Dermot is such a sweet soul to work with. He showed up on time and really loves photography. He has a very creative way of shooting and bringing his ideas to life. He is very welcoming and professional too. He has a great view on life. We had such an amazing shoot in different locations all in a short period of time. The pictures a captured amazingly and he is works on them very promptly too. Absolutely 5 stars for this gentleman.

Where do i start with Mirabilis Images/Dermot…

Dermot is the most laid back, down to earth & wonderful photographer. I had my first shoot with him today and i am quite new to the industry. Despite this and high anxiety, Dermot ensured i ONLY felt comfortable, even before the shoot he said i could bring a friend along to support me - so very kind and genuine.

On arrival, Dermot greeted me with the complimentary snacks and drinks he arranged for me the day before, and even messaged me to see if there was anything dietary i would require - super sweet of him!

Dermot has a lovely set out studio with a range of backdrops, lighting, equipment and fabrics. He uses them to the best contrast and ability.

Thankyou so much Dermot for a wonderful shoot, and everything in between. I would 100% recommend you and shoot with you again if you would like me back!

I had my first shoot with Dermot yesterday at his home studio, where we shot a few recreation sets of famous people/characters.

Dermot's pre-comms were brilliant, and his studio space had great facilities to get the images we wanted.

Dermot himself had great creative vision, was good company and also was very easy to get along with.

I would happily work with him again and recommend him to others.

Dermot is an absolute pleasure to work with. We spent 3 hours shooting at his home studio. He is extremely professional, polite, hospitable and his set up is flawless. He introduced me to long exposure using coloured led lights which was extremely exciting and the results were phenomenal. He is extremely talented and a joy to work with. Possibly my favorite shoot of the tour, Mirabilis, or "Wonderful" in Latin, as I learned, is a lighting virtuoso. I arrived to his home studio which he had rigged up masterfully, and we had a wonderful three hour shoot which went by fast. He shoots quickly which I like, and let me have free reigns in terms of posing and introducing mild styling elements for our Fine Art nude shoot. He shot clothed portraiture of me at the end, and gave me my best existing headshots to date. I truly look forward to meeting him again and creating more work with his setup and skill.

What an absolute please to work with Dermit! He was super easy to work it and on top that of that he was nice enough to prepare snacks and drinks for me.

We shot a variety of styles and he always let me have a little peek between sets. The photos came out great and he is definitely a photographer to recommend!

I’m still very new to modelling so it was good to meet with a different photographer to get to know different styles and a fresh perspective.

We got a huge selection of photos within the time frame.

Had a fantastic shoot with Mirabilis Images in location. He usually experiments with different photography skills and lighting techniques. We focused on light painting and steel wool and he did a great job effortful to get the best result and created fabulous images as always.

Very highly recommend him to work with if you would like to take high technique and different images.

Mirabilis was an absolute gentleman the second I walked into his well equipped home studio. He was accommodating, polite, chatty, and put me straight at ease.

His communication was beyond excellent, and he considered everything, down to directions and parking.

He is technically minded, eloquently spoken, and clearly knows what he's doing-so much so, it's hard to believe this isn't his day job!

His set ups were all ready when I arrived, he gave great instruction, but also was happy to allow me to flow pose. With the conversation throughout, it was a creative and fun shoot, totally breezy, and flew by! Would highly recommend Dermot to any model of any experience level.

Wonderful first photoshoot with Mirabilis today!

Definitely half adventure, half photoshoot as we explored through an Urbex wonderland.

Planning and pre-communication was excellent.

We weren't entirely certain if we'd be able to use the area but thankfully we were - backup plans were made on the off chance we would be unable to shoot there.

Mirabilis contributed excellent ideas and we really pushed the limits of the area - heights and some slight gymnastics abound, too!

It was roughly 4 hours counting the journey actually there, it was thankfully fantastic weather throughout - I'd 100% work with Mirabilis again.

I was shown the images on the shoot and cannot wait to receive them through Dropbox.

Happy New Year, Dermot.

What a fab shoot we had.

It was last minute “ let’s get together for a shoot”, and already familiar with his excellent work, I agreed without hesitation.

I met Dermot first 3 years ago first time shooting, and already then my jaw just dropped, how fantastic images he produces.

He always agrees to experiment. It’s never boring with Dermot - always some light experiments are present to compliment your look.

And also today we had a fab shoot - we managed several sets in just three hours - time flew .

Oh, and thank you so much for tasty treat for my household.

So, dear colleagues in PhotoArt - he is 5 star photographer and always delivers fab images - don’t hesitate to work with him .
