I had the pleasure of working with Matt earlier this week... and it was wonderful to be asked to shoot solo, and to work with Matt on his first shoot with a male model. Pre-shoot coms were spot on, and Matt arrived on time ready to shoot. Matt wanted to capture a range of male imagery, and so we worked through a variety of sets, both in the studio and on location. He gave good direction from behind the lens, but also allowed me the freedom to express myself as a model - the perfect combination. I can't wait to see the images, and Matt comes highly recommended. I hope he continues to capture the male form and returns to the studio soon!

Another fantastic shoot with Matt! He is one of my favourite photographers to work with as he has a geeky streak and is so calm- though we got stranded outside the studio for quite some time, he remained cool as a cucumber. :)

Again, we shot a range of different outfits and styles, I loved the shots I saw in the camera, would recommend him 100% and look forward to working together again. :)

I've had the pleasure of working with Matt a couple of times now and our latest shoot was 'eventful' to say the least haha!

After Matt getting stuck in traffic and turning up late, only to find a drowned rat version of myself, and the weather deciding to be horrendous until the very second we had to finish when the blue skies popped out.. we weren't off to an ideal start!

But we needn't of worried! We always have great shoots together and this time despite the little hiccups was no different. Having just caught up on admin I've only just managed to look at the dropbox folder and been reminded of how awesome the shots were that we got!

Aside from being an awesome photographer to work with I also get on with him ridiculously well, every time I work with him it's like catching up with an old friend! We have exactly the same taste in TV and loads of other common interests too so the time always flies by when we are working together because the conversation is always good!

Without a doubt recommended by me :)

Well Matt was awesome to work with! He booked a shoot with me at Wolfe Cottage Studio! He was so great with the lighting, and realised some set ups take abit of time and patience. Loved doing the gel lighting which has come out really well, the images are beautiful! It was cool that he let me style myself freely, so we did a mix of styles. I do love the challenge of doing fashion so thanks for giving me that oppotunity. A true professional and gentlemen. Thanks for an amazing shoot :) 100% reccomended.

This is something of a combined reference from Andrew Jennings, me (Bear) and Wolfe Cottage Studio, who had the pleasure of welcoming new visitor Matt to our studio last weekend and what a pleasure it was too!

We enjoyed our time with him and are delighted to see with the images that he has produced and really hope to see him back here again soon.

I had a great shoot at my home with Matt, he was friendly and easy to chat to. He wanted to use the natural light and I think he made great use of it. We tried different ideas together and the time flew past! He was happy for me to pose and chip in with direction when needed, I'm looking forward to seeing what we created together, happy to recommend him to other models and look forward to shooting again in the future 😊

I spent another lovely morning with Matt on my recent duo day with Artemis Fauna!

Having worked with Matt a couple of times previously I knew it would be a good shoot, but as per usual he pulled something different out the bag and did some really quirky shots that we all really enjoyed doing and was totally different to anything else we've shot together.

He has a great sense of humour too and is really easy to get on with, it's a pleasure being in his company and would highly recommend working with him if you get chance :D

Artemis Fauna

I worked with Matt again- this time on my duo day Christmas event with Rachelle Summers.

Matt shot a mixture of solo and duo work. He had specific ideas to work on and I think we managed to nail each and every shot AND have a great time in the process! I loved the ideas, the time flew by and I can't wait to see the final shots go up. It was great to do something a little different.

Matt, like last time was super to work with- fun, friendly and laid back. I hope to work with Matt again one day! :)

Saracen House Studio

Lovely to welcome Matt to Saracen House for the first time yesterday. Very easy to get on with, pre-shoots comms were spot on, and an all round good egg! Highly recommended to all.

Sinopa Rin

I had a wonderful 4 hour shoot with Matt on Friday. Pre-shoot comms were quick and fuss-free, and he kindly picked me up from my accommodation on the way to the studio. Matt was a great laugh and knew what he wanted to achieve - using the studio lighting and more natural light to great affect. I really enjoyed my time with him and hope to work with him again. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic shoot with Matt in Newmarket last week and would highly recommend him. :) He communicates well, had a wealth of ideas so we were definitely not short on inspiration, he's very easy to get on with and we raced through several outfit changes while not feeling rushed at all. He made sure I was fed, watered and comfortable, and I had a great time shooting.

Looking forward to working together again and 100% recommended here. :)

My second shoot with Matt, and every bit as good as the first!

I absolutely love working with him, we get on extremely well and have a lot in common so as such the time flies by and we have lots to natter and laugh about :)

The atmosphere is always relaxed and friendly but we get some super images done at the same time! I adore the images we got on the day and I can't wait to see some of the final results!

I shot with Matt a few weeks back but before that it had been almost 2 years since we last worked together. Matts work has improved so much, it's amazing just how much. Matt puts a million and ten percent into arranging his shoots and making sure everything is just perfect.

I love working with Matt as he makes you feel instantly comfortable and like you've known him for years.

Matts happy if the model is happy it's as simple as that.

Matt came for a visit when he was last in Scotland, really nice guy :) was a bit hastily arranged, but we messed with a few things and he was a real gent. Don't worry, I wasn't modelling :)

But happy to say Matt was good fun and didn't get offended at my bad jokes, woop :)

It has been some time since my first shoot with Matt (maybe 2 years or so) and so when I contacted him about me touring his area, Matt was keen to organise another shoot :)

He booked a fantastic studio (love photo studio) and also a fabulous and talented MUA Tanya McGeever whom I have worked with before. So I knew we were going to get to super shots!

The shoot was full of laughs and flew by within no time, we worked through 3 different outfits and sets and the results are outstanding.

I highly recommend Matt, he is very talented and his images speak for themselves

I worked with Matt again at Nic Marchant's lovely studio in Cambridge. We had an awesome 4 hours, which seemed to fly by with a whole range of outfit changes, ideas and madness! We experimented with silks which was a great, fun challenge for me and something still fairly new, which I very much enjoyed! I was spent by the end of the day but had such a lovely time with Matt, who is professional to work with, very considerate and most importantly, FUN! :) Highly recommended and I hope we get to work together again soon, Helen x

For someone who claims to be an amateur photographer, Matt has a very good eye and a lot of technical knowledge of his craft. He is friendly, thoughtful, reliable and very easy to work with. I worked with Matt yesterday at Nic Merchants fantastic studio in Blackburn for 4 hours with model Emma Willis. Matt kindly arranged to work with us very short notice and arranged a lovely studio to work in whilst I was on tour.

We had an absolute blast, running through a variety of outfits changes and rummaging through the studios beautiful wardrobe which added a lot of variety to the shots. Matt is extremely fun, pleasant and professional to be around. We both felt extremely relaxed working together, Matt is lovely! Really hope to work with you again on my next trip :) Helen x
