What a star :-)

Nina and I had our first shoot yesterday. It's fair to say we're not exactly neighbours but Nina turned up very bright and very early, raring to go. Nina has a great personality, immediately we chatted it was like meeting a (not so old) friend.

Nina's case held exactly what we needed to make the most of the shoot, and then some. Had I not flagged I'm sure we could still be shooting now. It's obvious from her images that Nina looks great, she poses well and has a great sense of humour, time and time again we'd find ourselves laughing about some mid pose excursion or whatever). Undoubtedly Nina's dance background has not only helped her be elegant, but also have great core strength, using which she can hold strenuous poses while I fumble about.

I'd like to make special mention of Nina's determination and professionalism. I've recently experienced a lot of no shows/ late cancellations. Through our preshoot comms I was confident that Nina wouldn't be one. It's fair to say Nina had a good few challenges put in her way (not least of which was leaving her rail ticket at her other work, necessitating a pre 5AM detour to collect it) and she still turned up on time, cheery as can be and looking great. Kudos Nina!!!

I'm delighted with the results and look forward to editing a lot of images. Thanks for the professionalism and great shoot Nina. Have to do the stuff we couldn't fit in next time!!! :-)

I have so many good things to say about Nina. Firstly, She is a lovely person with a warm pleasant manner and positive attitude. She is very precise with her dance poses executing excellent control with high stamina. She is able to replicate a number of difficult poses with ease and always maintained her best standard. During the shoot we were able to capture many images in a short time frame and this was due to Nina’s experience and her physical fitness related to dance.

Just one word ‘ Brilliant’! I will definitely be looking at opportunities where I can work with this dynamic and stunning dancer/model again!

Had an excellent shoot with Nina despite her having a bit of a cold, she didn’t let it affect her attitude or performance, very professional throughout. I hired a hall and got some fabulous ballet related images. Pre comms and during we’re great, follows directions really easily, which was refreshing. Had my second shoot with Nina yesterday and can honestly say she continues to surpass all my expectations. Having worked together before (see reference below) we knew exactly what we wanted to achieve and we were quickly able to enjoy creating some beautiful images.

The shoot was so relaxed and fun but so productive. Nina’s modelling and dancing ability’s are above and beyond what you’d normally expect! She's a true professional in very sense of the word. An amazing model, with a delightful personality, who's both creative and talented at the same time. Her enthusiasm is totally infectious. I know that in the 2 shoots we have had together she has made me a better photographer.

Simply put, I love working with Nina, and I can’t wait for the next shoot!

Shot with Nina today. Had a terrific urban dance shoot around her home town. She is striking, elegant and accomplished dancer. Easy to get on with, and brought some great ideas as well as plenty of clothing. Could have shot all day. Will be doing plenty of work in the future. Highly recommended.

Last week I had the pleasure of working with Nina on location in Gravesend, where we were shooting ballet and dance.

From the moment we arrived I knew this was going to be a great soon. Nina was there before us, ready with perfect hair and makeup. Along with a case full of stunning outfits and shoes.

Nina is such an amazing model, stunning, and can really preform to the highest standards. Her ballet work is incredible, but not only that but she loves to push herself to get the most perfect pose and look for the shot. Everything she does looks so effortless and she simply never seems to get tired.

She has to be one of the best models I have worked with and I’ll definitely be working with her again soon. I cannot recommend this model highly enough! Simply amazing!

WOW !! What a fantastic shoot I had with Nina this week !

She is a beautiful model, with a stunning physique & incredible ballet skills, as well as being full of energy & great company.

Nina needed very little, or no direction whilst we were shooting & even suggested some ideas, like sitting on a narrow wall, under an archway and doing the splits !! Behind the wall was a sheer drop of about 30-40 foot !!

'No problem' she said, 'just grab my hand if I start to fall'. Haha !!

Needless to say, all went well & we celebrated with a pot of tea & a slice of cake.

I highly recommend booking Nina for both her modelling & dancing skills and am looking forward to our next adventure together.

Thank you Nina, it was one of the most enjoyable shoots of my photographic career.

I would highly recommend Nina. She arrived on time and with a case of leotards and outfits for our photoshoot. Nina was so easy to get along with and really needed no prompts from me throughout the day. She is a beautiful model and most importantly for me, someone with an extensive dance history. Experienced dancers make beautiful shapes and are totally body aware and Nina was no exception.

