References for Morticia Avery

First shoot with Morticia, at Antwerp Mansion, Rusholme, Manchester which is currently one of my favourite locations. Shoot was originally scheduled late last year for early January but was postponed because of the lock-down. Communications were clear and precise, despite the Covid inspired complications and Morticia was punctual. Shot theme was tasteful fetishm a new one for me, and Morticia did not fail to impress with excellent choices of outfit. Great shoot around several of the rooms in the Mansion, Morticia needed no direction which left me free to faff about with the lighting, and Morticia was very tolerant with the faffing ! I are extremely happy with same of the Rembrant lighting style shots were achieved in the red room. I believe we got on tremendously well, sharing the same impish sense of humour for the macabre ! The shoot was scheduled for four hours, but a mutual feeling that we were both 'in the zone' resulted in 90 minute extension, enough said ? We have already organised a second shoot at an outdoor location and different genre, and my excitement is already mounting... I am a sucker for high cheek bones, Morticia has imo extremely photogentic cheek bones and a fantastically photogenic jaw line. Highly Recommended, bring on the 3rd of June and the second shhot.

Working with Morticia was a fantastic experience, she is extremely approachable and friendly. We met and wandered through some beautiful woodland and she had no issues with posing amongst the environment. She was fantastic at adapting her poses to her surroundings and she was just a pleasure to work with. Would strongly recommend working with Morticia and I hope to work with her again soon.

Well, that was fun!! Morticia and I had our first shoot today, a remote one, which went (IMO) extremely well. Morticia was ready to go as soon as we linked up, had plenty of space and light in which to work.

Modelling wise Morticia has a super look, quite unique, and can portray a great range of attitudes and emotions. She's very aware of the space in which she's working when doing remote shoots. I'm a big fan of long hair, and Morticia uses it to good effect. Interpersonally she's easy going and very professional.

One small but significant point, evidence is she has a really quick internet connection, so there was little or no lag, and once the shoot was over, the transfer of files from her machine to mine was rapid. Making for a great experience technically too!

I thoroughly enjoyed our shoot, definitely interested in doing more together, and would very definitely recommend Morticia.

My 3rd shoot with the amazing Morticia!

This time we attempted a shower shoot remotely, quite a tricky concept especially working by remote. But as always Morticia did a superb job!

I'm starting to wonder if she is telepathic, as she always seems to know exactly what looks and poses I'm thinking of :)

Jokes aside, I have to say I do love working with Morticia, our shoots are always great fun, and the results are outstanding!

I hope we have many more shoots to come!

My second shoot with Morticia, this time it was a remote shoot via zoom. Morticia was well prepared as usual and had a variety of outfits ready. We only had a 1 hour shoot but that was enough time to get some great images and still have time to laugh and joke.

Comms both before and after the shoot were/ are perfect as usual!

Morticia is such a lovely person and a great model, thoroughly recommended and I'm already looking forward to shooting again!

She is so warm and down to earth but also the ultimate pro on shoots.

I had my first shoot with Morticia at Antwerp Mansion. Pre-shoot communications were excellent and she arrived perfectly on time. She came well prepared and with more than enough outfits and accessories to choose from. We had planned a halloween themed shoot and Morticia even made her own fake blood!

Morticia is a lovely person and an amazing model! She’s super committed to her art and strives for perfection, while being very easy going and fun to be around. I would highly recommend her to anyone and look forward to working with her again soon!

Finaly got to work with this amazing lady on a woodland location shoot after winning a 3 hoour shoot with her on her editing competiton she ran and the 300 mile round trip to Leeds was deffo worth every second. We got some amazing shots together and Mortica went above and beyond to source an amazing outfit, make some creepy horns and even baked me a cake :) . Such a lovely girl to work with we chatted and laughed throughout the whole shoot and we created some awesome images :) I will deffo be back to shoot with her again sometime ......1000% recommended ...thanks Mortica for a lovely day xx

Having planed a outdoor shoot with Mortica and Charles for months. On the day of the shoot we were met with the worst weather.

Showing how adaptable and undeterred Mortica is we quickly brainstormed a indoor alternative. Spirits not lost we all came together and created some smouldering black and whites. This is why you see me work with Mortica a lot.

A fantastic friend and amazing model. Couldn’t ask for more.

I met and shot with Mortica for the first time during a historical set of "Regal Wraith". She was a pleasure to work with. We posed together for several duo shots as Elizabeth and Mary Queen of Scott's and I think we worked well to achieve the desired images!

Mortica Avery poses with ease, she needs no direction. on the day we both came up with different ideas and styles which worked really well.

I simply can’t find the correct words to convey how much respect I have for this lady.

I have worked with Mortica for a good few years now and I have watched her develop into a skilled and very professional model. We have literally spent that much time shooting together Mortica has become a valued member of my family and the very best of friends.

Feelings aside Mortica always puts time and a lot of forward planning into her shoot. She loves what she dose and it shows in her work. Basically Mortica ticks all the right boxes so don’t hesitate to book.

I had a great shoot with Morticia. Overall, it was an easy going shoot and Morticia was friendly and easy to get along with. She worked well with the other model as well. She poses well and takes direction (what little of it is required) well too. Although the shoot didn't last long, we managed to get quite a lot done and I would definitely recommend Morticia to anyone!

Had an amazing shoot with Mortica. Such a creative soul with an amazing ability to create different styles and looks. She arrived with her usual array of fab outfits and styled some unique looks from the start and all through the shoot.

The outfits, accessories and the way she puts them all together is amazing and means the images are unique and interesting at the same time.

We created some brilliant images if the back of the camera screen is anything to go by and we did it all in a reasonably short period of time too.

Already looking forward to working together again.

Worked with this lovely lady for the second time last week. There was a change of plan for the shoot last minute (through noones fault) and we had to improvise... And I am so glad we did! Our little team created some of my favourite images to date, Mortica totally, 100% sold the makeup look with her emotive and striking poses. I couldn't have ask for more in a model!

Whilst I applied the makeup, Mortica was a dream to work on: great skin, sat still and was fun to chat to.

I would definitely recommend booking this lady and I can't wait to work with her again!

I had the pleasure of working with Melissa again last Friday

This time I got to work with Melissa’s chap too. Both were amazing in front of the camera. They have such chemistry together and come across beautifully in print.

We had a few hiccups due to late delivery of costume so we had to improvise for the whole shoot. Melissa and George adapted quickly to help me obtain the shots I needed. They also gave me loads of input that helped shape the alternative shoot.

Melissa’s caricature comes second to non both on set and off. Iv got so much respect and time for Melissa.

Really guys if you looking for a talented and creative model give Melissa a shout..

Melissa and myself put together a spontaneous and creative shoot yesterday.

We tested out a new outfit of Melissa’s and some new lighting setups.

Iv been working with Melissa for some time now and will continue to do so.

She’s passionate about photography and leads a very creative lifestyle. Perfect for us photographers and artists.

I have come to value Melissa as a close friend and I have so much resect for what she does in life.
