References for NGCC Studio

Absolutely fantastic facility.  Big large open space studio yet can be sectioned off to suit photographer's styles and preferences. Brilliant selection of professional lighting setups and backdrops capable of satisfying any shooting composition. The range of props, setting and costume accessories are legendary ... the boxes are infamous.

There is a separate comfortable dressing room for models, along with all the home from home facilities. You will be well looked after.

Plenty of easy parking outside, with dining & beverage establishments close by, to suit all.

A special word of sincere thanks must go to Andy...a true gentleman.  If you're a novice or a pro Andy is knowledgeable and as professional as they come. His generosity and kindness is innate. Always there to assist, guide and help. 

A giant recommendation to anybody interested in hiring this fantastic studio.

Have had great shoots at NGCC and always come home with a camera full of images I hadn't planned for - there are so many props available for use which really helps add a layer of spontaneity to the process. Great communication with Andy throughout. Would highly recommend NGCC and I will be back again soon.

This was my first shoot in the studio and I was very impressed with the guys first and foremost. They were very helpful, friendly and the comms were great. The studio itself is large and open plan with plenty of space to use the abundant lights and backdrops. There is natural light available as well that could cater for those preferring that type of lighting. There is a makeup/changing room for models to prepare and a full props room with all sorts of goodies to try out. Kitchen and bathroom facilities are top notch. An added bonus is having parking right outside which is so beneficial if you are like me and bring a lot of props to your shoots! There is a shop next door as well as a McDonalds within a few minutes walk so again this is very handy.

Just back from my little tour in Ireland and NGCC studio became my home during these days in Dublin.

I have been there 4 days, shooting 1:1 and also group shoot organized by Andy.

The studio space is amazing, lots of props, costumes etc well equipped, spacious, warm and clean. I had a changing room and toilet close to the studio. I really felt like home.

Andy was a great host, super welcoming and helpful!

Totally recommended!

I shoot in Andy studio for 3 days and I really enjoy it.

The studio is beautiful!!! Clean in the studio AND the toilets, warm, drink facilities, an area for the model to change, endless fabrics and props,clothes, jewelry (fabulous Andy's shop ),all what model need 😊

Andy was so kind and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Him communication was spot on which is just what you need when arranging a day such as this. It worked so well the day studio day is already in the making.

This was my second time using the studio and certainly won't be my last. The studio is a great space with lots of areas to shoot in, a great selection of props and backdrops. I booked the time with Andy who was very friendly and explained the details with lights/strobes and triggers very well, thank you Andy.

I am a multiple user of their previous two locations, since this was my first time using them since their move, I felt that I should upload another reference.

All I can say, is bigger and better than the previous location, the weekend group shoots are still a wonderful creative flow as well.

This is my 3rd time in the studio in less than a week: the space is very big, with lots of lighting equipment and wardrobe so just a delight for creative opportunities and a coffee and tea machine always running.

For events, Andy booked me for a full day for 2 group shoots and I was impressed: all participants were very friendly, brought their own props for me to play with, got along well with each other and me, and what I love most is how Andy was handling everything from hosting and creating a lovely atmosphere for the groups to setting lighting, proposing ideas while still open to my suggestions and making sure I was comfortable and happy.

It was a wonderful experience. I will gladly recommend the space and NGCC events to fellow photographers and look forward to being back and seeing its evolution.

NGCC Studio is a very lovely and clean studio.

I have had a few shoots there during my Ireland tour and I liked how spacious the building is.

There is even room for a lovely table and chairs where the model and photographers can have their lunch or a hot drink.

I hope to be back again at this Studio :)

This was my second time using this studio on a solo shoot, I normally use it for Group Shoots that they arrange.

Just to repeat, spacious well equipped with lights, triggers etc., plenty of props too. I will continue to return here

So .....

What do I want from a studio? In no order: space, height, 4+ studio flash, a range of modifiers, background papers - black, white and maybe a choice of another colour.

Add to this, 2 toilets, a shower, a coffee dock, makeup/changing room, a reasonable rate for 1/2 or full day, props, heat.

There's probably more that I haven't thought of and I should mention they have complied with all Covid 19 precautions and Andy who is very helpful and a 'nice bloke' 😊

I have used this studio for group shoots two previous times at this location and multiple times in their previous location.

The studio has a good bit of space for a one to one shoot scenario, I actually used 5 different locations in the studio.

Plenty of lights, triggers, backdrops etc., everything that you need.

I will be using it again

I've used their previous location a number of times and I loved shooting there.. its a very well equipped studio and a multitude of props... spacious and the location was brilliant.
