It was nice working with Phil.

He has a professional way of working. He shot fast but was still aware of lighting and other adjustments at all times. He arranged a great make-up artist. After the shoot he dropped us off at the airport, what was really helpful. Although we had a very limited time, we did different concepts and I never felt pressured. The studio felt a bit cold, but Phil is aware of that and kept me warm with different small fires and a clean (!) bathrobe.

I definitely recommend Phil, especially for models that want to work on their (beauty) portfolio.

A fun giggle shoot with Phil in his cool cosy studio - he made sure I was warm, supplied with coffee and felt respected at all times. Kind and bubbly photographer and you will be smiling all the way through if you shoot with Phil.

We did have a few jokey scuffles as we are both strong personalities and Phil is a bit prop crazy which did not necessarily correspond with my simple nature/style - but we reached consensus in the end - it is a collaboration after all - so I tried his ideas and we kindly went along with mine.

I recommend Phil without a doubt in my mind - thanks a lot Phil!

Phil was really pleasant to work with, very bubbly and enthusiastic which made the experience more enjoyable! He was always making sure the light was perfect to get the best shot and came up with quirky imaginative ideas. Love to work with him again. :-)

I had the opportunity of working with this lovely man today at his studio ...

we did a glam, dark themed shoot and it was so much fun ...

phil is really easy to get along with and very chatty and made me feel extremely comfortable at all times ...

he is very experienced with lighting and getting it just right and his creativeness just ooozzes from him and its a joy to be around ....

phil is a professional to a high standard and im so glad I got to work with him today ...

the day literally went by far too quickly so hopefully he will have me back to carry on with creating some cool images x

I shot with Phil this weekend just gone and had a fantastically fun and creative shoot. As soon as I arrived at the studio I was made to feel welcome and relaxed and had my first experience of shooting with another model and a smoke machine!

Phil's studio is a real treasure trove of costumes and props which provide plenty of inspiration and we had the time to create and explore several different looks. He has fantastic ideas, works hard and offers a lot of positive feedback which makes him a pleasure to work with.

Shooting with Philip today was a lot of fun and the pictures have turned out amazing so far!

I love his creative style and during the shoot he made me feel very comfortable and had the upmost respect for me.

If you are looking for a quirky edge to your portfolio then I would definitely recommended Philip. Very happy I had the chance to work with him as he has a great talent.

Had a shoot with Phill last week, what a lovely guy! He made it very easy for me by picking me up/ dropping off at the station, was super accommodating made me a brew & made sure I warm enough in the studio:)-the studio- what a treasure chest! Full of great props/outfits so you can plan/improvise your shoot, had a good range of sets & all the equipment you could need in a studio.

I loved the most that he showed me the images after they were shot if he particularly pleased with them which motivated me & I could see what worked well as apose to only seeing the images weeks later.

He'd edited & sent me over an image by time I'd arrived home..I was very impressed:)

Just on my way home from a fabulous shoot with Phil! He is great fun and has an awesome studio that I could literally spend days playing in.

This was my first experience of a full studio shoot and I couldn't have asked for more, Phil was courteous and polite at all times and made me feel instantly welcome and at home in his studio. He created an awesome set up for the first section of our shoot and whilst we were shooting provided subtle yet very helpful direction and threw out some great ideas!

From what I have seen so far it looks like we have really created some fabulous images together and from the way he knows his way around studio lighting and camera equipment you would think he had been doing this all his life.

He also managed to track down a fabulous MUA for our shoot, and gave her all the time she needed to create a truly awesome effect.

I cannot wait to see the final images and am already excited for our next shoot!

Phil as always was a pleasure to work with last night. He came to a small group shoot I set up and his enthuasm was over whelming. I look forward to our next shoot. His enthuasm is amazing. One of the friendliest togs I know!

I absolutely loved this shoot - Phil had loads of great ideas, and ive finally met someone with more props than me!! His use of lighting is just amazing and the images are beyond what I could have ever expected. I cant wait to work with you again Mr!

This was my first proper photography shoot so was unsure what to expect - Phil was superb with his communication and very helpful in accommodating the logistics of the shoot on the run up to it. I was impressed with his technical ability especially with regards to the all important lighting. Not only this, but I am delighted with the array and quality of photos he captured even at pre-edit stage, which I am excited to share as part of my portfolio.

Had an absolutely fantastic shot with Phil on monday. He is so professional and so passionate about photographer. I ended up staying 6 hours shooting!! It was fab i cant wait to shoot wit him again.

the studio has everything...literally everything. i was so spoilt for choice in what to shoot! :)

I had a fantastic time shooting with Phil. His studio literally has everything, so its great to come up with different ideas from all the props that he has.

Phil was very welcoming and gave some great advice, as I am new to modelling this was essential for me and I was very grateful that he helped me out, so not only did I get some amazing photos for my portfolio and I also gained more knowledge about modelling and photography.

I had my first shoot with Phil yesterday and he is truly lovely, communications in the lead up to the shoot were spot on and everything ran smoothly with Phil arranging everything. Phil was extremely patient whilst I was doing the makeup and gave me free reign to dig through props etc and to try any ideas that we could come up with between us. Phil has definitely got his own style and is very creative with his work, I love the pics I've seen so far and if you want to do something creative and different then Phil is your man. He's highly recommend by me and I'd love to work with him again soon.

The studio was easy to reach by public transport and Phil was very welcoming.

There are two shooting areas - one for portrait, and one for full length. Most of the studio is taken up with props! There's a bit of everything there, and we tried a few different items.

Although I had a few ideas in mind, we also freestyled and ended up coming up with some beautiful arrangements.

Phil is a lovely guy, easy to get along with, and willing to tweak things to ensure that perfect shot.

Met Phil at a Gathering at flashbangwallop's studio for a weekend extravaganza - He stood in for one of the regulars that couldn't make it, Phil's communication was great, smashing fella (for a Northerner) great sense of humour

He's portfolio notes tell ya that he doesn't do group shoots - well let me tell ya, he tells fibs - he does do group shoots and he gets on with every one very well.

Phil really fitted in well considering that he had never met any one of us before, something that's very hard to do. Happily work with Phil again, and recommend him to others.

It was lovely to meet Phil at a recent photographers get-together we had. Very respectful of models - a true gentleman. He'll be more than welcome to come back again, should he wish and space permitting.
