Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Menna on a fantasy Moon Goddess set after she applied for one of my castings. It turns out Menna and I had worked together some years ago in a different capacity during a modelling event, though neither of us remembered it until the day of the shoot! Well, I'll certainly be remembering this time!

In the lead up to the shoot, Menna's comms were incredibly concise, helpful and highly organised. We'd discussed ideas for the look prior to the shoot and Menna worked tirelessly to recreate what I'd decided on, ordering in special products and even sending me practice tear sheets of the makeup look beforehand, so I could see what the final results would look like. She arrived at the location early and ready to go with a huge case on wheels (one of several, I believe), carrying almost every possible tool, colour, gizmo or pallette you could ever need! Highly experienced in a multitude of different areas, Menna does it all, from beauty makeup, to fake beards, vintage hairstyles and zombie gore!

As we were working in a public garden, Menna and our model Harper were subject to quite a few questions and interruptions by the public but Menna was a consummate professional and didn't let this rattle or distract her. Our model had never been in the chair with a MUA before and Menna made sure to explain what she was doing as she worked to help Harper feel more comfortable, respectful of both hygiene and safety, particularly due to the CV-19 crisis. Her big makeup case contained almost anything you could possibly need to survive the apocalypse and without her, I don't know how successful we would have been in keeping our model's wig on!

A very calming presence on set, Menna is a lovely and very interesting person to talk to and we all spent a lot of time chatting and joking during the makeup process. Very friendly and easy to talk to, it's easy to build a rapport with her quickly and she patiently answered more than a few of my 'Makeup for Dummies' type questions!

Menna's efforts didn't stop at hair and makeup though. Very hands on and hard-working, she was kind enough to also act as my assistant multiple times, aiding with smoke bombs and composite shots all while vigilantly touching up Harper's makeup in between. We were even lucky enough to meet her partner and absolutely adorable staffy dog, Kyzza, who looked almost as good in the headpiece as our model!

Overall, Menna is a highly skilled, versatile and professional MUA and I don't think our theme could have come together without her! I'm absolutely thrilled with the final images and can't thank Menna enough for her tireless efforts, creative flair and lovely, fun personality. I'd happily recommend this fantastic MUA to anyone and look forward to collaborating with her again on many future projects.

Thank you so much for all of your hard work Menna. I had a blast and you really gave our goddess life! Can't wait to show you the final results!

I met Menna for the first time yesterday at a Fuel Your Fire open themed event 'Zombieland', where she helped to make our zombies and survivors look even more gruesome!

Menna is a lovely girl, very smiley and professional and I was pleased to hear that she already had experience using liquid latex and creating wounds from her previous works on a film set. She adapted really quickly to the madness of the event (the venue was double booked so there was some unexpected moving around) and I just wish I'd gotten a chance to speak with her more. Her work looked brilliant and really helped to make the day that much more epic. We certainly hope we'll be seeing Menna again at future events!

I worked with Menna for the first time today, I'd arranged to have my dancer at the studio for 16.30 for make up, but Menna was keener , geting there at 16.00.

Menna is a lovely girl, quiet and polite, but get her talking and she will keep going (in a nice way. She worked efficiently and produced some good work for the shoot.

I recommend Menna to any tog or model looking for a MUA, I will definitely work with her again when I next have a shoot in the area.

I shot with Menna to help build her portfolio. Her communication was good when discussing what she wanted to achieve and during the shoot. She is easy to get along with, with a nice personality and good sense of humour. Menna also worked well with the model. Menna was happy to discuss the looks with me, the photographer, and the model - and took on board our comments.

Overall Menna was a joy to work with. We had a successful shoot and got the images we wanted. I would happily work with Menna again and recommend her to other photographers.

Had the opportunity to work on Menna's hair for her university graduation. The day we met we clicked. We had a play around with a couple of ideas and came up with the perfect style for her. Menna is a wonderful person to talk to and spend time with. We are working on a project together again very soon and i cannot wait. You can never tire of this girls company. She is hard working and beautiful both inside and out. A very talented young lady who puts one hundered percent in to her workj and then some. I highly recommend working with her because she is amazing x
