I enjoyed my shoot with Phil from start to finish.

I immediately felt at ease and comfortable with him and he was very professional!

He gave direction when needed and I instantly took his advice when guiding me.

Worked with Phil last weekend on a Fairytale shoot. Pre comms were great and he knew exactly what type of image he wanted. The effects Phil added to the images really made them pop and I'm glad he has that creativity. He was also very easy to work with and has a relaxed approach to shooting. I got to work with Phil on part of his Fairytale collection. He was absolutely lovely, and was incredibly easy to chat with him whilst I was busy doing my thing with the model before the shoot.

Unfortunately I couldn't head to the shoot location with them but the images that I've had back are stunning and Phil's edit style for them is perfection and really makes it feel quite ethereal.

I enjoyed working with Phil and would easily recommend him to anyone!

So I had doubts of shooting with a photographer on Purpleport after a previous bad experience.

When I explained to phil about my concerns he immediately put me at ease. He was so professional and reassuring. We confirmed a date and "theme" for our shoot and also a location. He was happy to listen to all my goals and what I was looking to achieve from the shoot. He created a mood board and was happy to use a contract so both sides were covered.

On the shoot he was very friendly and carming to be around.(as I was quite shy) he made me feel very comfortable and helped direct me in my poses.

He sent me the photos super fast! & he really went to great lengths to satisfy my queries. I asked for extra images to be sent and he was so kind and actually sent me more then what was originally agreed. He even went to greater lengths to add a "green" look to my images and also sent me the originals in high res.

Overal Phil was a great professional person to work with and I would recommend him to anyone! I hope to work again with you in the future Phil.

I had the honour of working with Phillip again for our third themed photo shoot of a Fallen Angel - he absolutely blew me away with his lighting knowledge and stunning way with the camera, I've never seen someone so comfortable & skilful in what they do! We were in bright light yet the photos were just what we wanted, dark and sultry!

Phillip is very professional, directing in a clear & precise way to get the best out of the model and myself by providing excellent mood boards...I learnt a lot from working with him, he knows exactly what he wants to capture, setting up scenes quickly and beautifully!

Phillip is one of the best photographers around, I've never seen such amazing lighting and effects before - I can't recommend this fabulous photographer enough, he will blow your socks off.

What can I say about Philip, with this shoot having being our 3rd together, he is an absolute pleasure to work with.

He is happy to explore new ideas, and ensures that be is full prepared prior to shoots, allowing the shoot to flow very easily.

When working in a team along side MUA Helen, although there is a theme to what we are looking to explore, he is also happy for the MUA and Model to bring their own ideas and thoughts through to help produce some amazing images yet again.

and as always I would recommend him without a second thought, a true professional with his work.

I had the privilege of spending an afternoon shooting with Phillip at Sutton Park for our Tes Riding Hood themed shoot which was a fabulous location. It was my second time shooting with Phillip and I've not been disappointed!

As always, he was professional and a delight to work with. He never stoped exceeding expectations and never fails to surprise.

Phillip was well organised providing mood boards for the shoot which he was very open to suggestion for.

The day flew by and I have already received some amazing images.

Would highly recommend Phillip to any creatives who have the opportunity to work with him.

had a great shoot with phil, he picked me up and had a mua do my makeup and had an outfit ready and told me what he wanted and asked if i wanted to do anything for my portfolio. i felt very comfortable with him and he was very friendly and made sure i was ok as i wasn't feeling very well. it was a very fun shoot and can't wait to see the photos :) would definitely recommend

I've had the opportunity to work with Phil twice now, once as part of a group project about a year ago now and recently as part of his Fairytale Project.

I have nothing but nice things to say about Phil, there was good communication before this shoot and even though it was his project h was completely open to any ideas I had regarding clothes, makeup and the end result we were looking to achieve.

On the day this was a perfect collaboration with his initial concept and direction then letting me have my own freedom, with looks and poses. And the pictures did not disappoint!

Highly recommend working with this lovely guy, I know I will be again!

I did hair and makeup for a location mermaid shoot with Phillip a few weeks ago, he was very pleasant to work with. He knew what he wanted and I had a very good breif with mood boards and referance imagines which he had put together for me. We got together and agreed on the hair and makeup with previous experience I have and took it all on board. Unfortunately I couldn't stay for the shooting part but the imagines was fab. Would recommend

I had a very enjoyable and productive shoot at the Alto Studios in Birmingham with Phil and a group of photographers under David Rann on Thu Mar 10th. Phil is open and easy to get along with and gets results which are really distinctive - testament to the hard work he puts in on the day and long after others have packed up and gone home. I very much look forward to working with him again soon.
