Dec 2024 update:

I've done hardly any model shoots this year, and I'd like to get back in the saddle big time in 2025. I'm going to try to have a theme that stays with me throughout the year. I'm thinking Jack Vettriano and/or Edward Hopper inspired stuff. I'm going to go for more cinematic and stylised images than I've done before. Sure, some will be suggestive/erotic, but not all. However I'm hoping all will have a narrative in them, and all will (probably) be 16:9 landscape format. Any models up for this? I'll have a target of 50:50 TF to me paying for the year. Shoots can be at my place in Cambridge, your place in East Anglia, or in and out of a hotel in London.

I have been photographing people since the early 1980s, back in the day when film was king and most photographers (including me) developed and printed their own work.

After a very long break, I re-started serious photography around the year 2000, this time with a passion for “digital image creation” rather then just  taking photographs.

Since 2017 I've worked as a professional industry photographer, so model photography is still, mainly, a hobby for me, which means I do it because I enjoy it. If you model for me then I will do my best to make sure you enjoy the experience as well.

I work with models of all shapes, colours, sizes, ethnicities and ages (over 18, but no upper limit) and I really like working with “quirky” people.  Although many of my shoots are art-nude, I'm still very happy to work with models who want to keep their clothes on!

Most of my shoots take place in London or East Anglia during the normal working week, but from time to time I travel around the UK for work and am always keen to meet new people when I do.  However, it's very rare I shoot at weekends.

I usually try to bring snacks to a shoot, so PLEASE tell me if you are vegetarian, vegan, lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, have a nut (or any other) allergy, or anything else!  Also, if we haven't worked together before, I encourage you to make direct, private contact with anyone I've worked with before to check me out.

Please note, I don't want to work with anti-vaxxers or models who need to smoke during a shoot.
