What can I say?

Another epic shoot with the fabulous Monia. We managed to cram in three distinct themes with a total of 6 different looks and the whole session flowed seamlessly due to Monia's incredible talent in the modelling department and the costume department, one of which she made practically from scratch at looked as good as anything you could buy in the shops (maybe even better).

Monia is an absolute professional and a joy to work with and we always get something outstanding from the shoot and I have no doubt that these images will be right up there once again.

If you get the opportunity to work with Monia - Go for it. :)

Monia was the second model I'd photographed in my new mini-studio in the spare bedroom. It was my lucky day. Monia was a magnificent model in every possible way.

The day started with a shock. Monia drove to me, and brought with her the largest collection of outfits I'd ever seen a model drag along with them. It took three people to bring it all in. Not only that, but Monia had religiously read all my PP stuff and looked at my sample images. Never, ever had I worked with someone so totally prepared. I was overjoyed; not only had she brought outfits that went beyond what I'd suggested, she'd carefully thought about the shoot.

The shoot went well. It couldn't have been better. Monia is one of the most delightful and interesting people I've met, and we had a lot of very interesting conversations (including linguistics and the features of various languages ... honestly).

Monia knows how to dress up and coordinate outfits, accessories, and makeup. She is truly professional. She is also great at posing and matching the pose to the outfit.

We got on like a house on fire. When we had a coffee with my wife, she was just as impressed by Monia as I.

The shoot largely involved outfits and posed suggested by the Cabaret/Chicago musicals and was very successful.

Monia was determined to get the job done. She worked hard and never disappeared to use her mobile. At the end, when we've done our four hours, Monia said, "But we haven't tried the teal outfit. She did another change even though it was past the allocated time. I really appreciated that kindness and attention to detail.

So, I have to say that this was one of my most enjoyable shoots with one of the most professional and accomplished models I'd ever met. And she was one of the first models that I asked, immediately after the shoot, "Can we do that again?".

I would recommend Monia to all photographers. Given her enthusiasm and help, she'd be great for beginners. But, given her competence, costume-sense and innovation, she would be well-suited to the experienced photographer who wants some great images.

This was the third time I have worked with Monia, though this latest shoot has been in the planning almost since the first time we met.

I asked a heck of a lot of Monia for this shoot with the very different looks with two sub-looks for each 'character', and a lot of time in the make up chair! To say Monia delivered would be an understatement. As soon as she came out of the changing room in the make up she had been given and the outfits that she designed and put together herself she was in character and I was blown away.

Monia had to work with another model for some of the shots too and the two of them interacted amazingly, making the shoot an absolute joy with some amazing shots at the end of it.

It was an extremely long shoot (8 and half hours) and I am sure Monia was exhausted by the end of it, but it never showed. An absolute professional.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. If you get the opportunity to work with Monia do not pass up the opportunity, I know I won't. She as total professional, but makes any shoot so enjoyable.

Great shoot with Monia today. Turned up and had a great selection of outfits as we'd discussed. Genuine, affable and confident and would put even the most novice photographer at ease. Although we only had limited time together, she worked hard and we created some amazing images. Highly recommended.

She turned up on time with all the ouitfits I asked for plus many more which see thought to be also appropriate for our shoot. She has a friendly and chatty personality who enjoys a laogh but with her amazing posing ability keeps the shoot moving along.

I cannot recommend Monia highly enougth and look forward to working with her again in the very near future

Just had another fantastic shoot with Monia. As always her communications beforehand are excellent and she always arrives on time. The outfits she brought were not only of the style requested but were absolutely gorgeous and along with the wigs she brought made for some wonderfully amazing pictures.

Monia is a very friendly model who enjoys her work and with her posing ability you will not be disappointed. She definately has my highest recommendation and will be working again with her in the near future.

Monia's previous work has had a habit of grabbing my attention, and when I unexpectably got the chance to shoot with her, I was overjoyed.

I was not disappointed...... huge choice of outfits that suited my desire to shoot editorial with her. We actually worked through several outfits and sets and I now have the monumental task of trying to chose from huge amounts of amazing images to edit.

Eats Shoots and Leaves

Well what an enthusiastic full of energy, non stop, lets get it done type Monia is.

I was the one stood just taking photos (in a swimming pool) but felt like I had done half a marathon (or Snickers) by the end of our day but Monia was ready to do more.

Never stopped laughing, smiling, even under water, a total work aholic.

Goes without say Monia brought everything needed for the shoot, turned up on time, even though it wasn't the easiest place to find.

We left discussing when we could do it again ........So So So Recommended x

OMG! Just had the most intense shooting session ever.

Monia is amazing. We spent so long setting up this shoot that we probably overstretched ourselves a bit with what we wanted to achieve in the time, but Monia is such a professional that we somehow managed to fit everything in. And the results - I think they are pretty amazing.

This is the second time I have worked with Monia and I am positive that there will be many more. I had my ideas for the shoot, but Monia is an incredibly creative individual that she brought even more to the table. Although the shoot was intense in regards to the amount we wanted to achieve, Monia was such a joy to be around as we had a great laugh at the same time of creating wonderful images.

I could go on for days about why anybody should work with Monia, but to be honest the best I can say is - Just book her and get planning and be prepared for a great time and some fantastic results.

If Carlsberg made models....

Monia mentioned on Facebook that she loves Amy Winehouse and she would be keen to model for an Amy-shoot. I also love Amy Winehouse, so I got in touch to say I would be keen to shoot it. As we discussed the shoot, Monia shared her excitement, came up with mood boards, bought temporary tattooes and Amy-inspired clothes, and it was absolutely clear that she looked forward to the shoot and that it wasn't "just another job" for her. So the pre-comms phase was a delight that also made me excited and made me look forward to the day.

Today Monia showed up with her tattooes applied and a huge suitcase full of all the stuff we had discussed, and during our 3-hour shoot, we covered 5 different sets - each of them with Monia looking gorgeous and channeling her inner Amy. In between sets, she chatted friendly and smilingly and it felt like I was working with a long-time friend rather than a model. Lovely!

So all in all, it was a great success and I am super chuffed with the images and look forward to get started on the edits. Highly recommended!

I have worked with Monia many times. Tonight we worked together in a 3 hour group shoot using gels and filters. As always Monia is great fun to work with, she has many different poses and facial expressions. Monia was very patient as there was lots of gaps between shooting as the lighting had to be adjusted. Monia was good spirited and cheerful throughout the evening. It was a great shoot and socially a lovely way to spend Friday evening. Thank you so much Monia . I love working with you. Highly recommended !

I have worked with Monia a few times, now, on studio group shoots. On all of these Monia has been incredible, with her posing, facial expressions and patience.

Monia is a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend working with her.

Now I just need to find time to arrange a solo shoot.
