Far Forest Studio

We were pleased to finally welcome Rosie to our studio yesterday for a booked shoot with Phil.

She is not only a wonderful, professional model but she has a great fun personality to match. Arriving in good time, with an array of wonderful costumes she was great to have here from start to finish.

Looking at the in camera shots I would think Phil was very happy with the results.

We hope it won't be too long before she visits us again now she knows how to find us. We would highly recommend her to any studio and photographer.

The Cherry Orchard

I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting & working with Rosie on our 2nd & 3rd shoots over two days on location in Shropshire.

Her communication before & during our shoots was wonderful & all the requests I asked of her with regard to clothes, hair & make up were met.

The weather was not kind to us while we were shooting but this did not dampen Rosie's enthusiasm, she was wonderful & we managed to get some shooting done. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was wonderful with & without direction, wore great clothes & her hair & make up were done to perfection. What's more, Rosie is a lovely person who is fun, engaging & a joy to work with which makes shooting with her a real pleasure.

I adore working with Rosie & I hope to do so many times in the future. Totally recommended:)

Models in the Landscape

Rosie and I have shown interest in working with each other for some time and finally managed to connect for a shoot with our little camera club.

For those not already aware, camera clubs come in all manner of shapes and sizes and abilities. Ours is very mixed, with the membership ranging from absolute "newbies" through to semi-pro/pro and with a demographic spanning to age 90.

Is this relevant? In my opinion it is as not all models cope as fabulously as Rosie did.

She not only looked every bit the part but was able to take direction when offered and, importantly, create a host of interesting poses of her own accord.

Rosie brought along more changes of clothes than we needed as well as a few props, and happily trudged around the local Bluebell Woodland with nerry a complaint, easily fitting in with the odd collective of togs and personalities that we are - in fact within minutes she was calling members by name/nick-name and joking along with our quips etc.

I/we am/are already considering further shoots on a variation of the theme.

In summary, on a scale of 1 to fabulous, she was at least a 9.8. So, ooooh and similar noises.

Had my first shoot with Miss Rosie Lea today and she is awesome! Rosie is beautiful, charming, utterly professional and simply a lovely person to work with. She walked me round her delightful home town of Bridgnorth getting some portraits as we went. Rosie even bought me an ice cream when we were done!

Having already started working on the images we created, I'm thrilled with how they've turned out. Almost goes without saying that Rosie gets my highest recommendation :-)

Rosie is a photographer’s dream. We had our third shoot together yesterday – pin up this time. Rosie has amazing dresses for this vintage genre and those together with my props made for a winning combination to produce authentic looking images. Rosie you are the consummate professional and I so love working with you.

Also big thank you to Nicole and Ellie for amazing job they did with Rosie’s hair and make-up. We certainly were ‘team pin up’ yesterday. It was so much fun, thanks everyone.

Had the privilege of working with Miss Rosie Lea for the first time a few weeks ago. It was an outdoor shoot and she had to work under the most difficult circumstances but her professionalism and humour never deserted her. Many thanks again to Rosie for her outstanding bravery and efforts in modelling at our location shoot yesterday. This had been planned for some time with the intention of making the most of a warm late April day. However we arrived on location with a mixture of rain and sleet. Although things did improve with some wonderful evening sunlight it remained bitterly cold. Rosie was completely fearless and remained cheerful as ever to produce some great images. Thanks again and I hope you thawed out eventually. As always highly recommended particularly to anyone looking for "vintage" themed events which are her speciality.

Great day with Rosie last week. Weather was appalling for most of the time, but she was a star, stepping up to the mark for all situations. I got some really beautiful images, mostly due to her sheer professionalism. She is a beautiful model, with great personality and sense of humour. She made the day flow. Today we held a Stevie Nicks themed workshop at Saxon Studio and Rosie was our model for the day.

Words defeat me on how delightfully superb Rosie is.

Her wardrobe of outfits is second to none.

Rosie's ability to pose effortlessly is something else which is superb for me as I can concentrate on the tuition for my clients.

There is only one thing wrong with Rosie.... She live too far away from me!!

Pure class is an understatement.

Rosie is an outstanding model and I am very honoured to have her working with my studio.

Rosie answered my casting call for a Film Noir style shoot and I was so pleased as I had wanted to work with her since I joined Purple Port. Pre Comms were great and Rosie arrived with a wide selection of vintage wardrobe, accessories etc appropriate for the theme. We had a fun time shooting and the time went far too quickly. I spent the morning looking at my weather app on the phone hoping that it wouldn't rain and I'm so glad that it didn't. Rosie and I met up for an outdoor vintage shoot in Bridgnorth and the day couldn't have gone any better. Rosie was very accommodating and those long walks in and around Bridgnorth trying to find the perfect backdrop scenery certainly built up a perfect appetite for some fun shots. I would love to work with Rosie again and I'm sure it won't be long before we do. Thanks Rosie.