Nina worked hard and has produced some awesome images for me .

Had the pleasure of working with Nina this week on a urban ballet shoot. What can I say Nina was superb to work with, I gave Nina a brief idea of what I wanted to achieve and she just delivered and delivered her knowledge and expertise In dance are superb.

When I finally arrived at the location Nina was already waiting ready to shoot,her looks figure and physique can only be discribed as stunning along with a great personality she immediately puts any nerves at ease ( which helped me still having reletively little portrait experience).

Nina is a fabulous model and performer. I booked her specifically for some dance themes and boy did she deliver. Nina is beautiful, elegant, very flexible and physically strong, all the characteristics you would look for in a model for a dance shoot. Added to which she is lovely company, very relaxed and patient - a virtue she needed as I tried to perfect a couple of particular sets. But don't be fooled into thinking she wouldn't be suitable for other genres.

Will definitely work with her again as we have unfinished business in respect of a couple of images we didn't quite nail (no fault of Nina's I hasten to add)

I was booked alongside Nina to shoot duo flour at NLS with Wavepower and Ceridwen. I hadn't met her before but she is very friendly and professional and we got along immediately. She is a very talented dancer and model, and took time out to explain a couple of tips for jumps to me which I really appreciated! I'd definitely recommend Nina to photographers and other models - in fact I will be arranging a lesson or two with Nina to improve my dance/jumps for modelling (and fun) in the near future :)

This was my first shoot with dancer/model Ninajbb. I first exchanged messages with Ninajbb some time ago to just to make contact as someone interested in dance inspired photography. A little time ago Ceridwen Images and I started a discussion on setting up a shared flour shoot at the NLS and came up with the idea of using two dancers and I suggested approaching Ninajbb.

The shoot took some time to arrange and through it all Nina's communications were excellent and enthusiastic.

Ninajbb arrived in good time for the shoot and was well prepared. This was her first experience of shooting with flour and she quickly grasped what was needed. Nina is a joy to work with. She naturally brings a performer's approach to the shoot in relaxed, focused manner, and willingly contributes to what needs to be done. The result is a lovely collaborative, fun yet productive shoot, despite the demands of working the flour which included getting thoroughly covered in flour and having repeat a lot of moves.

I have no hesitation in recommending Ninajjb both as a dancer and a model.

Nina, thank you for your good humour and efforts during the shoot and I hope we can arrange another interesting shoot sometime before too long.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with Nina for the first time.

We started discussing the idea for a shoot earlier in the year but decided to wait until summer finally arrived, with the warm evenings and light nights. I had an outdoor shoot in mind. During the discussions prior to the shoot my messages were quickly replied to.

Nina arrived early with her makeup already done to an amazing standard. The range of outfits she had selected to bring was great, matching what we had previously discussed. As we walked around the area I had in mind to shoot in, I found Nina very easy to talk to, throughout the shoot she was great company. The time we were shooting for seemed to fly past.

Her skills as a dancer are incredible, creating so many elegant poses, making it all look so effortless. This meant I was able to get many great pictures, just what I was hoping for from the shoot.

To summarise Nina is a fantastic model. I would highly recommend any photographer to work with her. We are already discussing another shoot and I hope to work with Nina many times in the future.

I knew that yesterday's shoot with Nina was going to be a good 'un, but it was even better than that. :)

You can see from Nina's portfolio that she has striking looks and a lovely toned figure. But that's not all. Given her dance and entertainment background, she has loads of body awareness so she knows what looks good for the camera. And she moves. She really knows how to move!

Hang on. I haven't finished yet... On top of that there's her creativity (she's full of good ideas), her versatility, enthusiasm and energy, and her skill with make up and her excellent eye for styling.

And there's more... Her communications are excellent, she's totally reliable and 100% professional in every respect, and she has a sparkling personality and a great sense of humour. So the shoot was not only very productive but was also hugely enjoyable.

Recommended? Too bl**dy right!

Models in the Landscape

We selected Nina for a group shoot with our little camera club as, whilst there were many interested models, we felt that her dancing skills would make for some images outside of 'the norm'

Nina began gently with poses amongst the Bluebells and in the woodland but was soon pirouetting, and leaping into the skies to enable us to offer a little guidance on camera settings etc for our group.

Anyone working with a group needs a certain amount of patience and this attribute was very evident with Nina who was also a hit with everyone attending.
