I'm not sure how many times I’ve had the pleasure of shooting at The Old Chapel Studio, but that alone should explain what a high regard for this splendid facility, that’s why I keep going back. Jo and Kevin have worked tirelessly to create a great studio and it certainly shows.

Imagine my surprise and dismay to hear that they were to close the studio and that I was the very last tog to use it. Words can’t explain my sadness. I really do hope that they can find another enthusiastic custodian for The Old Chapel Studio. I for one would be heartbroken to see it disappear and all their hard word go to waste.

Well what a wonderful but also sad day .... it was my first time in the studio but it will also sadly be my last and I found out they are closing . However I am hounered to have been the last model to host a day at this fabulous creative space ...The studio is tidy and uncluttered but still have lots of props and lighting to use .Lighting isn't even essential and the natural light they have is a great addition to the place .

Jo and Kev our wonderful hosts with excellent communications , and just lovely down to earth people who do eve thing they can to make the day the best it can be .

I do hope that someone is able to take over as it would be a shame to loose such a great space but they will have to work hard to fill the boots if Jo and Kevin .

Had the pleasure of shooting Carla Monaco at this lovely Chapel in Newent. The studio owners Jo and Kevin made me feel welcome straight away which was great.

Can definitely say i'll be booking to shoot there again in the near future. Great layout also, multiple light stands along with numerous backdrops.

Had my fifth highly enjoyable shoot at the excellent Old Chapel Studio today this time with the lovely Carla Monaco. As always Jo and Kevin were on hand to help and advise on set arrangements and lighting. Not being particularly technically adept I always appreciate their assistance and guidance in these matters and I have emerged with some great images. If you live within striking distance of the Old Chapel I would certainly recommend a visit to this top class studio!

I worked at The Old chapel last weekend on 2 sold out model days.

Jo and Kev who run the studio could not have been any more welcoming to me, they are lovely people who make you feel at home at their studio.

They organised 2 great events for me, all communications were spot on, the studio is a great space,clean, lots of equipment and props you can use, as well as the natural light which is lovely addition to the studio.

I really enjoyed my 2 days working at the old chapel and I hope to go back again later in the year.

I am more than happy to recommend the studio to any model or photographer who come to the Gloucester area.

Today I paid my first visit to this wonderful studio.. Lovely space to work with and Jo and Kevin were the perfect hosts, as I shot for the first time with Carla Monaco.

Brilliant and accommodating, helped me with all my lighting requirements and had everything set up and ready to go before I arrived.

Yesterday I had the great pleasure of shooting Valis Volkova at The Old Chapel Studio.

Jo and Kevin were wonderful hosts very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout the shoot. Jo’s communications prior to the shoot were great, I discussed my ideas with her and she contributed with some very helpful suggestions based on her knowledge of the studio and the excellent props there. She makes a blinding cup of tea too :-)

The studio is spacious, warm and clean with a great range of lighting, backdrops and props.

I would highly recommend The Old Chapel Studio to any model or photographer looking for a venue to shoot.

I shot at the studio on Saturday. The owners were both warm and friendly and very helpful. Everything from showing you were all facilities are, to props etc you can use (which there is ALOT! :) )Also aspects such as making sure you get the best lighting results etc for your photo shoot. The studio was very clean and had everything you could need. I look forward to coming back again and trying more backdrops and some of the chairs I didn't get round to using on my first shoot there.

I’ve had another terrific shoot at Old Chapel Studio. It’s such a joy to shoot there, Jo and Kevin are always welcoming, with a great coffee machine and they ensure that everything is exactly as you want it. The studio is warm, spacious and very well equipped, it certainly has everything I could want, especially the 2 metre octobox, probably my favourite modifier in the whole world!

I've just had my very first studio day at The Old Chapel Studio and I'm so glad that I did!

Jo and Kevin are just wonderful hosts with excellent hospitality: very friendly, kind and accommodating! They were very kind to provide me with food and accommodation for the weekend, as well as chauffeuring me to and from the train station, helping me with my insane luggage and sorting out the bookings on my behalf.

There is a fridge filled with healthy snacks and coffee machine in the studio, which really makes a big difference. The studio is a large space that is clean, WARM and well equipped with top quality lights and modifiers.

Highly recommended to any model or photographer looking to hire out the studio. Thank you so much to both of you for looking after me so well! See you in April,

It is some time since I last shot at Old Chapel and in the meantime they have brought in some new great lights and back drops. The black velvet backdrop just absorbs light and helps create some wonderful images. Jo and Kevin are very easy to get on with and extremely helpful.

Highly recommended and hope I can get back there for a session again in the near future. Thanks for all the help and hot drinks, much appreciated. Colin

I had a great first shoot at Old Chapel Studio last weekend. It was all planned and bpoked amazingly with breaks, snacks and refresments!

Couldn't have asked for nicer studio nothing is too much to ask them and theyre great to work with.

My first vist to this studio and was made very welcome by Kev and Jo with a great fresh mug of coffee, made just how I like it.

Lots of natural light if you want it or black out the windows and use lights if you prefer, The best of both worlds. Lots of interesting props to use as well. Help on hand if needed, otherwise you can get on with a shoot without being disturbed.

A visit is highly recommended.

This was my first visit to the Old Chapel studio. I was given a warm welcome from Jo and Kev, and presented with a cup of coffee straight away, always a good start to the shoot. The studio is very well equipped, there is ample space, Jo and Kev were on hand to help set up if needed, and the model was being looked after very well too. I’m very glad I made the journey, it’s a shame it’s not closer to me.
