References for Photographer Gino Cinganelli

Gino contacted me last minute for a shoot he had in mind, didn't tell me a huge amount but of course let me know what I needed to bring with me. Although I am full of a cold lately and probably wouldn't have done a shoot with anyone else feeling the way I did but not only was it nice to get out of the house for a bit and have a change of scenery but as always it was lovely to spend time with Gino. Plus he chose some great places to shoot at including a gorgeous staircase and very interesting building that nobody has ever shot in before, and also a clothes store across the road that we used to shoot in when it used to be a cafe so that brought back a few nice memories going back there although it looks very different now!

Working with Gino always brightens up my day, from feeling a bit crappy with my cold and getting up early on a rainy day it was all worth it to spend a few hours just having a laugh and a good catch up.

Dark Horse

On Friday Gino organised the most memorable photoshoot I have participated in to date. I was Dracula in a Dracula themed shoot based on Bram Stoker's Dracula. The shoot was very technical and planned in minute detail. Gino was excellent as always with his energy and ideas. He is a superb artist.

Gino asked me once again to be involved in his Dracula theme shot, well I knew this would be a good one, and so it was, no detail was over looked and the images are amazing. I really don't know how he keeps coming up with new ideas. I really hate it if I get asked to do shoots with Gino and I am unavailable because I know that I will be missing out.

Look forward to the next one Gino. I really can't recomend him enough.

I shot alongside Gino on another of his legendary group shoots today, based on Bram Stokers Dracula. Gino is a great visionary, superb photographer and I am pleased to be able to call him my friend. Working with Gino, whether as a photographer or as a character in one of his productions is always a real pleasure and today was no exception. The shoot was technical, with many set, lighting changes and outfits changes, but the day was truly unforgettable. Many thanks again Gino.

Gino pulled together an amazing shoot recently based on Bram Stokers Dracula, he put so much into the shoot from various different props and got together a brilliant team of models and actors to play each part perfectly! It was a long day for us all but when working with Gino the time always flies by and it didn't ever feel quite as long as it was, and was honestly like just having a day out with a load of friends and we all had a great laugh throughout whilst also being professional.

Each set was planned out in such detail, there was a lot of detail and thought put into this shoot and various outfit changes throughout along with plenty of fake blood of course and Gino never ceases to disappoint with the amount of enthusiasm throughout his shoots no matter how long they may take!

Gino's group shoots are always the highlight to my year, whatever they may be I just know I'm going to have a great time and many of the other actors and models have now become great friends of mine due to doing so many of them now. If you haven't been a part of one of Gino's group shoots, then you NEED to get involved!!!

I absolutely love working with Gino and his team and was so pleased to have the opportunity to be part of a ‘Western’ group shoot. Gino is full of energy, ideas and enthusiasm. He gives clear direction and is kind, creative and approachable. This shoot was full of fun with a group of lovely models in fantastic outfits. I was recently fortunate enough to be invited to another of Gino's epic shoots. We were told it was a Western, set in the 1870s and we all had to be dressed as cowboys, cowgirls, saloon girls, gamblers... you get the picture.

Well Gino excelled himself, as we were treated to some of the best portraits I've ever seen that totally showcased each and every one of us. Then we went outside for the "shootout!" What Gino had failed to mention is that the "shootout" was with WATER PISTOLS!! It was honestly totally hilarious and everyone threw themselves into their role wonderfully.

I cant recommend Gino highly enough - he is huge fun and a master of his craft. A Gino shoot just HAS to be done!

Today I worked on one of Gino’s famous group shoots, if you’ve ever taken part before you already know how much fun they are and how amazing the pictures we created are! Today was no different and it was so much fun to get together to do something so exciting and act out an awesome film! Everyone got stuck in and Gino’s ideas and direction helped us all get our best out of the morning! Thank you for a brilliant Sunday morning shoot and for the creative idea.

I did yet another great shoot with Gino on Sunday, it was my first shoot for a long time and thoroughly enjoyable.

The shoot was a reenactment of the film, The Quick and the Dead, as in all Gino's shoots it was hilarious and wonderful fun, he gets together a great cast and you always come away having made new friends and having worked with great friends from previous shoots.

These shoots are the highlights of my year and I cannot thank Gino,all the team behind the scenes and a great cast for making it another great day. XX

I answered a shout out for people to attend a mystery event. was given a narrative as to an outline of what could become. I chose a call girl. arrived at venue lots of other different characters already there. all I can say what a fun anazing day was had. Gino photo skills are amazing love my images I've see so far would do the whole event again in a heartbeat keep me in mind for an future

His photography skills and enthusiasm for shooting are infectious and in the 3 years or so that I have known him, he has become both a good friend and as a photographer is very generous with his time, ideas and skills. Well what can I say about Gino, he is an absolute gem, not just as a photographer but his personality in general. I’ve shot with him multiple times, my most recent one being a duo shoot with my partner last week. He has a natural ability of making you feel comfortable whether you are new to modelling or more experienced. We always have a laugh and he never fails to play good music;) I’m always so happy with the shots we produce together and I can’t wait for our next shoot. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

So due to my earlier shoot finishing earlier than anticipated Gino grabbed me for an impromptu and brief shoot in the Georgian House and due to me not thinking I would shooting anything else I didn’t bring anything with me so we had to both think on the spot and grab a jacket out of the studio items and work with what we had. After quickly re-doing my makeup (after a previous blood bath shoot) we did various shots throughout the house in a very short space of time and due to us having worked together so many times it just flowed effortlessly and I’m sure by the responses of Gino himself we got some cracking shots !! :D

I would think he would bored of working with me after doing so about 4 times in the last month, but I’m sure it won’t be long before we have another shoot.

Massively recommend working with him, you’ll have fun and a great laugh as well as creating some unique photos I’m sure!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with Gino one to one for the first time as I have only taken part in group shoots with him before, I absolutely adore the images he got of me and the way he captured me! Gino is unbelievably talented and his natural talent and charisma makes him wonderful to work with! It’s always very fun and I have a great time shooting. So pleased we got to work together and I hope to do it again soon! 100% recommended by me!
