Had an amazing shoot with Simon few days ago. Everything was very well planned, Simon got good attention to details and he definitely knows what he is doing as we didn't need to take many pictures in order to achieve great result! A very talented person, definitely recommend and would love to work together in the future!

Great shoot with Simon today. Pre comms were amazing. He contacted me prepared with possible dates/times/locations/styles/moodboards etc I can't thank him enough for this as it makes organisation so much quicker and smoother for all involved.

Simon was a professional from start to finish. He made me feel relaxed, let me do my own thing and also gave direction when there was a particular feel/pose that was needed for a shot he had in mind. He clearly had a wealth of knowledge. I am extremely confident we got some amazing shots. I would definitely reccomend working with Simon to anyone and I really hope I get the opportunity to do so again in the future!

I worked with Simon for the first time last week in Manchester and I’m so glad I had the opportunity to.

Very few people have the ability to weave entire entire stories into one picture but Simon is one of those few. He knows his angles, he knows his lighting and his results speak for themselves. When he’s not composing beautiful images, he’s kind and thoughtful and lovely to talk to.

I’d have no hesitation in recommending Simon and I’d welcome having the opportunity to work with him again.

Simon and I did a quick outdoor shoot around Manchester and it was a super pleasant experience. The pre shoot communication was great, we both had very similar ideas. My first shoot with Simon went great! We were arranging it for a little while due to my short notice operation right before our firstly planned shoot, thank you Simon for being very understanding and patient! Simon sent me a clear mood board of what he would like to achieve and it was so easy to arrange everything with him!

Once we met I instantly felt at ease with Simons amazing personality and I certainly had so much fun shooting with him! :) we got very creative and I really cant wait to shoot with you again Simon! :)

Had such a fun first shoot with Simon in York today!

Despite the fact we have never worked together before, Simon was just so easy to get along with and also so fun! Even though the shoot was booked in for a whole day, the time flew by, which is always a sign of having a great and productive time.

The previews looked so good that I am hoping I can use them for my own portfolio (if I can get my hands on them ;) )

Had a fabulous first shoot with Simon today on my Manchester tour.

I have admired simons work for a long time now so excited was an understatement for our shoot today.

He arrived on time and we began shooting straight away and even the first few images were amazing! Simon is so creative and knows how to get the light and mood perfect!

Me and Simon created images that I don’t normally do and we shot lots of fashion which was so refreshing and amazing to have the change.

Simon was super easy to get on with and shoot with, lots of chatting, lots of sets we got through and fabulous ideas!!

Definitely be shooting together soon!

Simon picked me up today and took me to his home studio for another short and sweet shoot. He’s had the set ups all ready to go and we quickly and efficiently went through a few stylish fine art backdrops. Simon is an artist with his lighting and can control it flawlessly and effortlessly - a light master indeed.

He is also really kind, polite and respectful, I may even forgive him his terrible taste in musical playlists! ( ALEXA, no more!;)

Simon is a creative powerhouse and I always feel so relaxed and happy shooting with him, its simply really enjoyable He gives good, clear direction but also encourages my ideas and freely flowing poses - an all round amazing collaborator!

Hope to shoot with him again :)

I worked with Simon last month and found him very easy to get along with. He made me feel very comfortable and his overall communication was excellent. Simon is a fantastic photographer with a great eye for detail. Shooting on location was a fun adventure and he made the whole experience enjoyable. We had planned the concepts and most locations in advance, leaving room to be free and experimental - the perfect balance. I really enjoy his creative outlook and thinking with him about the stories we were creating for each shot. He takes great care with editing the images and the outcome has been stunning. My second shoot with Simon and I had a real blast, plus the images on the back of the camera looked insanely good!

He was kind enough to come over on a school night and tutor me in using studio lights - he’s a really patient, kind, creative and talented guy. A real unassuming, accommodating character - he was up to trying my mad ideas and had many suggestions on how to improve on them.

His direction was on point and extremely valuable - it was a genuinely fun experience and I know I shall drag Simon over to mine soon again ha ha

We had a little meet and greet followed by a shoot with Simon last Thursday and I am really pleased that we did. He’s extremely down to Earth, passionate and downright nice.

Respectful and professional as well as creative and knowledgeable about photography. As technically sound aa he is, he also seems to understand that what makes the picture is not the gear but the mood, expression or concept.

I worked with Simon for a second time this Saturday and it was an absolute pleasure yet again. The first time we shot together was on location and the second time being at York Photographic studio. Both times equally fantastic! Simon was kind enough to collect me and take me home with my huge amounts of clothing for the day and was very kind and understanding about my embarrassing travel sickness! Needless to say I loved working with Simon both times and he created more than enough beautiful shots. I'm very impressed with Simons knowledge and technicality in lighting ranging from natural to studio including beautiful gel work. Simon booked me through my agency and we did some fashion and fitness at the Millwood studio in Manchester, he is a brilliant photographer, boosted my confidence and the portfolio that he did for me was really good! Simon booked me for a fashion shoot at Hallam Mill recently alongside two other photographers.

His communications prior to the shoot were faultless, and he was very polite.

The shoot flew by! We shot various styles from natural light through to studio set-ups and Simon was happy to show me the back of the camera as we went along and also gave great direction.

Very professional and fun too!! I highly recommend working with him if you get the chance and would love to do so again myself!
