Seals - following a photoshoot!

I thought I'd add this as may be of interest to anyone visiting Russ' excellent Splashpoint studio in Rhyl, North Wales. Whilst the beach opposite is amazing, a short drive of just under an hour away brings you to a small bay where a colony of seals are protected down on the beach. There were around 25 when I popped along in mid December, so it was a bit challenging laying down on a cliff top trying to focus a 600mm lens on them in the sub zero biting wind, but hey, was great fun and another reason to visit North Wales.
