always making sure the models were happy and sharing his time with his shooting partner well! From what we saw on the back of his laptop he got sooo many fabulous images!

We are over the moon that he has already booked onto our next event to Santorini and hope we get the opportunity to host him on many more to come :)

It was fabulous meeting and working with Herb on my Summers Abroad event to Spain! The trip had been rearranged a couple of times thanks to Covid so it was amazing when it could finally go ahead!

Herb is a true gentleman, super respectful and kind, it was a true pleasure working with him. We worked our way through numerous different styles and genres both in the free time and during the themed shoots and got hundreds of incredible images. I honestly don’t know how he will choose which ones to edit after looking through the back of laptop!

It was also lovely getting to socialise with Herb in the downtime, he has a fabulous personality and he was great company :)

Happily recommended and can’t wait to model with him on my next abroad event to Santorini!

Artemisian Luxury Photographic Holidays

After a long long wait we finally made it! Artemisian was back with a BANG!

A fantastic month long trip and lovely to have Herb be a part of it once again! His third Artemisian trip, and I don't think it will be his last ;)

As I have said before Herb is fun! Always joking, smiling and being cheeky. He got some super images on this trip and the whole of group four got on SO well- met as strangers, left as friends and that made this already very special trip... even more special!

Really enjoyed our few days with Herb. I can't wait to see him again on a future Artemisian trip :) Thank you :)

Artemisian Luxury Photographic Holidays

Herb recently joined us on an Artemisian event for the second time- we were in Tuscany for four days and it was a superb trip!

It was really nice to work with Herb again and produce more lovely images together- covering (once again) loads of different genres and locations in four days.

As always- we all have lots of great memories from the holiday with everyone :) Herb always has loads of interesting stories to share with us all around the table :)

It would be wonderful if Herb wanted to book onto more of our Artemisian events- I really hope he does! Thank you for coming on another adventure with us! Hope to see you again soon :)

Artemis Fauna

Herb booked onto the Luxury ALl- Inclusive trip abroad IainT and I hosted last month in Portugal- and he has already booked onto the next one in April (yay!)

I first met Herb in 2014- and we kept in touch for all those years so when he booked a place I was really looking forward to catching up and shooting again!

I had a fabulous time over the three days and Herb got on great with everyone in the group. Hundreds of great images were taken, many stories round the table shared and many laughs had!

Thank you so much for booking on Herb- really can't wait for the next one!! :)

I was delighted when myself and Herbs schedules matched and he travelled to come and shoot me! I am so grateful for this

We shot in a lovely apartment and we also did some outside all the shots I saw looked amazing

I just loved working with Herb he is a lovely man, he had the best ideas, cheerful, professional and just a delight to be around. He made me feel so good about myself.

I had 2 of the best days shooting and I really can't wait till the next shoot what a gentleman!

Herb brings out the best in you. His warmhearted, kind nature, and ability to empathize allowed me to be myself, forget the insecurities (does my boudoir offer enough settings for a full weekend of shoots? is the gray, rainy November sky ruining the natural light shoot completely? should I have curled my hair? ...) and focus on the now, on my strengths. And because Herb doesn't micromanage your each move, every single one of my smiles he caught on camera were genuine, every pose authentic, every look natural and believable. We shot, we talked, laughed, changed sets, discussed outfits, listened to each other, listened to good music, laughed some more, and this whole weekend reassured how extremely lucky I am to be doing what I do, getting to know amazing people like Herb, and that I have value and skills to bring to the table, and together we can create great things. Teamwork makes the dream work and sky is the limit when you have Herb on your team! Best wishes for 2017 and model for you anytime ;)

I had such an amazing time working with Herb in Tuscany. Organisation before and during the trip was fantastic and Herb sent me so much useful information about the travel and the shoot arrangements.

Our time working together was relaxed but productive and we produced some lovely images together. I would very highly recommend working with Herb he's a top dude and I hope that we can shoot together again sometime!

Artemis Fauna

I had a great two day shoot with Herb out in Tuscany last month.

It was my first modelling trip abroad and he made sure all questions were answered and gave me as much information as he could on getting over there.

I thoroughly enjoyed the two days, it was a relaxed, but productive trip and the images look lovely so far. We all had a great time, lots of laughing, good food (and wine!)

One of the best things of my modeling job is to meet people like Herb Nestler. I shot with him several times and it was always a great experience , on both professional and human sides.

He's creative photographer, but first of all a great friend.
